The room was clean, staff were helpful. Located on Main st., it is within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and businesses. I would highly recommend the hotel, but have two items to note: 1. Parking behind the hotel costs $15CAD/night, but parking on the street is/was free for now until the city installs the new parking meters. 2. I love the Nespresso coffee makers this hotel offers. We drank the pods on the first morning; however, there was no maid service that day and no refill of the coffee pods. It was late enough that I didn’t bother the staff, but the hotel should think to refill the coffee pods even if they do not provide daily service for cleaning & linens.

Was just here for one night. It's brand new so it was extremely clean. Staff were great. Room was very comfortable. Fitness centre had some dumb bells and a cable machine, so that was nice.

Very happy with the Hyatt and service. My only complaint is the bar closes at 11pm which is too early for the weekend. Please extend bar hours to at least 12am on weekends.

Nice and new and modern. Don't like that they advertise 'Kitchenette' suites. I booked a Kitchenette suite and I didn't even have a microwave in the suite. Stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't made up once.

This is an amazing place with a great restaurant, our one complaint is there no no sports stations on their tvs that is very weird to us. They do play some on a TV in the biestro area but it’s only what they want to play.

Nice rooms and location but we didn’t like the too-soft bed and the loud A/C system that you have limited ability to adjust. Room was always a little cool despite adjustments to the thermostat but most importantly you can’t reduce the air flow to try to reduce the loudness of the duct system. No rattle just too much air flow for the size of the ducting so just a constant heavy noise level.

We had just completed a 12 hr drive——and were admittesly hangry——-and I was anxious to check in so I could settle my pup. The check in went on for 20 minutes. I truly don’t understand how a prepaid reservation takes that much time and paperwork to simply issue me a key.

Rooms were very clean. Food was high caliber at Carved . A lot of hotels in the far north don’t care too much about their hotel restaurants food quality. This place is completely different . As a lifelong northerner , I was expecting sad toast and eggs . Carved was a place I would go to even if I was not staying at the hotel . Great place to stay . *only down side is no good places to park a long trailer of you happen to be hauling one *

This is probably the nicest hotel in Whitehorse. It is clean, has good amenities and is clean. It is pretty soundproof--we could not hear anyone in the rooms around us and it was fully booked. Great sun blocking blinds as well, Would for sure stay here again. Great location too.
