They jacked up the rates because of the eclipse. About 5x. Shower handle wall mount was broken and dint get fixed before our arrival, so had to take a shower holding it with one hand. Shower pan was broken and leaked into the bathroom and main room. Had to cut shower short and two other guests couldn't shower. I notified the hotel via WhatsApp and there was no apology, no solution offered, like another room, or a room at a different hotel, or any refund compensation. Just a response that they will fix it after we check out. No hospitality here. No wifi login given either, had to wait until next morning to get a response from them with the login. Not even an employee at the hotel. You have to run a self check in online by photographing everyone's passport, taking selfies, and using digital keys. They just assume everyone has a phone, that is charged, and has service. AC also didnt work very well, set it to 17C and the room barely got down to about 23 after a few hours. Twin sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with a hard rod going through it. Seemed like a very cheap purchase from IKEA. Pretty bad hotel

Idéal pour famille, chambre propre, environnement agréable

Les chambres sont plutôt propres, la literie confortable. Par contre ce qui est décevant c'est la procédure d'enregistrement en ligne qui n'a fonctionné que pour une chambre et pas pour la seconde. Il a fallu pas moins d'une heure pour arriver à valider le Check in avec l'aide de la dame (ultra serviable et a l'écoute) de l'accueil avec le service client via WhatsApp et au téléphone. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème par exemple chez bnb avec 4 chambres...

On a passé une nuit très horrible. Problème de la larmes.... Non commenté....

Le principe de conciergerie en ligne est très facile et en cas de problème il est très facile de joindre l'établissement sur What's app. La chanbre était très propre et jolie avec une bonne literie. Le centre ville est facile d'accès avec les bus qui s'arrêtent pas loin de l'hotel. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end
