The property is old , room are totally open for sound and noice , you can listen the neighbor room like they are in your room . The company need to invest some money and renovate it .

Positief: Het hotel ligt op een geweldige lokatie! Dichtbij het centrum en de restaurants. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Negatief: De kamer rook vies, de elektriciteit viel uit toen ik de koelkast wilde aansluiten. Het personeel zei dat ik de koelkast niet kon gebruiken. Mijn nachtlamp werkte niet. Het tapijt was niet gestofzuigd. Het bed was niet confortabel en smal. De trap in het hotel was vuil. De lift is heel klein. Ontbijt was matig.

Hotel Europa ist in die Zeit gekommen. 70er Jahre stehen geblieben. Z.Beispiel ein zerrissener Sessel auf dem Zimmer;lieber entfernen und ganzen Stuhl hinstellen. Personal am Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wichtig es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten, das betrifft ganz Palermo!!Mit Bus kommt man gut und Preiswert zurecht.Frühstück auch mit frischen Sachen das ist gut. Kaffee könnte besser sei.Es gibt keine Maschine nur Thermoskanne. Preis Leistung war gut.

Albergo in zona centrale, sicuramente da ristrutturare la prima camera assegnata, invece l'altra era migliore.personale disponibile, colazione accettabile

La struttura è vicinissima a piazza Croci e quindi in posizione comodissima per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici per la città così come per venire/andare in aereoporto. Purtroppo però l' hotel sebbene sia in posizione privilegiata in realtà è abbastanza vetusto come condizioni. Arredamento un po' demodé anni 70 che tutto sommato potrebbe anche andare bene, il problema però è che in molti casi si trova la porta rotta e/o prese della luce staccate dal muro e penzolanti! Io ero nella camera 52. In camera TV che funziona con un "modernissimo" decoder e che bisogna accendere e spegnere più volte e/o alternare con accensione/spegnimento della TV ...insomma tecnologia un po' arretrata! La colazione è abbondante e a buffet Bocconcini, pomodori e cetrioli affettati, formaggio e prosciutto a fette per la colazione salata Oppure yogurt, cereali, fette biscottate anche integrali, burro e marmellata, cornetti vuoti, con marmellata, crema, pistacchio e cioccolato Latte, the, caffè americano oppure al bar cappuccini e/o espresso In linea di massima la colazione è varia e abbondante ma il primo giorno ho trovato i cornetti un po' duri, sicuramente avanzo del giorno prima ed il latte un po' acido Non ho detto nulla ma il giorno dopo la brocca del latte era esattamente al livello dove l' avevo lasciata il giorno prima e con lo stesso latte un po' acido, l' ho fatto presente e gentilmente mi hanno dato una tazza di latte fresco. Sono cose che possono succedere ma 2giorni di seguito NO!Attenzione

Hotel velho, apenas bem localisado, não tem frigobar, somente um minusculo resfriador desligado por economia de energia, sem possibilidade de ligar

Hôtel assez vieux clim qui fuit et trempe la moquette, 1ere chambre non faite a l'arrivée. Odeur de cigarette dans les chambres et couloir. Litterie de mauvaise qualité. Ascenseur trop petit

A Hotel jó helyen van , de régi , elhasznált , retro minden . A Klima nem működött . A hűtő sem . Reggeli nagyon alap. Parkolás hotelek kívül parkolóházban 15€/nap. Kicsi szűk a lift . Turista szállónak megfelelő .

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L' hotel è molto pulito, il personale molto disponibile. La colazione buona e varia. Tenendo conto anche del buon prezzo e della posizione che si trova vale la pena soggiornare. Appena fuori dall' hotel ci sono negozi e ristoranti. La zona è tranquilla.

Doskonale położony hotel. Wyposażenie nieco zużyte, ale pokoje i łazienki obszerne. Czysto. Śniadania jak to we Włoszech z przewagą słodkości i bez ciepłych dań, ale szynka i żółty ser są. Na krótki pobyt optymalny.

Ottima struttura con personale particolarmente gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e abbondante. Molto si potrebbe fare sul versante pulizia camere. Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo lo consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nella splendida Palermo.

Hotel fatiscente non lo consiglio vivamente a nessuno Bagno sporco impossibile farti una doccia che schifo mai e poi mai neanche se regalato

The room stank of cigarettes, it was stuffy and the aircon was extremely outdated. The staff were not friendly and the photos did not match the reality. I couldn’t even stay the night, I left straight away. The shower floor was filthy! And this is not an exaggeration. I should have asked for a refund. I would not recommend staying here.

L'hôtel va fermer plusieurs mois pour être rénové, il n'empêche que les chambres sont propres et bien équipées.

The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. On the other hand prices are convenient, rooms are large and confortable, and the location is very good. The staff is excellent and very professional: a special thanks to the receptionists and to the cleaning lady (Rosa) for being so kind and effective.

Despite its conditions (very old building and hotel not maintained well) it’s comfortable

Pros: cheap price, decent location with a 10 minute walk to the historic center, relatively easy to find parking nearby. Friendly staff. Cons: not the most modern room. Sound insulation was poor. Breakfast wasn't up to standard; the orange juice was bland at best. All in all a decent choice given the price.

Un po' datata, ma il personale è molto cortese e gli ambienti sono puliti. Il WiFi funziona bene. La posizione è ottima, una traversa di viale Libertà con negozi, ristoranti e uffici.

Although dated,the facilities were functional and the room was clean Space between the shower and toilet was minimal so someone with mobility problems would need to take extra care. Sadly ,the soundproofing between the room and next door was extremely poor with intrusive noise for some of the late evening Breakfast included a reasonable variety of plentiful food though nothing hot (but it was Continental !) Away from the historical centre but not by much and easily accessed by bus You buy a 2 3 4 or 5 day ticket from tobacconists or dedicated kiosks The multi use ticket is fully inserted into a machine behind the driver and is popped back out for you to retrieve The route the bus takes is displayed at each bus shelter

This is a budget option, so don't expect fancy decor or 5 star facilities. However, it is very well situated for a simple walk into the heart of Palermo and opposite the stop (Croci) for the airport bus, it is clean and has very friendly staff, who sorted out the things that weren't working in our room when we arrived. The room was huge with a well-stocked bathroom; there is plenty of breakfast and a supermarket a few yards away. And Palermo is a great city, so we were pleased with our choice.

Absolute Empfehlung. Alles bestens: Frühstück, Zimmer... Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Zuvorkommendes, sehr freundliches Personal

Da subito tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile disponibile e anche simpatico. Avevamo il check in alle 14 ma essendo incinta abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di poter usufruire della camera dalle 10 ricevendo riscontro positivo e senza attesa. Colazione varia e ottima. Per la prima volta ho trovato sul buffet il libro degli allergeni delle brioches. Camere pulite anche se struttura un pò datata, materassi nuovi. A due passi da tutti i mezzi pubbli e posizionata in una traversa di viale libertà zona dei negozi di lusso e a 5 min a piedi da Politeama e della via pedonale del centro masqueda. Consigliato e da ritornarci. Un grazie a tutto il personale e a Giuseppe addetto al bar/colazione

Quite an old hotel, decent size room and good shower but a bit tired. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels which was a bonus. Breakfast decent but nothing hot . All in all great for the price. It really stands out because of the staff, everybody really helpful and friendly.

Great place to say steps away from the major tourist center. Front desk, specially alexandro, were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was top notch. Room was comfortable, although some furnishings is dated.. Only negative was we didn't like the toilet flush mechanism.

Great location away from busy tourist area. Food store near by. Train station only 8 minutes away. Great selection of restaurants around. Newspaper stand to buy bus pass two corners away. Would definitely go again

The area was very nice, close to the centro historico. The bed was super hards, very noisy neighborhood. Staffs were very helpful and respectful.

Hotel molto datato nel bagno gli scarichi non funzionavano x andare via l'acqua dalla vasca impiegava guasi1 cosi come il lavandino e il bidè ,colazione non c'era assortimento ,l'unica cosa positiva la posizione dell'hotel guasi in centro . We had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast was plenty, with choice of sweet and salty, found free parking in front of hotel, and room was big and clean. Great value for the price!
