The Staff were great they helped us stay another night when our ferry was cancelled. The bartenders by the pool were nice. The restaurant on site had a lot of options. Just a heads up there are a bunch of steep stairs leading to the beach and clubs/restaurant. The restaurant Paraj down on the beach was good and they have day beds on the beach to relax. Overall we liked our stay.

The pool and the views are absolutely fantastic. I’m extremely impressed! The breakfast was great and the beach is just down the stairs. However, the sunbeds downstairs are all extremely expensive and the restaurant in the hotel as well as the one downstairs is extremely expensive. There is no where to go other than the beach/hotel. There is a 5 euro shuttle to go to town which is very cheap for this area. Most of the staff were very friendly, some were quite stoic. The rooms were very basic, but clean. It’s very loud so if you like sleep; bring ear plugs. If you don’t like to party, this area isn’t the best.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view over the ocean, the pool is out of this world, the beach is steps away. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms have its’ own sitting and lounging area outside, very nice bathroom. The only downfall for me was the thumping music that was playing non stop. I just put on my iPods and listed to my own music.

What a beautiful hotel!! Absolutely incredible views and perfect room. Breakfast each morning was a treat - great spread and we loved eating with a beautiful view of the water. Marina was very kind and attentive - helping us with public transportation and setting up a boat trip to Delos one day. The restaurants close by were delicious and the beach clubs were easily accessible. Honestly, it was quite loud at night being so close to the beach club but that is to be expected from Mykonos! And the music didn’t stay on all night long. We were about a 15-20 minute drive to Mykonos town but the 5€ shuttle right by the hotel made this manageable. 10/10 recommend!!

Located atop Super Paradise Beach this hotel offers a picturesque setting with great beach access, fine dining and fun night life. A shuttle to old town is available for 5€ each way almost every half hour. So there is no need to be in the middle of everything. Breakfast is included and quite nice. My only word of caution is the number of stone steps you must take. If you have mobility issues, you will probably need a different option

The hotel rooms are extremely deceiving, as we felt super dirty in them as bugs were everywhere. Also, black hair was overflowing the drains, resulting in bathroom flooding. However, the staff was really nice and fixed the drain situation immediately! The hotel’s pool over the beach was super nice, and looked similar to the hotel’s pictures. There is nothing around the hotel, besides two beach clubs, and one restaurant - and you cannot walk to any locations. However, I highly recommend going to Thalas Tavern as their prices were semi - affordable compared to super paradise and Para J.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even received an upgrade with early check-in, which was a fantastic surprise. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable; everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was definitely the view and the access to the beach. The food was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We loved our stay at Super Paradise Hotel. The hotel was clean, and the views were spectacular. It was also very conveniently located next to Super Paradise Beach Club, which we enjoyed. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and was able to help us check in early. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

All in all, the stay was really good with direct accessibility to the beach and pool, breakfast wqs incredible and staff was super friendly. One downside was the neighbouring clubs down by the beach are too loud and you can hear them from the rooms up until midnight everyday.

Breathtaking views from our room and while sitting out on the patio of the room. The room we stayed in was beautiful and large. The complimentary breakfast every morning was the best breakfast I’ve had - simply the tastiest meal. We would have given it 5 stars however two factors got in the way: 1. The staff overall was so amazing, helpful, and friendly - always going out of their way. That said, the woman who sits behind the front desk during the days should not be in hospitality at all - absolutely impacted our stay and don’t know how she is allowed to be the first impression when you check in. 2. The website is misleading about the beach being part of the hotel and the access guests have to it - you only get to use the beach if you pay somewhere between 70 to 120 euros a day to just sit on a chair at the beach - and then you sit on the beach and listen to super loud music all day while paying for very expensive drinks and food. Again all this is not advertised on the site so know what you’re signing up for.

Also, had to pay extra for a cappuccino at the buffet breakfast. The wifi was very weak. Had to use our own cell phone hot spots for our other devices. The toiletries were superb but no face cloths. It was very noisy as the music could be heard at the resort’s bar down at the beach until 1am. Two different resorts were playing different music which was very irritating. The resort was out of the way from everything so a car is a necessity.

The view from the pool is amazing! It has an easy and convenient set of stairs to get down to the beach and walk right into any of the beach clubs down below. Rooms are a decent size and the air conditioning keeps the rooms perfectly cool. Overall a great place with a friendly and helpful staff.

Our ferry was canceled to Mykonos due to high winds, and we were unable to make it there. We released our rooms in case someone else was stranded and needed a room, but they would not refund us. We didn’t cost them anything: we didn’t use resources, we didn’t dirty a room, we didn’t use towels, etc., but they still kept all our money we prepaid and would not even consider a partial refund. Awful customer service.

I would like a full refund please. Our ferry to Mykonos was cancelled because of the weather and it isnt our fault we were unable to attend. The staff does not care and is not sympathetic to its guests. They had a ton of capacity on their website and its not like they were fully booked out. I would not recommend this resort as they were not kind or helpful to us in our time of need.

Super paradise hotel is the best location in Mykonos as super paradise beach club is located just steps away. There is also paraj and Thalas restaurants located right on the beach. There is a beautiful pool overlooking the beach for more relaxation and a bus that comes to super paradise and brings you to the town center for 5 euros each. We felt the service was subpar. Often times bartender was not behind the bar and were left waiting. However, we noticed this was a commonality everywhere we went on the island. We would still choose to stay at this hotel again for location and for the amount of time we spent in the hotel, it was comfortable enough and well worth it.

El servicio en general: increíble… Andnonis se esmera porque pases unos días fabulosos; las chicas del restaurante no tienen comparación, hacen que todo salga perfecto. La chica de recepción que nos recibió, un trato sin igual. Desgraciadamente, el recepcionista varón que nos atendió para el cambio de habitación, sin mostrar empatía y un poco altanero; y por último, todo el buen servicio que ofrecen, se ve un poco opacado, por la cara dura del bartender que estuvo por las tardes, nunca sonríe, ni saluda, atiende como robot !!

What a beautiful hotel!! Absolutely incredible views and perfect room. Breakfast each morning was a treat - great spread and we loved eating with a beautiful view of the water. Marina was very kind and attentive - helping us with public transportation and setting up a boat trip to Delos one day. The restaurants close by were delicious and the beach clubs were easily accessible. Honestly, it was quite loud at night being so close to the beach club but that is to be expected from Mykonos! And the music didn’t stay on all night long. We were about a 15-20 minute drive to Mykonos town but the 5€ shuttle right by the hotel made this manageable. 10/10 recommend!!

The staff was excellent, and took care of every need! Location is great, rooms are NICE and LARGE! Optional services offered were transportation, massages on site, discounts at near by restaurants, and breakfast/lunch at the resort. Pool is amazing, and has service 10-10 daily. Highly recommend Super Paradise Hotel!!!

The staff were friendly. Room and pool were clean and neat. Breakfast buffet had a lot options. Located a little far from downtown (not walkable) so you either have to rent the car or use a bus, taxi and uber had minimal charge - €40. Has beach, restaurants, bars and beach club but working till 10pm only Sunday till later a night.

Beautiful property, easy check in, spotless and easy access to beach. Nothing is included in the room, not even water, tea or coffee. A cup of tea was 4€. They do include breakfast which is very good so if you want tea later in the day it’s best to snag an extra tea bag at breakfast. Not walking distance to anything and far from the port. Very expensive transportation to the airport which is 10 min away.

Property was nice. Rooms are standard, clean but could be cleaner. Pool and lounge beds very nice! Note that the hotel is near their beach club and a few others that blast the music after 5 pm. Would not be my top pick as somewhere to stay as a family, but it seems a lot of families chose to stay there. It is also quite out of the way, taking twenty minutes minimum to get anywhere it's not connected to on the beach. With the windy roads and expensive taxis on the island, something to consider.

Located atop Super Paradise Beach this hotel offers a picturesque setting with great beach access, fine dining and fun night life. A shuttle to old town is available for 5€ each way almost every half hour. So there is no need to be in the middle of everything. Breakfast is included and quite nice. My only word of caution is the number of stone steps you must take. If you have mobility issues, you will probably need a different option

Cons: not much close by, just the 2 restaurants on the beach. Pros: everything else, views, staff, on the beach, infinity pool views, modern, the complementary breakfast was great. Some mention that music cant be heard at night. But it ends at 10pm. Didnt bother us.

The guest services was amazing from check-in. Requested late check out due to a late flight, there was a fee but they were able to help out. Room was cleaned daily, awesome ladies! Breakfast was included in package and was great. There were a variety of food to choose from. On-site club and restaurants were amazing. Dinner at a discounted rate on-site. All in all a super hotel. We had an perfect vacation there. Only thing which could be improved are the variaton of the brackfast. Perfect view to super paradise beach. Drinks could be more cheap. 10 € for a beer and allmost 25€ for a cocktail is a bit expensive but i think its normal in Mykonos.

Nestled in the cliffs surrounded by a cove, Super Paradise is just that A SUPER PARADISE! Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The beds were comfortable!!! The breakfast delicious! The restaurant Great! And the Music BOMB! The beach is pristine! We are definitely revisiting the property!

The pool and the views are absolutely fantastic. I’m extremely impressed! The breakfast was great and the beach is just down the stairs. However, the sunbeds downstairs are all extremely expensive and the restaurant in the hotel as well as the one downstairs is extremely expensive. There is no where to go other than the beach/hotel. There is a 5 euro shuttle to go to town which is very cheap for this area. Most of the staff were very friendly, some were quite stoic. The rooms were very basic, but clean. It’s very loud so if you like sleep; bring ear plugs. If you don’t like to party, this area isn’t the best.

Fantastic hotel! Absolutely proper. Very good international breakfasts in a nice place where you can see the sea. All the staff is very kind and professional. The last day we could stay in the pool and we could have a shower before leaving in the afternoon.

The staff is super friendly, specially Theodore who was super accommodating and helped us with our beach club reservations and everything we needed during our stay. The location is great, the pool and bar area are exceptional, with the best views you can have…and Super Paradise Beach Club is right next door. Can’t ask for more! We’ll definitely be back

Lovely hotel with great views. Nice pool with a few sunbeds. Not ideal if you want to sit out on your balcony late afternoon as the music from nearby beach club pretty loud, (but finished around 10).
