We chose this location because EV charging was listed on lone and promised even when we called to confirm. Sadly no charging on property and only charging was for Tesla only. On check in front desk agent asked what kind of vehicle and sent us there. Fortunately we found another charging option a mile away otherwise we would have been stranded! You need to get this right and be honest!

Very nice place. Large rooms, large bathroom, nicely equipped. Staff was excellent and helpful. Food at restaurant was very good as well. Large and spacious parking lot which I appreciated as I had a pickup truck pulling a 25' trailer. Will definitely stay here again.

Picked it mainly for the poker tournament which my husband enjoyed. Easy walk to Montego Bay to try a different restaurant. No pool at Peppermill but you can use ones at sister properties; didn’t use them.

Beautiful large room very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. this is a large hotel with multiple entrances. They need to have luggage carts at each one each one of them to make it convenient for their guests.

The property is nice. Great staff. Room was nice. Only big complaint was the smell of cigarettes. So powerful the full casino and hotel. We had a non smoking room. However you could smell smoke coming through I would think the vents or something. The room you could tell hadn’t been smoked in, but the smell was coming in so bad we checked out early that morning my throat was sore and I just couldn’t stand the smell. The room was comfortable and clean. Just beware if you come here you will smell smoke bad.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but dated. Beds were really bouncy and way too soft for our taste. Unless you went outside, you couldn't get away from the smell of cigarettes. At almost $300 for a double queen for 1 night was a little bit much.

The room was beautiful. However, the shower had absolutely no pressure and the water smelled bad. Also, we were on a non-smoking floor and yet it reeked of cigarette smoke. Would not stay here again.

The first room I was assigned to reeked of cigarette smoke (I requested a non-smoking room). When I tried to call the front desk to change rooms, the in room phone didn’t work, forcing a 200 yard walk back to reception. They put me in a different room that still smelled of stale cigarettes, but not as bad as the first room. At this point I gave up.

The walls were paper thin and the mattress was worse than laying on the floor. I am 6'2" and 185lbs, not overweight by no means. I would never recommend this particular location for individuals that are traveling long distance and attempting to get actual rest. Also, I was not aware of the resort fee that is charged when you check in. I was not there to gamble. I am formally requesting a full refund for that particular stay.

Most employees were either on their iPhone or talking with other staff. Had a long wait for the restaurant staff to acknowledge us waiting, restaurant was empty(3:00 pm). Watched waitress give another patron my husbands food and they told her it was not what he ordered. She took it back to the kitchen, when she came out, she told us our meal will be out soon, 5 minutes later she brought out our food and his meal was cold. We did have dessert at the Mexican restaurant and the staff was friendly, attentive and service was excellent. Maybe the staff at that restaurant can observe and train the other restaurant.

If you have ever stayed here, you usually have a jaunt to your room. Our keys did not work. Back to the front desk for new keys. We were told the battery may be low so if it doesn’t irk call maintenance. Didn’t work Long story short. My husband had to go back to the front desk because we waited forever. Maintenance guy was great Battery was dead We waited about 42 minutes to get into our room. Only person apologizing was the maintenance man. Odd. Check in could’ve just gave us a different room.

Every employee, especially those working casino and restaurants, had zero energy. Best described as zombie-esque. As a patron, you got the sense they could care less you were trying to support them. Spoke with 3 other gambling couples. All of us agreed on the term zombie-esque.

Property was a surprise in that the rooms and hallways have been renovated and it is very nice. The room was large, and very nice, with a great bed, very nicely decorated and a huge bathroom. The onsite restaurant Milano was excellent as well. The Peppermill was a very pleasant surprise and I will stop again when passing through this area.

Quick stopover stay on drive across NV to the West Coast. Room was large and clean and nice. Check-in staff was great. Was disappointed in dining/limited dining option(s). The Cantina and other bar was closed--but was a Wed night.

Was very disappointed in restaurant quality, Service was slow, Food was edible, but restaurant was infested with fly's. I mentioned to Cashier who said they knew, but there was nothing that could be done, that answer left a bad taste in my mouth, I bet a health inspection could improve issue
