Rainbow Hotel Casino by Peppermill Resorts

Property is well kept and central. Unfortunately casino ,smells of smoke. Buffet only on weekends now, used to be 7days and nights.

Parking plentiful.

Pool closes too early

All the staff were pleasant and professional. The smoke in the casino was hard to handle and the food at the steak house was mediocre at best.

I am 78 years old- I asked the desk clerk to place me somewhere close because I cannot walk far. She put me on a 4 th floor room with a broken elevator, and she did not program the key card. After walking a mile back, they told me I could go elsewhere! Then they called security, and Michael was mad when he arrived- he told me to shut up and leave- I poked him with a finger, 6 young me attacked me handcuffed me, twisted my skin until it bled, marked me walk through the casino handcuffed, when I had an asthma attack he refused to in cuff me until his boss made him. The police were very kind, drove me to my car and said” that is quite a long walk. Michael should be fired. I am considering suing for elder abuse. This is the worst hotel in existence- they allow a group of untrained 18 year olds to push customers around- you don’t like what they do? Go elsewhere! the staff is belligerent, untrained and u helpful. They offered me no bellman assistant, did not even show me where the room was when I asked. I will never, ever again return to any of Peppermill property. They will hear from my attorney as well!

Great parking. Staff seemed annoyed with customer requests. They had a fire alarm test during the stay in which the staff didn't seem what to do and it took forever for people to leave.

Piol was well hidden in the North pole as if they did it on purpose. It was disgusting and looks abandoned! It doesn't appear anyone had been using it and had any interest!

The air conditioning unit was set for 72 degrees when we entered our room but the temperature inside the room was 60 degrees and the A/C unit was still going and would not shut off. We had to unplug it just for it to be quite in the room and not feel like an ice cube. Also, the bed had a deep “hole” in the mattress. Obviously, an overused mattress at this point. Needs replacing. Room number 1329. Otherwise it was ok. Hallways from your room to the elevator were very warm and of course you smell like smoke everywhere you go.

Very surprised at the condition for the price we paid. The AC is noisy as hell. When it’s off you hear the wind whistle through the window. You can hear everything in the halls and other rooms. And what’s with the music playing all night in the parking lot, you can hear it. Bathroom is old. Everything is old.

We had a super easy check in and enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet

Standard Wendover room that was too expensive for an early 80's room.

Fun, affordable and friendly staff.

We like the resort; however, I thought I was fully paid upon arrival, and there was still the resort fee. There was also no water in the shower, so we were unable to take a bath or shower. The staff was nice, we enjoyed the restaurants. Check-in was quick.

The restaurant customer service was HORRIBLE! Once we got seated we got forgot about. Dinner wasn't as bad but breakfast service was the some of the worse we've had. The food was on point though!

Food at the buffet is awesome! Breakfast and dinner were outstanding!

Food at cafe was great . Best ham and cheese omelette in the USA .
