Loved the spa! The hotel was very comfortable and staff were helpful. The free shuttle is a great added benefit. Happy hour's a great value.

Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great location. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Good lobby, very good restaurant on premises. Only glitches to the stay…I had called the hotel on May 9th - the day before we arrived to ask if the pool was heated. They assured me it was. They didn’t tell me it was roped off and not available for swimming. Guest washer and dryer…I got the washer to work, but not the dryer.

I have stayed at the hotel several times during the past few years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my experience this time did not live up to my previous visits. Both elevators were broken for the duration of my stay which required me to constantly walk up and down the stairs to get to and from my room.

The rooms and grounds were clean. It was very nice that they have a mini fenced in area for pets. The elevator was broken during our stay and there was only one outlet in our entire room that worked. The location and shuttle are great the staff was nice and the hotel restaurant was delicious, we would highly recommend the Tacos Al Pastor
