LivINN Hotel Cincinnati North/ Sharonville

The beds were the comfiest hotel beds ever! The hotel smelled pleasant and clean. Pool was nice but a little cooler, the fire pits weren’t turned on, it was 10am but the hours were supposed to start at 9am. The room needed more towels and wash clothes. We had 4 of us (double beds) and only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. Desk lady was nice at check in but didn't give us directiond to find our room or times/places for the pool and breakfast til we asked. Would Definitely stay again!!

Pool was absolutely wonderful (kids loved it...a little cold for my liking though), the gas fire pits didn't work all the time, but we didn't really use them. The room was decent, the beds were comfortable. Only issue was the bathtub drained slowly. Breakfast was decent, no phenomenal, but they did change options the 3 days we were there.

Hotel room was rundown and room was musty. The tub was cracked, could not figure out the tv, the floor had stains. We cohabited the last night with a cricket. There was rust like stains throughout also. I have allergies, there wasn’t hypoallergenic pillows in rooms and those looked old also. The EV charging station was not working and ended up taking $10 of my money with very little charge. The staff was friendly but lots of problems won’t stay here again when I come to Cincinnati.

We chose this property for the indoor heated salt-water pool over other options. The pool was cold, the heater either wasn't working or they did not turn it on. The water was too uncomfortable for relaxing in it. We requested a few times that the heat be turned up. Nothing was done. There were kids that didn't care, of course, and jumped in. But we would have chosen some place else if we knew we would not use the pool. Also noisy when we were trying to sleep late at night. We were disappointed with our choice to stay there.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly but the WiFi was almost nonexistent. The breakfast was a disappointment with many things out of order. The business center, if you can call it that, had no internet access and the printers weren’t connected or plugged in. The fitness room was nice. The exterior door wasn’t working properly and the key cards weren’t opening them.

Hotel was nice , comfortable . Except for the pool. It was a “Heated” indoor pool. It was COLD and not enjoyable at all . Our kids wanted to swim, which was our main reason for getting the hotel. But could not enjoy it.

We stayed over the week of Thanksgiving and our experience here SUCKED! We normally choose hotels based off 3 criteria, 1. Pool 2. Breakfast 3. Free parking. We get there and The heater in the pool is broken! The water was literally 45 degrees! The woman at the front desk said it’s been broken for a while and they’ve been having a hard time getting someone to come out to fix it so before we check in we could cancel our booking and stay somewhere else if we liked. But WHO is rich enough to wait the 10 days to get the money back from their bank PLUS pay the extra 300$ right now for the nights we needed to go stay at another hotel?! I’m sorry but I don’t have 500$ of extra disposable income 4 weeks before Christmas!! The fireplaces outside of the pool area were also not working. It is advertised that breakfast ends at 9 a.m. but when we came down at 8a.m on THANKSGIVING morning they were COMPLETELY out of food. There was literally only the pancake machine. There were about 30 people in the dining room waiting on more food to be brought out and the lady was bringing out about 8 omelette every 15 minutes and they were being swooped up like vultures! After a half an hour of waiting for food to be brought out we went up to the room and placed a to go order at cracker barrell. What was supposed to be a nice little family holiday turned into a horrible experience while at this hotel and the sad thing is that it really has the potential to be great if effort was put into it

EXCELLENT HOTEL! QUIET, CLEAN, AND THE POOL, WOW! SALT WATER AND THE FIRE PLACE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

This is a solid hotel. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms. My fridge didn't work properly at first, but I worked even I adjusted the plugs. There are 2 EV chargers, but only 1 worked.

So, I've been coming back to stay here regularly over the last several years for work trips. It is conveniently located, affordable, and relatively comfortable and clean. That said, this time I was fairly disappointed with the stay. My room had a deeply musty smell and a somewhat damp feel to it, that remained the entire trip. A lightbulb was flickering regularly in the bathroom, the room door did not close fully without extra attention to ensure it did, and sadly I found out that the hotel recently discontinued stocking a favorite breakfast item of mine, the super donut. I know it's a trivial thing to be upset about, but it was something I did previously enjoy on my stays here. I did not attempt to move rooms as I had hoped that the musty-ness would go away with me changing up the ac and generally being in there, but when it didn't, it felt like the time had long passed to request a change. In all, I'm on a budget for work trips, and while this place has long been a standard for me, this recent trip is making me reconsider for the future.

First, we always like to bring a Roku with us on trips. The TV was mounted so close to the wall, the HDMI ports weren’t accessible. Second, the indoor pool was nice, but was almost too cold to even enter, much less spend any meaningful time in it. My third and biggest gripe, is that the carpet while didn’t look terrible, felt as though whoever shampoos the carpet used way too much soap and doesn’t extract it properly. It felt almost sticky or like a residue would be left on your hand. I did not take my socks off due to this.

this hotel was great, except the bathroom. there was 2 types of hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us (blue hair and then coiled brown hair). and there was also black mold beginning to grow from the ceiling above the bathtub. other than that, i loved this hotel and the amenities were great.

The staff are kind and respectful. The carpet in the rooms are extremely dirty you can see the dirt throughout the room if you compare the carpet to the carpet thats agains the wall. You have to request room service, i requested room service and no one ever showed up. I saw a roach run across the counter where breakfast sits. The property looks nice but its dirty.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot items, cold items, muffins, fruit. Had 2 rooms.One was musty smelling and the other smelled strongly of floral deodorizer. Carpet in rooms was sticky. Bathroom was awful. Peeling wallpaper, floor had hair and dirt on it, tub was dirty, shower curtain rod loose on both ends so you couldn't pull the curtain shut because it kept sliding to the middle. Therefore causing water to get all over the floor. Only one mirror over sink. No place for anyone else to get dressed. No outlets on walls opposite night stands. Pool was average but no towels available.

20 minutes to check in due to long lines and several people having missing reservations. Long lines were observed each night we stayed. Once checked in the hallways and room had an odd odor. Mini fridge would leak. There were socks from a previous guest in the corner of the room that had been missed by housekeeping. Night 1 we observed a german cockroach in the kitchenette. Morning of checkout we woke up early in the morning to find bedbugs on the mattress, and on the carpet. While packing our belongings away we noticed millipedes on the carpet. Area the hotel is in isn't the greatest and people would hang around the parking lot at night. Multiple guests were observed smoking weed right outside the entrance, which while I don't personally mind, I know some people would have issues with, maybe consider relocating the smoking area. Hotel was pretty noisy, could hear people talking in the hallways at a normal speaking volume.

Would not.go back. While front dssk staff were quite pleasant It was downhill from there. The pool was not as advertised. It was neither salt water nor heated There was not one towel to be had. We waited for almost 2 hrs and nobody came to replenish so we had fo walk up to our 2nd floor soaking wet. The worst of all though was waking up fo find a bed bug crawling on the sheets. Really spolied the entire day as all i wanted to do was get to our next destination to thoroughly wash all our stuff

The work-out room had good, functioning equipment. Breakfast area was well taken care of. My suggestion is some healthy options like wheat bread or whole grain bagels and individual yogurts. But plenty of seating in the breakfast area and lobby. Many times there was nobody at the front desk and the back office doesn't have a view of the desk. Add a bell to ring.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was laid out very nicely and very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient right next to the convention center that we were going to.

Breakfast, lobby, gym, and pool were fine. The rooms can use some better cleaning and the room was really humid and smelled musty.

Our room was 106 and it was clean but I found the stone/pit from a peach laying right bedside the mini fridge and it was fresh. The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and there was a lot of humidity in the room. From the minute we walked in our room we found the carpet to be damp and it felt the same way next morning when we woke up and clothes were damp as well. Our reservation was for 3 people but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom..The phone in our room did not work so I had to go out of our room to ask the house keeper to please give me an extra towel and she said she didn’t have any and that I needed to go to the front desk to ask for one and when I did that, I had to wait until the clerk went to get one from the laundry room.. if the room has 2 queen beds and it is supposed to be for 4 people there should be 4 towels in the bathroom and I should not have to go hunting for a third towel. Oh, and the microwave in our room didn’t work either. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Stood at front desk for 30+ minutes waiting for a worker to come check us in. When we went to our room the door wasn’t even shut we just walked right in. We were put in a handicap room as well. The hotel smelt bad it’s nothing like the pictures. The pool area looked pretty nice other than that it sucked. I’d not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere you know is going to be nice!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for us to check in. Room smelled horrible, air conditioner did not work. As soon as we go to check into our room the front desk person informed us that some kid threw up in the pool and it would be closed for a hour so it could clean its self out lol, it was 10pm why not just close the pool for the night and clean it properly. We checked out of the room 15 minutes after we checked in. Would did not get a refund for the night but that was fine because we wouldn't have stayed there anyways.

Multi day stay. Requested room cleaning on day #4 - was not completed

So the facility looks nice my main complaints were the hallways always smelled like weed. It was really strong. Then went up to the second floor and sat at the tables where the breakfast is served after it closed to sit and do homework. Well there were roaches crawling on the counter. I asked two days in a row to have my room cleaned, one day I event reminded them I asked for it to be cleaned that morning and to check to make sure I was on the list. I was told I was. No one ever came. I had to put bags of trash in the hallway to be picked up along with dirty towels for them to pick them up and go get towels from the front desk. I was there 6 days. No one ever came to change the sheets. This was a work school trip so I was only there to sleep between clinical rotations. So it would of been nice to be able to just go back to my room and have it clean and fresh towels there without me having to walk back to the counter after a long day to retrieve them.

Called 3 times to the front desk about noise below me. Was up until 3am when the staff finally got the party to stop. Asked the next morning for a room change and was promised a specific room. When I returned, I was told I was still booked in the same room. Manager proceeded to start with excuses for why it would be difficult to help me, and basically blamed me for any problems. Not good customer service, and will not be returning.

The venue in lobby area was very nice,rooms weren’t cleaned properly, had to go to 3 different rooms to get a decent one. And we still had to clean a little. The toilet had a slow drainage. The tub backed up. There was debris all around refrigerator. But the service from Tyre at the front desk was very good and he was amazing in trying to accommodate our needs. And to make us comfortable. He caused us to stay and not pursue another hotel because of his customer service., was unmatched.

Arrived on Friday the 13th to check in and had an issue with my checkin deposit. Needed to be charged but I only had cash. The gentleman, Genre, and young lady, Kay, were very helpful and worked it out so I could attend HorrorHound for the weekend. They were both very professional and kind. Thanks to them both for being great employees.

It was pretty noisy inside. Could hear any activity in hallway. It is not within walking distance of much of anything, but within easy driving distance of food, gas, etc. Lots of people smoking near all the entrances, but rooms are non smoking. Will definitely use again.

The convenience off the interstate and where i needed to attend.

Good stay, nice pool, but a little chilly. The area was convenient, just off the interstate. The fire pit access was a nice touch and a good pub right across the street.

There are a lot of dining/shopping options in the area without having to jump back on the freeway. I took backroads and the neighborhoods are nice. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a convenient place to stay for us as it was right next door to the convention centre. For someone who didn’t have a car for transportation, there was only 1 restaurant nearby for food. Everything else was an uber drive away. The shower head in our bathroom was flimsy and didn’t have much water pressure. There was marijuana odour in the hallways. I found that there is a lot waste where the breakfast is as we had to use paper plates and plastic utensils.

Stayed here with a friend for the Cincinnati Music Festival. Service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Like all hotels in the area for the music festival weekend, the price was significantly higher (more than double) than usual, so it was not a good value. But on any other weekend it would be worth their typical rate, and they were still less expensivethan other hotels for the same dates. It is a well maintained older property. It was an easy commute to downtown, and had restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast had typical selections of hot and cold options, enough selection for most to find something. The layout in the breakfast area could be better to facilitate easier flow when the hotel is full.

Our room smelled of cigarettes and chemicals. In addition, the hallway outside our room smelled of weed at times. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was serving cold eggs and cold sausage.

A good price for what you got the pictures are a little outdated, but overall the place is clean. The breakfast was ok.The pancake machine was broke two days in a row maybe even longer I only stayed there for two nights. I would stay there again

The stay was fine. The breakfast was down right disgusting. Whether it was the disgusting orange juice, the rubber hard boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs with no flavor

Great service and guest accommodation. Breakfast is fantastic. They have indoor pool with a gym to work out. Great front desk. Management is excellent and helps with all things.

Not a bad hotel, Excellent pool. Room good size, bathroom old style tub, shower curtain was useless. Breakfast was poor, large crowd and 20mins later still food and drink items were not replenished. Garbage was overflowing, tables not cleared off. Breakfast ended too early 9 Am.
