I can't say enough negative things about this hotel. We booked it because the hotel that the wedding we were going to was oversold. When we checked in, we first noticed a smell in the lobby the second we walked in that was a mix of cigarettes and mold. We then went to our room, which smelled 10 times worse than the rest of the hotel. not only did it smell bad, but the carpet was sticky and gross, and the entire room felt moldy and stale. We complained and they were willing to move us to another room. However, the problem was the entire hotel smelled not just our room. We asked for a refund and they would not accommodate which is OK I guess because that is their policy. However, even though they wouldn't refund us, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and acted like we had somehow offended her and. continued to talk condescendingly to us. She repeatedly said it's your choice to leave. she went as far as to say that if we disputed the charge or challenged it she had proof that we stayed there and wasn't concerned with our experience. There was not an iota of compassion or empathy or sympathy for the fact that this hotel is basically uninhabitable. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE SQUALOR AND RUDE STAFF AND MOLD

Had a great stay during the Cincy Open. Loved the saltwater pool and how quiet it was in my room. Couldn’t hear my neighbors
