É a minha 2ª vez no Cabañas Del Lago. A infra-estrutura do hotel é excelente: piscina aquecida, sauna, ofurô, hidromassagem, café EXCELENTE, restaurante e bar muito bons. Na 1ª vez fiquei numa cabana e foi muito bom. Dessa vez, fiquei num quarto no prédio do Hotel. O quarto era muito pequeno, com um grande sofá ocupando muito espaço. Carpete sujo e fedido. Adquiri a ceia de natal e a comida estava ótima, com certa economia nas bebidas alcoólicas. Mas o que realmente não é muito bom é o atendimento na recepção. Poucos funcionários para muitos hóspedes e atendimento ríspido. Fui mais bem atendido por e-mail. Mesmo assim recomendo o hotel e pretendo voltar.

Muito bom o hotel, bem confortavel, mas algumas coisas poderiam melhorar... informacao que piscina fica do outro lado da rua seria bom...vc sai no frio e volta no frio, chuveiro do vestiario sem agua quente... Aquecedores na unica area que tem para jogar cartas que seria o restaurante sem aquecedor funcionando, entao tem q ficar agasalhado jogando cartas, lareira nao podem ligar por causa da lei do ar, nenhum dos 5 dias foi autorizado ligar, o que seria o charme de uma cidade fria, falta salao de jogos, nao tem o que fazer no hotel...e espaco nao falta. Enfim bonito hotel mas atendente mulher da recepcao mal educada , pedi 3 x para ligar o aquecedor e pareceu que tava fazendo favor...depois veio apos 1 hora dizer que estava quebrado mas so veio por q o chefe pediu....

Nice hotel with great views. Spacious rooms that are a bit 70s in a good way. Has character and great breakfasts. But no private beach as listed. I miss the sauna they had a few years ago. But you can book a private hot tub. Not really the same as it limits one’s freedom. But that’s the trend everywhere.

Gostamos muito do hotel, ficamos em uma das cabanas com vista para o lago, muito agradavel, com uma vista linda do Vulcão Osorno, camas muito confortáveis e muito espaçoso. A Piscina e o ofurô aquecidos são excelentes. O restaurante do hotel é impecável com comidas maravilhosas a um preço justo.

Very comfortable, elegant "rustic" large hotel. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable room. Some interpretative advertising in terms of views...Were offered room with view of lake and instead had a view on a very large pine tree which completely obstructed view (would have appreciated heads up and offer to relocate at time of check-in, prior to unpacking) Hotel did offer alternate accommodation when we expressed our disappointment but we had already unpacked and chose in the end not to move. Otherwise, staff very friendly. Property impeccably clean and quiet. Would recommend.

El entorno del lugar es muy lindo, tiene preciosa vista y bien ubicado. Pero el hotel en si, deja mucho de desear por el precio pagado. El baño básico: toallas de cuerpo chicas, basurero de plástico muy poco fino, sin bálsamo para lavarse el pelo, ni crema de cuerpo. Ninguna amenitie al llegar, ni una botella de agua o chocolatito como se espera en un hotel de este precio. El mini bar de la pieza sólo tenía 2 vasos adentro.. plop. Y las escaleras del hotel se mantuvieron sucias con las mismas machas de comida ( reciente) desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos... El personal nada de carismatico. Con todo lo anterior, este hotel es extremadamente caro para lo que es, abusan del precio exclusivamente por la vista y ubicación. No volveremos a elegirnos ( habiendo tanta competencia de mejor calidad al mismo o menor precio)

Our room has a view of the lake and the volcano. Was pretty cool. The room was large, and clean. The Hotel also has swimming facilities. The hotel was close to downtown -only about 15 minutes walk. It has a large restaurant with a lot of sitting options. The food was good overall.

Fizemos um upgrade de quarto, o primeiro era muito pequeno e com uma cama de “casal” bem pequena também para dois adultos. O segundo quarto excelente em tamanho e uma cama king size. O café da manhã muito bom. A piscina foi uma decepção, apenas morna…não gostamos. O atendimento desde da recepção as atendentes do restaurante excelente. A comida do restaurante gostamos muito também. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, os copos/tacas, não eram trocados, apenas “mal” limpos. O quarto não tinham ar condicionado, fez falta, pois estava calor.
Fizemos um upgrade de quarto, o primeiro era muito pequeno e com uma cama de “casal” bem pequena também para dois adultos. O segundo quarto excelente em tamanho e uma cama king size. O café da manhã muito bom. A piscina foi uma decepção, apenas morna…não gostamos. O atendimento desde da recepção as atendentes do restaurante excelente. 3a estadia neste hotel…ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, vista para o lago, estacionamento gratuito, piscina aquecida excelente para adultos e crianças. Restaurante e bar com valores similares a restaurantes da região. Tem varal retrátil no box, um ponto que faz diferença quando você lava pequenas peças no quarto ou tem necessidade secar roupa de banho. Como o hotel não é novo, observamos alguns detalhes que necessitam de manutenção, por exemplo, porta do banheiro estufada pela umidade.

This is not generally the style of hotel that I like, I prefer a smaller more intimate venue. However, it was impeccably clean, very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful. I ended up needing to extend my stay due to being sick, and the hotel, despite being very booked went to some trouble to accommodate me. The views were spectacular. The rooms were quiet. I highly recommend.

Charming hotel in a nice area with lots to do. Has a really good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that the rooms were hot and hard to cool down, and there was a dog next door that barked all night long.

El lugar es precioso y tiene una hermosa vista al lago. Lamentablemente la habitación que nos dieron no tenía ventilación ni contaba con aire acondicionado, el baño no tenía ventanas ni extractor de aire por lo que todo el lugar se sentía realmente sofocante, lo comenté en recepción y amablemente me ofrecieron un ventilador. Por otra parte al anochecer se encendió un foco alógeno que apuntaba justo a nuestra ventana, por suerte tenía cortinas con black out, al día siguiente lo dije en recepción y lo desconectaron. El personal es muy amable y siempre trataron de resolver las incomodidades que surgieron.

Fizemos um upgrade de quarto, o primeiro era muito pequeno e com uma cama de “casal” bem pequena também para dois adultos. O segundo quarto excelente em tamanho e uma cama king size. O café da manhã muito bom. A piscina foi uma decepção, apenas morna…não gostamos. O atendimento desde da recepção as atendentes do restaurante excelente. A comida do restaurante gostamos muito também. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, os copos/tacas, não eram trocados, apenas “mal” limpos. O quarto não tinham ar condicionado, fez falta, pois estava calor.

This hotel is simply superb! Our base-rate room had a fabulous view of the lake, the volcanoes (yes, more than one!), and the town. Excellent restaurants and the downtown are an easy 5-minute walk along the waterfront. The hot breakfast is terrific and features lots of variety, fresh fruit, and also a view of the lake! The rooms are clean and cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh linens. Parking was free. But the real standout was the friendly, super-helpful staff at reception. JetSmart had lost one of our bags and weren’t answering their phone, but the reception staff tried multiple ways to contact them, and the bag arrived at the hotel hours later. We also had lost the Tourist Card issued by immigration when we arrived, which must be returned upon exit from Chile. The reception staff knew exactly what to do, applying online for a replacement, which is only in Spanish! They couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, or more empathetic to our difficulties! We’d return here in a heartbeat!

We booked the Eco Cabana Suite 3 months in advance for 2 nights. When we got to the property, they told us our room had been cancelled. Since they were full they put us in a standard double bed room. Since this was not what we had reserved, and we paid for the Suite we cancelled our stay here and went to a different property. The only reason this review isn't a 1/5 is there was a front lobby trainer, who was great and helped us with the cancellation. She was super friendly and helped us get the reservation cancelled. This reservation was at the end of our vacation and was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, so it was quite disappointing.

The hotel is at a wonderful location, with lake view from my room. I stayed at the cabin section, and the room is super spacious. The only improvement would be the breakfast, as the selection isn't particularly wide, but the food available is tatsy.

Excellent hôtel éco responsable. La qualité de la literie était top avec une vue incroyable sur le lac ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel ainsi que le bar étaient très bons et gros choix au niveau du petit déjeuner notamment en ce qui concerne les intolérances au lactose ! Gros plus également pour la piscine et le bain nordique avec vu imprenable sur le lac encore une fois. Je recommande !
