het was een super hotel om te overnachten. Alles was goed georganiseerd en netjes. Personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Enige min puntje is parkeer kosten. Maar voor de rest uitstekend.

Personal freundlich, mit Bar für das Bier am Abend, Zimmer sauber mit großem TV, allerdings scheinbar keine Zimmerreinigung nach 11 Uhr (länger geschlafen und Aushang erst dann entfernt) und der Flur mit fleckigem Teppich wirkte bedingt einladend. Mit 18€ pro Tag und als Gast eher teurer Parkplatz. Hier war ich überrascht und hätte allenfalls 5€ erwartet, bestenfalls kostenlos und man übernachtet schließlich auch. Frühstück schlägt mit mindestens 18€ (Langschläfer zahlen mehr) zu buche, sodass wir es erst gar nicht ausprobiert haben. Auch hier wäre ein einfaches Frühstück zum kleinen Preis wünschenswert. Die gute Lage überzeugt schließlich doch und so sind Restaurants in Laufreichweite (ca. 600m). Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung.

Ich hatte eln Superior Zimmer jedoch sah ich keinerlei Unterschied zu dem Normalen. Wir hatten leider das Pech und eine Bettwanze gar nicht mal so kleine krabbbelte uns ins Bett. Was nicht toll ist ist das das Doppelbett aus zwei einzelnen bestehen. Immer eine Spalte nachts. Das Klima ist in den Zimmern augh viel zu kühl also zu kalt. Was sehr gut ist ist das Personal, immer nett und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und ausreichend. Waren jetzt zum zweiten mal dort daher kann ich mir auch so elne ehrliche Rezension dazu geben.

I was very disappointed with a hotel that I’ve used many times previously. The room smelt of cigarette smoke (non smoking room), sexual lubricant found in a cupboard, batteries eroded in the remote, and to top it all a Christmas party on our last night, which kept us awake before our drive back to England. When I mentioned the smell of the room I was offered drinks tokens for the bar which buy you either larger or soft drinks. The staff didn’t seem too surprised with the lubricant or remote control. Quite frankly it’s the type of service I’d expect from the Hotel Ibis around the corner. Considered how much a room costs per night id expect a much better service. Not sure how this hotel has a four star rating. I most certainly will not to using this hotel for future visits to Paderborn.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. If you don't mind the slightly out-of-the-way location, the rooms are spotless and the service was really above and beyond. When I got sick during my stay, the late-night concierge was kind enough to bring me chocolate and tea from the already-closed restaurant. Whenever I needed to print something, call a taxi, store something in the refrigerator downstairs, order room service (my meal came up in 15 minutes!), staff were always prompt, friendly, and reliable. Five stars, without a doubt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich etwas Besonderes. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und funktional. Die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Alleine im Frühstücksbereich lässt sich noch einiges verbessern (frisches Brot, Vollkornprodukte, kein Industriekäse). Die Restauration ist nicht sonderlich gelungen, der servierte Flammkuchen war verbrannt und extrem specklastig.
Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich etwas Besonderes. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und funktional. Die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Alleine im Frühstücksbereich lässt sich noch einiges verbessern (frisches Brot, Vollkornprodukte, kein Industriekäse). Die Restauration ist nicht sonderlich gelungen, der servierte Flammkuchen war verbrannt und extrem specklastig.

Verbrannte Rüsti, pappiger Salat, stark angetrockneter Käse beim Frühstück sind unwürdig für ein angesehenes Haus.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. If you don't mind the slightly out-of-the-way location, the rooms are spotless and the service was really above and beyond. When I got sick during my stay, the late-night concierge was kind enough to bring me chocolate and tea from the already-closed restaurant. Whenever I needed to print something, call a taxi, store something in the refrigerator downstairs, order room service (my meal came up in 15 minutes!), staff were always prompt, friendly, and reliable. Five stars, without a doubt.

Das Hotel an sich, direkt an der Pader gelegen, eignet sich hervorragend für die Teilnahme am Osterlauf und einen Abstecher in die Innenstadt, aber die Restauration und Frühstück lassen doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Verbrannte Rüsti, pappiger Salat, stark angetrockneter Käse beim Frühstück sind unwürdig für ein angesehenes Haus.

Ich hatte eln Superior Zimmer jedoch sah ich keinerlei Unterschied zu dem Normalen. Wir hatten leider das Pech und eine Bettwanze gar nicht mal so kleine krabbbelte uns ins Bett. Was nicht toll ist ist das das Doppelbett aus zwei einzelnen bestehen. Immer eine Spalte nachts. Das Klima ist in den Zimmern augh viel zu kühl also zu kalt. Was sehr gut ist ist das Personal, immer nett und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und ausreichend. Waren jetzt zum zweiten mal dort daher kann ich mir auch so elne ehrliche Rezension dazu geben.
