The initial impression of the hotel was dirty and dilapidated. There were numerous individuals hanging over balconies and someone who appeared to be high on something wandering around the reception area. The light switch fell off the wall when we tried to turn the lights on, the bathroom and bedding were filthy and there was no window in the room so the only light was from the open door. We immediately left and booked somewhere else!

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Dodgy, loud clientele, dirty & poorly maintained rooms that stank of cigarettes & a very run down exterior. I was surprised my motorcycle was still there in the morning! Positive points are the room had a heater, so I could dry my wet gear, the shower was warmish & sort of worked, the bed was comfy & sheets were clean. Also the lady who checked me in was nice & helpful & there’s a great bar 2 mins away (La Kaverne) Bar is recommended, hotel is not!

We arrived very late and found the self check in kiosk didn't work. We eventually got through to an attendant who came and organised key cards for us. Luckily he hadn't left before we tried to access our rooms as these cards didn't work, he sorted this out but the whole check in process took around 45 minutes at 3am so it wasn't the best experience. The attendant was nice and helpful; the rooms were very basic but clean.
