I think this is a "diamond in the rough". This is a small, motel like Inn. Totally re-done. They are working on the blacktop, but have new trees planted, and rose bushes (I think), Everything in the room is new and our stay for one night was great.

Almost too much to write. No one here at check-in, fridge not working, ice machine not working, tv not working, no place for soap in shower. Almost all got attended to. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is an older, small hotel that has been recently purchased and updated well. The owner and staff were very accomidating and helpful. The kitchen in the suite was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. It even had a small waffle maker! Everything was spotless. I could tell that the property outside was still being updated, but for a small roadside hotel, that was not a problem to me. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Amazing for price! We stumbled upon a gem when staying here. Newly renovated (basically new) rooms. Things I liked: super clean, comfy bed &pillows, great price, plenty of parking, good lighting in parking lot, nice attentive staff.

When our original plans fell through we opted to try this motel. We are glad we did. We have dogs. They made sure to put us near an exit to accommodate taking them in and out. The motel, while near the highway, is situated so that you hear as little of the highway noise as possible. The room charge includes coffee and some snacks for breakfast, which is always a treat. The room was clean and the bathroom looked recently updated. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are traveling and need to place to lay your head for the night.

Keith showed us to our room, check everything out in our presence, made sure we had everything we needed and confirmed he would have the continental breakfast ready before out check out. As promised, he delivered. He even left a personal note for us for when we left. The Inn itself was clean, peaceful, quiet and located in the perfect spot. We will be back on our next trip through Utah.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Nice bathroom but, ran out of hot water before my husband could shower. Air conditioner sounded like a 747 taking off every 10 minutes. The TV was non functional. Although the front desk clerk tried, he couldn’t fix it. He said there wasn’t any internet. No mention of a discount. We picked this property as it fit into our 8 hour driving window, unfortunately we will not stay here again and continue down the road.

This location is COMPLETELY renovated, and both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, crisp and really nice. Took 1 star off since the room did not yet have a mini-fridge or microwave, but the manager was apologetic and VERY helpful - he opened up the unreserved 2-bedroom suite and let me use the fridge and freezer there for our items. Also, only 2 pillows for the queen bed, I prefer to find 4 (with 2 firm and 2 soft, so we can choose). The hotel was difficult to find at night when we arrived because it's only a short/small 1 story building and their large road sign has not arrived yet, so we just didnt see it. Also, the building has no landscaping yet, so it looked more like a closed private facility. But once inside, we were pleased with everything. I would recommend this spot, and we will likely stay again on our travels north.

Until 7:10, nobody there for breakfast, even coffee or hot water. When I check in she said breakfast from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. No hot water form sink in the morning, call service for help, just machine answering, heat so noisy can't sleep

Very clean room and the staff was very congenial and helpful. They need a dedicated area for breakfast which was better than 90most.

When our original plans fell through we opted to try this motel. We are glad we did. We have dogs. They made sure to put us near an exit to accommodate taking them in and out. The motel, while near the highway, is situated so that you hear as little of the highway noise as possible. The room charge includes coffee and some snacks for breakfast, which is always a treat. The room was clean and the bathroom looked recently updated. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are traveling and need to place to lay your head for the night.

Newly renovated motel just off the Interstate. No breakfast. Coffee in pot in lobby was empty. Clean, comfortable. In room air noisy. Best deal in the area for newest rooms.

Room was clean, wi-fi and TV easy to access. "Complementary breakfast" was lacking pretty much everything you're used to getting when told property has breakfast. Consider it a "cold breakfast" with not much offered and no place to sit.

Way overpriced for a hotel you couldn't even close the toilet door without hitting your knees!! Their "breakfast " was tiny Kirkland granola bars and bottled water. No refrigerator in your room. Ice was crushed...couldn't use it in a cooler and it melted before you could make cold water. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Clean and newly remodeled property. The location is a bit concerning as a solo traveler behind a gas station off the main highway but felt safe and it was quiet. Small town charm. The Eatery was a good place to eat. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

This was a surprise! Tired of driving and selected this inning to stay. From the outside, it looked super small. It was on the smaller side but it was adorable inside. Neat, clean, great decor. Staff was super friendly. Room was neat, clean, and decorated with a western theme. Shower worked fine. My only suggestion to management is to install a shelving unit in the shower for a place to hold shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I will still give this place a 5 star rating!
