I was denied accomodation even though i had confirmed reservation, and money was paid upfront already. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I sent them an email to confirm that they did not give us a room because they were full. But they didn't even bother to reply back. I don't know if I will even get a refund.

Experience was excellent with kitchen staff but at the end feels like some suspicious behaviour from one of the assistant manager, other wise it was great.

Loved every part of this hotel. Spacious, well-furnished room with all the amenities I like (except there were no robes -- but c'mon...). Excellent breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great value. Loved it.
