The stay was very quiet and the staff were very polite. The only possible issue for some would be the lack of an elevator. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. .

Older building with no elevator I had to carry my 50 lb bag up the stairs,

I would like to see more security cameras I didn't see that many I may have been wrong and didn't see them. I would like to see them use room fresheners due to it being an older building that used to be smoked in

Bathroom sinks, floors, and nightstands were dirty. Hair in the sink and on the floor. The nightstands were sticky and had sweat rings from drinks

Bed not made properly. Hair in sink. Refrigerator noisy. (Unplugged to sleep) otherwise Good

Bedsheets were stained and so we had to ask for new bedding after check-in. Bathroom walls and baseboards full of grime. Several broken items in the room including the TP holder and dirty tape on the overflow drain in sink. Room carpet had a bad odor. Breakfast was sparse. Would recommend avoiding this hotel.

On first appearance the property looked clean and bed sheets appeared okay. When unpacking in the room there was trash and crumbs behind the sitting chair and on both night stands. The last hotel quest prior to us still had leftovers sitting in the microwave in the room, and there was hair in the bathroom sink. Getting a hold of staff was very difficult as well. The breakfast included limited options with a pancake maker that was broke down our first night staying and out of mix on the second day. Overall a very disappointing stay.

The hotel was clean. But, it was hard to reach someone at the front desk. The breakfast was horrible- cold cereal and milk. There was mold in the shower, when I mentioned this to the front desk, the lady said that they were in the process of painting the ceilings. We left a day early.

The guy at the desk was nice. Gave me a room and I went to the room, and I was shocked. Seemed like I walked into somebody else’s room. Not cool. Then I went back to the desk and told him about it which he was shocked himself. Then he gave me a new room. The new room smelled like it had wet carpet and mildew. Walls were dirty. Dressers were dirty. Just not cleaned. Then my lady went to talk to the guy. He politely came up to check it out. Which he gave us a new room. It was fine at first until we noticed a lot of things. Walls were dirty, carpet was definitely cleaned or vacuumed. Dressers were filthy. Bathroom door was cracked like someone forced entry. Walls had weird stuff on it. The bed baseboard was clearly not cleaned as it had had prints all over it which I understand (wink) but it should’ve been cleaned. Behind the bed and dressers by the bed had food and crumbs and white substances on the carpet. The chair also had stains and clearly wasn’t clean. The remote to the TV was sticky and wet and also not cleaned. The bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned. We also had a empty roll of toilet paper. The tea bags weren’t bagged and left out in the open. Which is very odd. The bed sheets seemed they were not cleaned as there was fibers and hairs on the sheets. I have pictures of it all. Definitely not for a family with a baby. Will not be returning.

The staff were friendly but the 7 rating was definitely a mistake. The halls and rooms had fresh paint and sheets were clean. The room was vacuumed but very obvious the vacuum does not suck along edges and in drawers. The light switches were old and filthy. Coffee maker and USB plugs in did not work. Towels very thin.

The walls need to be wiped down as well as other parts of the rooms. The bedding was clean.

I booked based on price and reviews. We were alright with it being outdated and see that small improvements may be happening. However, it is not clean and really smelly!!! Had to purchase something for the smell. For reference, we were in a non smoking room. Lose the very old carpeting throughout, it smells!! After calling front desk at check in to get assistance, we didn’t see anyone at the desk for 1 1/2 days! Kind of creepy.

The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again

I using the hotel as a place to take an online workshop. The room was comfortable and fit my needs. The staff was helpful.

When we lived in Mounds View, this property seemed very run down and sketchy at best. We thought we would try it since they changed their name, and appears their ownership. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. Outdated for sure, but very clean. It was surprisingly quiet. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the cities!!

Good hotel for the money with a small breakfast! Was warm outside and the a/c worked great in the room!

It was affordable & the staffs were very accommodating.

I booked 2 days I called before I came in. I got there the older guy with the glasses said that my payment didn’t go through I paid and when I called his wife confirmed that I had it paid for. He wouldn’t let me cancel it took my money and I didn’t get to stay there. It was BS never again

This hotel conveniently located near the highway. However, the hotel overall needs help. The staff need proper training in hospitality and overall management. It's definitely 1 1/2 - 2 star rate hotel. One positive point about our stay is that the person who checked us in accommodated us in a better room. The first one had defects in the room and not properly clean. The breakfast is poor.

I thought this Days Inn was exceptional for the money. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

While the property is in need of updating, it is super clean, quiet and very close to the NSC. The bed linens were top rated and similar to what you will find at a hotel three times the price of this one. The staff are amazing and you feel like family. I am looking forward to many returns since hotels close to NSC tend to be very expensive and this was a nice alternative.

My go to hotel when I come to Minneapolis for concerts.

Their breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel advertising “breakfast included”. Very limited options, awful coffee.

It was clean for the most part but saw some brown clumps of something in the brown blanket that was kind of gross. not a great breakfast variety but for the most part it was okay.

It was ok. No bad not great. If u need a bed and shower this will do. Hotel and rooms outdated and my bed sheets had holes in them. Breakfast was good.

Nothing luxurious, but everything worked and everything was clean. We left feeling rested and refreshed. The breakfast was also nice.
