We had to change rooms the first day there was a broken light bulb in the lamp and there was bedbug reside on the mattress. The hallway and elevator reeked of marijuana and we were supposed to get breakfast and it was yogurt and cold cereal. The last night we were there a cockroach was crawling across the floor the 2nd and 3 rd day we were locked out of our room we had to go to the front desk and have them let us in

There was trash all in the pool area. They would not change the orange juice dispenser so all there was was apple juice. My daughter is autistic and I always tell hotels that and ask to be on bottom floor because she jumps up and down and squeals a lot, they said they couldn’t and that’s ok. But then went on to say she can’t be too loud…. I was very unimpressed

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dirty. The bed covers, floors, and walls were stained and dirty. The ceiling had patches of ain’t that didn’t match, where I’m assuming they tried to cover dirt. The desk had spots of sticky stuff on it. The pool was dirty. And the room was moist and smelled bad.

When I'm checking the boxes for a amenities and I check hot tub and hot breakfast and indoor pool I don't expect to get to the hotel and not have a hot tub see a s***** outdoor pool and very little for breakfast. When I booked the hotel the site said it offered amenities that I was looking for and then when i arrived that wasnt the case. The hotel was clean and check-in was easy though. Outside ir was a bit run down, however we ended up jn a mire down area to begin with. When we arrived to our room it was vlean and put together. I tried to turn the tv on for my 3 year old and there was no power cord for the television. I went back downstairs to ask the receptionist about it and he tried telling me that i just needed batteries for the remote. When I tried explaining again at which time he asked if i just wanted another room and I agreed. Our second room was fine and clean and everything worked. We needed to stay for 2 nights so after a long day of events we get back to the hotel late to find that our room key didnt work because they only gabe us ine night when we moved rooms. It was an easy fix just inconvenient due to circumstances.

All exits to the parking lot are blocked except the main entrance by the front desk. Multiple cameras covering every angle. I asked for a quiet room and they put me next to a crying baby. Got no sleep. Shower head wont stay and falls down, sprays water all over the bathroom. Slumlord property.

There was lots of cockroaches in the room, going on the walls, floor, beds. They refuse to give us our money back they said they could only give us a different room but until the next day because the manager was not available. We barely were able to sleep, fearing that cockroaches could go inside mouth or ears while we were sleeping. Horrible experience. I took several photos for proof

Beds were hard, but clean. No bugs. Walked around in socks and they stayed white. Only bad was breakfast. Had packets of oatmeal, yoghurt, 2 different cereals, milk, coffee and juice.

Everything was okay until I went into the bathroom and I saw someone used sanitary pads in the garbage can. The pads were not wrapped up and there were two of them. Disgusting to say the least, apparently the housekeeper missed them so why would I think that the room was actually clean at all!

6 night stay. Felt safe in the area (no vagrants) Yogurt, coffee, juice cerial/oatmeal & muffins is the continental breakfast. Staff was friendly, *every thing was clean, no signs of any roaches which is surprising being this is a 3 story hotel in Dallas, TX. not to mention its across the street from a Daisy dairy food warehouse. The only issues are: We had two adults and our 15 yr old grandson and we had to ask for a third bath towel EVERY day. House keeping would take the third bath towel every day, if it was used or not. *Most of the walls and the bathroom door had small areas with stuff splattered on them. Just wipe the walls down where needed. Other than the walls, this is an amaizing find for the location and price. We will probably stay here again when we cone and visit.

This place was terrible. The worker at the front desk didnt know how to put my card in the payment machine. She didnt even give me my ID back until i asked her. The room was dirty, the bed was stained. The bathroom light basically didnt work. The mirror was broken and poorly glued back together. The "breakfast" was watered down juice and some basic pastries. By for the worst experience at a hotel ever.

I often travel for business travel and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. It was run down ,not cleaned well, holes in the blanket. They didnt have the AC on and its in the upper 90s. Smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. Glass protection for the staff and when i arrived after midnight the attendent had his shoes off and had them propped up on the counter. I wish i was making this up, I regret not walking righr back out and finding another hotel. I didnt eat their very limited contentinal breakfast out of fear. Fing gross

Smelled of weed the minute you walked through the door of the Lobby. There was leafs under the window curtain, a waded up piece of gum on the floor nect to the nightstand, trash behind the tv, a cleaing rag left on the light fixture in the bathroom, hair in the sheets, and the trash can had water at the bottom of it for some reason. Had to ask the front desk for towels and a tv remote. Also tv was already on when I got in the room. The walls are paper thin. The guy in the room next to us was yelling on his phone in the middle of the night both nights of my stay and had to make a complaint to the front desk. Could hear the other person on the phone as well thats how loud the neighbor was and how thin the walls are. Was told I would be able to change rooms on my night but that fell through. No offer for room discount.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, bed made me itchy, non-smoking room smells like cigarette. Hall way smells like cigarette and weed. Cigarette burns on the couch of my "Non-smoking" room, the TV had no remote, no manual buttons and was already on plus the desk had no replacement so I had to drag the dresser away from the wall and unplug it to sleep. The bathroom sink stopper handle was disconnected so I had to crawl under the vanity and repair that one myself. (maybe I should send a yall a bill for plumbing service.)

When I arrived the front desk clerk claimed he couldn’t find my reservation even after I showed him my reservation number on my phone, so of course I got ripped off than what was quoted.the rooms were nice and clean the only their issue is I had no hot water!

They did not have a room for us and said they overbooked WE got no call or message from them until we showed up at 8pm. We had to pay a huge rate for another hotel. This was a horrible experience.

Over all stay it was 6/10 . my dislike from the hotel was it Staff, Cleaning staff to be precise. My daughter forgot her blanket with her name engraved. Went back to the hotel to claim it and the front desk that nothing Was turned in to the lost and found.

I often travel for business travel and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. It was run down ,not cleaned well, holes in the blanket. They didnt have the AC on and its in the upper 90s. Smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. Glass protection for the staff and when i arrived after midnight the attendent had his shoes off and had them propped up on the counter. I wish i was making this up, I regret not walking righr back out and finding another hotel. I didnt eat their very limited contentinal breakfast out of fear. Fing gross

AC didn’t work well, floors were dirty, maid made the beds but didn’t refill things like coffee cups, Kleenex,etc. crackheads hanging around in front of motel and parking lot and using bathrooms in lobby, “Continental breakfast” consisted of a danish that was near expiration, apple juice or extremely, extremely watered down orange juice. We stayed on 3rd floor and heard a couple yelling at each other and the man using profanity. Not good at all if your children are with you. We will NOT be staying there again.

Accidentally left a battery charger in the room when I left. Two phone calls where I offered to pay to have it shipped to me and something for their trouble. Was told they would call me back as they couldn't seem to understand this simple request. They never called back and I never got the charger back. Area around the hotel is really full of homeless. Very scary place. never again

6 night stay. Felt safe in the area (no vagrants) Yogurt, coffee, juice cerial/oatmeal & muffins is the continental breakfast. Staff was friendly, *every thing was clean, no signs of any roaches which is surprising being this is a 3 story hotel in Dallas, TX. not to mention its across the street from a Daisy dairy food warehouse. The only issues are: We had two adults and our 15 yr old grandson and we had to ask for a third bath towel EVERY day. House keeping would take the third bath towel every day, if it was used or not. *Most of the walls and the bathroom door had small areas with stuff splattered on them. Just wipe the walls down where needed. Other than the walls, this is an amaizing find for the location and price. We will probably stay here again when we cone and visit.

I’m traveling with my husband and my baby for a wedding, and booked a room here. Reviews and photos online looked okay, but in reality this was far from okay. The room they put us in reeked of cigarettes, like someone had been smoking in there for months. There were stains on everything. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it, and the lampshades had mold on them. The whole hotel had a stink to it, like bad plumbing. They put us in “the best room they have” after we complained and it was cleaner, but still stank and the door had clearly been damaged from someone breaking it open. The parking lot had lots of drug/ unhoused activity happening in the open and in the morning there were used condoms in the walkway. To charge $100 for this experience is DISGUSTING.

We had to change rooms the first day there was a broken light bulb in the lamp and there was bedbug reside on the mattress. The hallway and elevator reeked of marijuana and we were supposed to get breakfast and it was yogurt and cold cereal. The last night we were there a cockroach was crawling across the floor the 2nd and 3 rd day we were locked out of our room we had to go to the front desk and have them let us in

AC did not work, was reported day 1 of 4, nothing done and no one interested. Advertised breakfast was continental only & no milk was out 2 of 4 days. Stomping on floor above us past bedtime. No coffee maker, again reported with no response. No iron in one of two rooms.

There was trash all in the pool area. They would not change the orange juice dispenser so all there was was apple juice. My daughter is autistic and I always tell hotels that and ask to be on bottom floor because she jumps up and down and squeals a lot, they said they couldn’t and that’s ok. But then went on to say she can’t be too loud…. I was very unimpressed

This place was terrible. The worker at the front desk didnt know how to put my card in the payment machine. She didnt even give me my ID back until i asked her. The room was dirty, the bed was stained. The bathroom light basically didnt work. The mirror was broken and poorly glued back together. The "breakfast" was watered down juice and some basic pastries. By for the worst experience at a hotel ever.

The hotel smells!! The room they gave me reeked with cigarette smoke but they gave me another room which was perfumed with air refresher to mask other smells. Coffee for breakfast was not coffee...it looked like it but not coffee.

The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. I was just disappointed with what they call breakfast. There is basically coffee, tea, yogurt, those wrapped muffins and cereal.

We checked in to the room, and asked about breakfast. Was told that breakfast would be served between 6-9am. Was only provided with 1 room key. The luggage cart had flat tires. The elevator needs some maintenance, as the buttons would get stuck down, and the floor numbers display wasn’t working. It’s a 100% non-smoking hotel, however everywhere smelled of either smoke or some kind of musky stench. The wood floors on our 3rd floor room were mushy, like there were holes beneath the flooring. The beds were very hard and the bedding looked dirty. The shower head was spraying water from the threads of the shower head onto the wall which created black mold and a soggy wall by the shower head. The shower curtain looked moldy. Breakfast was prepackaged tiny muffins, coffee, and stale cereal from a dispenser. There were also roaches in the bathroom that we had to kill. Will not be booking here again.

The receptionist was nice, but honestly that’s where the compliments end. The parking lot is sketchy, the room smelled awful, and got so much worse with the heat on. Like someone had tried to put out a fire in the heating system by urinating in it. Stained bedding, broken and missing outlet covers. No chair at the stained and chipped desk. No hangers. The bathroom light didn’t come on without trying for several minutes with the switch. There’s coffee packets in the room but no coffee maker. The hallways and elevator reeked of marijuana. The walls were dirty and riddled with chipped paint and holes. Breakfast was packaged mini muffins or danish, Cheerios, Froot Loops type cereals, 3 packets of oatmeal and 11 yogurt cups. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for something else. They shouldn’t be charging over $50 a night for this place, for almost the same price If La Quinta hadn’t been sold out we would have gone there 100%, but we needed to be close to my son’s audition and didn’t have many viable options within a 10 min radius. Never again.
