Motel 6-Garland, TX - Dallas

Very nasty wouldn't recommend this place to stay at. Only one microwave and thats at the office no bath tub only walk in showers and there still aint enough room in the shower.

The room was unsanitary smelled very bad a hotelwith3 floors and no working elevator wifi and TV out I will never ever staythere

They are nice, unlike the people at America's best next door, you need something they get it, the only thing is microwave oven in room would be nice

It was a quite night every night we stayed but the front desk gave me a 3 story floor and at first I didn't think there was an elevator. But to my surprise low and behold there was.

Only one microwave in the entire hotel and you have to go to office to use it the bed is not stable and moves all around no blanket no shelves for luggage the toilet is toddler size and wobbly ceiling in tiny tiny small shower has stains all over it the price is raised on the weekend for why I will never understand noisy everywhere

Morning staff is rude. Night time man was nice Pool never opened

The people that work there are very nice but I had a friend that tried to extend some days for me and they wouldn't take her credit card over the phone they made it to my difficult to extend my stay. I would have preferred to have stayed there then to move to a different location but it is what it is. Where I am now at this motel 6 is not good at all. I don't like it at all and the man at the counter is a rude person. Goes to show ya they are definitely not all the same. I really wish I could have stayed where I was at. Much better people much better place. I have no problem at all with this motel I would recommend it especially if you have furry kids. I was fortunate to have a room that I could park right in front of my room. Way easier with my dogs. We felt safe and comfortable in this motel 6. There were many people there with their pets and it was a good place to stay. Plus Walmart delivery and lots of food delivery here. And they had a small fridge in the room no microwave but we can't have it all right

This property is inundated and infested with roaches. The moment the roaches detected movement in the room. The started coming from everywhere, behind the TV, underneath the bed, in the bed, all over the bathroom, underneath the sink, on top of the basin,

Extremely dissatisfied with the room, roaches everywhere! A/C would not work, the shower had black mold chipping, sink had I don’t know what in it? Roaches were coming out of mini fridge. I asked front desk young girl working to please find me another room? She has me bring all my bags and cooler down from second floor, to carry them all the way back up. Now I’m unable to see my car. I was asked by guest for drugs? And money. I do not feel safe at all. No refund. Which means my potential job, interview early in the morning I will not get any rest. This motel like so many has no Amenities, no breakfast, No microwave oven extremely out dated, comforter has cigarette burns. She said it’s none smoking, clearly she’s mistaken. She asked me odd questions when switching rooms. Over priced, as is everything in Texas. Painting, new bedding, coffee, pastry would be a great start, CALL THE BUG MAN!!!!

No room was not clean roaches was found in one room then moved to another To wake up to roaches in my hair

This was the worst stay ever so dirty bed dirty just nasty!!!

Checking in was smooth the lady wasnt friendly. Didnt like the area. The room disnt look like the pictures. When i looked over the room you could see that the room wasnt cleaned good at all. Dirty shower curtain. The toilet ran. Then i noticed a roach crawling. The bed wasnt comfortable. I didnt want to touch the door. I didnt want to sleep but i didnt want to have to fi d another hotels miles away from the event that i was attending. Never staying again.

There were roaches and the room wasn't clean.

Bed sheets had holes in them and were not clean. Rooms smelled like smoke

Upon arriving, around 7pm, the door to the front desk was locked so I had to use the side window. When checking in it was difficult to understand what the desk man was saying where my room was. When I did go to my room, it was at the front of the building facing the interstate. It was very noisy in the room with the traffic all night long. There was a sticky, peanut butter and syrup, substance, on the table that I had to clean off before I put my travel bag on it. Later did I realize that the window was partially open, allowing more traffic noise to come in. But closing the window did not help much. While taking a shower, the room phone rang. After the shower, I called the desk and asked if they called me, and they said no. So I don’t know who was calling me. Maybe someone was scoping out my arrival and seeing where I went. I’m not sure. About 3 AM in the morning, someone decided to start playing loud music in their room and you could hear the beat beat beat through the walls. That lasted about a half hour. There were also people having an argument out in the parking lot they seem to be very loud and woke me up in the middle of the night. When I checked out the next morning around 9am, the door was still locked, and I had to use the side window again. For an additional $20-$30 more, I would rather stay at another hotel.

Air conditioner not cooling and tv could not turn off and change channel.

Good for the money , staff was very nice. Room was clean and it was quiet. Only complaint was wish it had more of a blanket then the sheet thing they had on the bed. Only complaint. Other then great stay.

Hotel not in the best shape but they do have they biggest bathrooms I’ve ever seen.

Check in went well. I stayed there 2 nights on different days and surprisingly was given the same room. The room at first sight appeared to b CLEAN, bed well made with clean towels as before. What I did not like, seeing dead flies as I walked in and on the floor and having to kill flies. A bit noisy bc people live on the property.

Check in was ok. Took a while considering i had a reservation. Bedding was clean. Shower was dilapidated. Floor was funky feeling. The insulation in the room was horrible. It is right off I-30 and it sounded like every vehicle on the highway was driving through my room. I guess you get what you pay for, although i feel like $72 was way too much for the room.

Room was quiet and clean

The room was way too small for the price. The shower was a joke & the so called mattress was a cardboard box! They didn't even put a blanket on the bed!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was quiet. Good for the money.

Very rude

This is my first time at this property I had to stand outside unable to check in because no one is at the counter to do checkin I stood here over 30 mins waiting to get checked in 30 min in 98 * degree was outrageous.

Worst experience ever. I called the front desk to tell them my bathroom floor was covered in water. I was asked if I wanted a plunger. She came to my room only to figure out the light in the shower was leaking from the floor above me. I was told it would be OK. It's absolutely disgusting and a fire hazard. When I told her this, she rolled her eyes at me and said the only other thing she could do was give me another room to which I agreed. She rolled her eyes at me again and told me to grab my stuff and meet her in the office. She flicked her hand at me and with attitude told me my room was in the back upstairs and turned to walk away. On the way to finding my room, I was terrified when I saw a man come out of his room slamming a big dog against the railing. I ran the opposite way and finally found my room. I called the office again to report it and she laughed at me and replied with "It's not like they are going to come after you". I have severe PTSD and it triggered me into a huge anxiety attack and being laughed at did not help. I didn't sleep at all because I was barricaded in my room scared to sleep from fear. The next morning a couple came out of another room yelling cussing and being physically aggressive with each other. I grabbed my stuff and made sure they were gone, I went to the office as quick as I could. I was told the manager would be in the next day. I told the woman what happened and she replied with "oh". A refund was requested and no reply was ever given.

Most staff is very rude and does not care about there customers. Manager should not be a manager. All workers are just power trippers

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t terrible the place was run down but this is a motel 6 the area is not that safe they use the parking lot to get hookers had plenty of men trying to call me to there car

We were there for 2 nights kids were crying to open the door that connects to our room also they were making so much noise 12: am midnight they were still up I had to go to the office and tell them to move us or give us our money back. Staff call them the noise stopped a little bit…then I got up around 3:40 am to go to the bathroom I saw a couple of roaches they were on top of my bed also in the bedroom shower. We go there because it’s close to my sister in law she’s in the nursing home.also we just have to walk across to Denny’s for breakfast. So it’s convenient for us I don’t know we might have to look for another place. People hanging around late at night outside.

It was entirely too many people that did not stay at the hotel in the parking lot. Too many drug addicts walking around

People outside all hours of the night and smoking on property felt very unsafe
