Stayed 3 nights

Staff not helpful only young guy at night no air con windows no safety lock for child and manager was rude. Had to complain to hotels.com who got me a fan as was to hot in room. Lifts never available as staff constantly using and disabled. Would not stay again but if you don’t need a lift and don’t have children your ok,

Stayed 1 night

We left immediately. Unfortunately it was prepared so that money was lost, but save yourselves. We didn't want to touch anything. Stains were on curtains, walls, bedding, it was just gross. I went to another hotel about 10 minutes away that was cheaper (believe it or not) and it was so much nicer. Even if this was the only place in Leipzig that had a room, I would drive to another town!
