Stayed 3 nights

By far, this home is the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. First, the neighborhood. The Zionsville Village neighborhood is delightful with a beautiful array of vintage homes. One could spend a day or more just walking the neighborhood enjoying the vintage and historical homes and their gardens. And the Village itself, with its brick streets and abundance of shops and good restaurants, is walkable from the house. The house is also a short drive to shopping centers for groceries and other supplies. The rental itself is a beautifully restored home surrounded by beautiful landscaping - Japanese Maple, Siberian irises, Coral Bells, just to name a few. It was so nice to sit on the comfortable chairs on the front porch to enjoy the garden! The owner also has bird feeders which attract Goldfinches and cardinals among other species. The interior of the home is simply lovely. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a kitchen dining space as well as a dining room, and a front sitting area in addition to a spacious well lit living room/den (with fireplace) provide all the space one could ask for. One thing guests should be aware of if they have mobility issues - there is a step between the kitchen and living room and between the downstairs bedroom and the bath. Parking is right next to the house, which is convenient. Wifi is excellent and the house is supplied with outlets for an array of USB plugs. The house is unbelievably well-appointed. We appreciated the high quality
