L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre du cap d'Agde proche des restaurants et bars. Parking à dispo à 20€ la journée à proximité. Le staff est très sympa avec de bons conseils pour manger. La chambre est correcte le lit est bon salle de bain est bien. Par contre la moquette et l'odeur dans la chambre ce n'est vraiment pas agréable.

Un accueil tres chaleureux, une chambre propre et une literie adulte tres bien. Cependant de gros points négatif qui m'ont decu pour un hotel avec autant d'etoiles et a ce prix. Demande d'un lit bebe a la reservation pour mon nouveau né de 2 mois, je me retrouve a payer 15€ par nuit pour un lit parapluie, une couette pliee en 3 en guise de matelas et un drap plie en 2 en guise de couverture. Du coup mon bebe n'as pas dormi dans ce lit par manque de securité. Quand j'en ai parler au standards on me dis a je ne comprend pas que ca vojs derange et on as jamais de bébé. Alors pourquoi proposer une perstation bébé et la facturer... Une clilatisation en face du lit qui nous as projeté son air dans le visage toute la nuit malgres que l'on ai essayé différents réglages. On parle de chambre insonorisées. Mais la rue est assez brillante, et malgres les efforts de l'hotel on as beaucoup entendu les bruits extérieurs. Un parking que l'on as paye 18€ par jour. Super le forfait de l'hotel nous as permis d'avoir une facture de stationnement moins salé ; mais a chaque fois les tickets de sorti de parking que l'hotel nous a donné ne fonctionné pas. L'accueil au standar est tres agreable.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer

Posizione centralissima. Praticamente sul porto e quindi con accesso immediato e diretto. Struttura datata e bisognosa di restyling all’interno come all’esterno. Bagno minuscolo e moquette in camera. Poco accogliente la sala colazioni e locale freddo (temperatura). Personale cortese ed accogliente. Il prezzo del garage, 30€, per una struttura che non è nemmeno collegata, e davvero ingiustificato.

Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange! I tried the new password they gave me but it didn’t help. The issue is that the WiFi is spotty in places. If you really need WiFi then be aware of this.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h30 à l'hôtel, qui était fermé. Pas de réception entre midi et 14h00... Nous avons appelé le numéro d'urgence, qui nous a répondu qu'ils étaient en pause déjeuner. Durant l'appel, nous avons pu entrer en passant avec des clients. La dame que nous avions au téléphone ne nous a pas interdit de poser nos affaires mais nous a indiqué, à maintes reprises, que son établissement ne pourrait pas être tenu responsable de ce qui pouvait advenir à nos bagages. Après avoir mis fin à l'appel, nous avons rencontré une de leurs femmes de ménage qui a gentiment accepté qu'on mette nos bagages dans un local technique fermé. Au checkout, durant notre feedback, la réceptionniste, possiblement la directrice, nous a reproché d'avoir fait du forcing auprès de la femme de ménage, mais nous étions loins du forcing... C'est bien sa femme de ménage qui a trouvé la solution à notre problème et nous la remercions encore pour cela. Il serait opportun que la direction de cet établissement se pose les bonnes questions pour tenter de s'améliorer. J'ai bien aimé le panneau à l'entrée "Entrée interdite aux râleurs". Mais ils poussent au crime :))) Au delà du checkin/checkout, l'hôtel est bien situé et propre.

Globalement un bon séjour excepté les murs fins et le bruit dès 9h du matin . Le wc fêlé et les joints jaunis de la salle de bain avec du tartre sur le carrelage laisse perplexe ... L'accueil est agréable et l'hôtel est bien situé.

La dame que nous avions au téléphone ne nous a pas interdit de poser nos affaires mais nous a indiqué, à maintes reprises, que son établissement ne pourrait pas être tenu responsable de ce qui pouvait advenir à nos bagages. Après avoir mis fin à l'appel, nous avons rencontré une de leurs femmes de ménage qui a gentiment accepté qu'on mette nos bagages dans un local technique fermé. Au checkout, durant notre feedback, la réceptionniste, possiblement la directrice, nous a reproché d'avoir fait du forcing auprès de la femme de ménage, mais nous étions loins du forcing... C'est bien sa femme de ménage qui a trouvé la solution à notre problème et nous la remercions encore pour cela. Il serait opportun que la direction de cet établissement se pose les bonnes questions pour tenter de s'améliorer. J'ai bien aimé le panneau à l'entrée "Entrée interdite aux râleurs". Mais ils poussent au crime :))) Au delà du checkin/checkout, l'hôtel est bien situé et propre.

Un accueil tres chaleureux, une chambre propre et une literie adulte tres bien. Cependant de gros points négatif qui m'ont decu pour un hotel avec autant d'etoiles et a ce prix. Demande d'un lit bebe a la reservation pour mon nouveau né de 2 mois, je me retrouve a payer 15€ par nuit pour un lit parapluie, une couette pliee en 3 en guise de matelas et un drap plie en 2 en guise de couverture. Du coup mon bebe n'as pas dormi dans ce lit par manque de securité. Quand j'en ai parler au standards on me dis a je ne comprend pas que ca vojs derange et on as jamais de bébé. Alors pourquoi proposer une perstation bébé et la facturer... Une clilatisation en face du lit qui nous as projeté son air dans le visage toute la nuit malgres que l'on ai essayé différents réglages. On parle de chambre insonorisées. Mais la rue est assez brillante, et malgres les efforts de l'hotel on as beaucoup entendu les bruits extérieurs. Un parking que l'on as paye 18€ par jour. Super le forfait de l'hotel nous as permis d'avoir une facture de stationnement moins salé ; mais a chaque fois les tickets de sorti de parking que l'hotel nous a donné ne fonctionné pas. We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre du cap d'Agde proche des restaurants et bars. Parking à dispo à 20€ la journée à proximité. Le staff est très sympa avec de bons conseils pour manger. La chambre est correcte le lit est bon salle de bain est bien. Par contre la moquette et l'odeur dans la chambre ce n'est vraiment pas agréable.

Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange! I tried the new password they gave me but it didn’t help. The issue is that the WiFi is spotty in places. If you really need WiFi then be aware of this.
