I understand ice machines are expensive but this hotel was designed for three ice machines yet there is only one. The one ice machine on site has a broken dispenser ice shoot/dispenser button that the user has to fiddle with to dispense the ice. I really think this reflects poorly on an otherwise great experience.

The place is under construction. None of that was relayed prior to. Our shower rod was coming out of the walls. They are not serving breakfast during construction period.

The hotel was in the middle of major construction. The lobby was filthy the breakfast buffet advertised as a highlight consisted of 3 types of prepackaged bars along with coffee and hot water dispensers. Free WiFi was not available throughout our stay until we complained for about the 6th time on our last night, then we were provided with an access code. The exercise room was also unavailable. The hotel has possibilities but current conditions and customer service are unacceptable.

They have an area under construction I did not know about when I booked the room. There were no vending machines, laundry area, or self serve ice machine.

Hotel was clean very good breakfast the front desk receptionist was amazing science you get there . I believe his name is Carson I don’t reminder. The two things I don’t like jacuzzi was cold and was not working we went breakfast and no seats available to the fact teenagers from a school they had them waiting lo leave in that area not eating just waiting letting other guests with out shairs yo eat

Upon arrival, there was someone asleep in the lobby and no one around to check us in. After calling the number listed twice and ringing the bell multiple times, someone finally came to check us in. We had already paid and they tried to get us to pay again. After finally getting checked in, we made our way to our room. One half of the place was blocked off and under construction. The whole place stunk, the carpets were disgusting, and the bed was super lumpy. We didn’t make it 5 minutes before leaving to go somewhere else.

This hotel is in a great location near many food chains and convenience stores, including an HEB plus. It is a small hotel right off the freeway and is a good option for those on a budget. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. I booked a 2 night stay w/ 1 king bed which was more than spacious enough for myself. It had a mini fridge, microwave and 32” TV. The bed itself was not as comfortable, but it was sufficient enough to rest my head at night. The pillows were not as great as they go flat really easily and I found myself having to stack two of them to make it comfortable enough. One big issue that I’ve had is the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom could use more attention. Stuff like hair and shampoo gel were still visible on the shower walls. The shower head had lime build up and could use some major cleaning as it made the water pressure really weak. It also had a strong metallic-like smell as water was released from the fixture. Visible stains were noticeable from other walls of the bathroom and could use a good touch up. The sink also had some stains that could use some attention. I could not brush my teeth using that water as it had the same metal scent as the shower. Luckily I had some bottled water with me and I recommend others to do the same. There is free breakfast provided in the morning, ranging from cooked eggs and sausage to pre-packaged granola bars and danishes. Overall 3/5. Would be higher if it was more clean, but not bad.

If you love your family- don’t stay here. If you like your family don’t stay here. The furniture I’m the hotel lobby looks disgusting to say the least. On the floor I stayed I was approached by a stony marijuana smell and musty odor. I thought I could survive since it was only one night. The beds are uncomfortable the towels were stained. I wouldn’t let my enemy stay there. They were doing construction but it may be best to shut the place down.

I have no idea how this hotel rated an 8.2 on expedia. The room was dirty. The hotel was shabby and in disrepair. The only thing good was it was a room which was a small step up from sleeping in my car.

The staff was very friendly!!! However, the property is not well maintained. There are LAYERS of bird poop all over the sidewalk right outside the main entrance. The linens were stained and had holes. The ceiling had holes that were filled with wadded up tissues. The walls and curtains has various stains in many places.

We had booked a king-size room. Was told by young lady at the desk no kings available, just a room with 2 Queens. Hotel did not have that many vehicles outside when we arrived around 9:45 PM. Didn't make sense but she blamed Expedia for over booking. We were tired so took the room. Room has a very unpleasant odor. Mildew or mold smell.

My handicapped room was very spacious along with the shower area. The only thing that was missing was a couch for my visitors to sit on. The whole family had to sit on my king size bed. I felt very uncomfortable about that. There was more than enough space in the room to put a couch.

The bathroom was only provided with 2 towels. Typically when staying at a hotel, you’re provided with around 4 (if not more) bath towels in addition to the hand towels and wash cloths/rags. Shampoo, Lotion, and Facial Soap were the only hygienic items provided rather than including Conditioner and Body Wash as well. The WiFi was not great and kept cutting in and out at all times.

Staff is super helpful and friendly! Rooms are very quiet. There was a very upset chil next door to but we only heard him when in the hall, never when in our room. The ice machine on 1st floor was out of order and the ice machine on 2nd floor was broken but usable if you tried hard. Breakfast good but could use a bit more variety. Those are really the only negative things I can say. I will definitely stay here again if only for the friendly staff and comfy beds!

Everything was fine except the Handicapped access room I got (room 121) had no couch for my family to sit on. The room is very spacious but the only place family members could sit was on the kingsize bed in the room.

When we arrived, Shasta assisted us and her customer service was second to none. She was extremely kind, amazingly fast at what she does, and genuinely kinder than anyone I’ve ever encountered. God bless people with her genuine character and disposition, Shasta made our first trip to Texas even better than we could have imagined. Thank you

Asked for handicap room and was told they gave us one. Room was NOT. Had tub which I could not climb over, shower did not have removable handle to make it easier to rinse and wash hair, no chair to sit on. Carts wheeling up and down the hall all night. Was promised the manager would call, never happened. Orange juice was clear water. Do NOT recommend.

The front desk lady was super nice! The food was great! I liked the variety of food options; not all hotels/motels have the same quality! Called ahead and told them my husband would be checking in late. She said he would be able to check in with no problem. He got there after midnight and they wouldn’t let him check I even though the room was paid for and reserved.

Upon arrival, there was someone asleep in the lobby and no one around to check us in. After calling the number listed twice and ringing the bell multiple times, someone finally came to check us in. We had already paid and they tried to get us to pay again. After finally getting checked in, we made our way to our room. One half of the place was blocked off and under construction. The whole place stunk, the carpets were disgusting, and the bed was super lumpy. We didn’t make it 5 minutes before leaving to go somewhere else.

This hotel is in a great location near many food chains and convenience stores, including an HEB plus. It is a small hotel right off the freeway and is a good option for those on a budget. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. I booked a 2 night stay w/ 1 king bed which was more than spacious enough for myself. It had a mini fridge, microwave and 32” TV. The bed itself was not as comfortable, but it was sufficient enough to rest my head at night. The pillows were not as great as they go flat really easily and I found myself having to stack two of them to make it comfortable enough. One big issue that I’ve had is the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom could use more attention. Stuff like hair and shampoo gel were still visible on the shower walls. The shower head had lime build up and could use some major cleaning as it made the water pressure really weak. It also had a strong metallic-like smell as water was released from the fixture. Visible stains were noticeable from other walls of the bathroom and could use a good touch up. The sink also had some stains that could use some attention. I could not brush my teeth using that water as it had the same metal scent as the shower. Luckily I had some bottled water with me and I recommend others to do the same. There is free breakfast provided in the morning, ranging from cooked eggs and sausage to pre-packaged granola bars and danishes. Overall 3/5. Would be higher if it was more clean, but not bad.

Overall the experience was really good. My only complaint was the bed was hard but i slept well despite of that point. Breakfast was good and the staff was incredibly friendly! Its in a well lit business area so i felt safe being there :)

Was in town to attend a family reunion. Location was in a very good place close to where we need to be. Staff was very friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast was served as well. Parking was provided too. Would stay there again.

The place is under construction. None of that was relayed prior to. Our shower rod was coming out of the walls. They are not serving breakfast during construction period.

The hotel was in the middle of major construction. The lobby was filthy the breakfast buffet advertised as a highlight consisted of 3 types of prepackaged bars along with coffee and hot water dispensers. Free WiFi was not available throughout our stay until we complained for about the 6th time on our last night, then we were provided with an access code. The exercise room was also unavailable. The hotel has possibilities but current conditions and customer service are unacceptable.

Staff is super helpful and friendly! Rooms are very quiet. There was a very upset chil next door to but we only heard him when in the hall, never when in our room. The ice machine on 1st floor was out of order and the ice machine on 2nd floor was broken but usable if you tried hard. Breakfast good but could use a bit more variety. Those are really the only negative things I can say. I will definitely stay here again if only for the friendly staff and comfy beds!

Wonderful staff, room had great AC, everything was in working condition. Due to me being on IV medication that requires refrigeration I wish the fridge was a decent size like other hotels. It was a very mini fridge. Also during check in the lobby reeked of weed. Otherwise a decent hotel to stay at.
