Check in staff excellent- very friendly. Nice room- need usb or plugs by beds though. Very Clean, comfortable. Only disappointment was the Car service offered- one valet always had excuse about not being able to drive us, so we didn’t use unfortunately. Came back to bottle of wine in room for VIP expedia reward. Would stay again. Safe area. Nice to have whole foods under the hotel.

1Hotel Seattle was a great stay if you're looking for an elevated and more aesthetic/modern experience. It is pricier than the average luxury hotel, but it is worth it for a special occasion. We had the 1 king bed 355sq ft, and it was nice. Mini bar options is plentiful, plenty of storage space, big tub + standing shower, great sink with filtered water faucet (personally wouldn't drink but nice to have). Downsides to the hotel, some parts of the floors near our bed felt like we were gonna break into the ground and had loud creaking noises. The TV is EXTREMELY slow and lags significantly. I wouldn't deal with live TV unless its for background noise. The navigation menu is difficult due to slow response time and screen casting does not work. Air conditioning didn't work for one time, but maintenance was able to reset and fix. They do not have affordable overnight parking, but there are street parking spots nearby and affordable lots not too far to walk. The gym is super nice. And you do have the option to have the hotel to drive you up to 2 miles and even borrowing the car once you fill out paperwork for it. Overall, a good stay if you are willing to pay the premium!

We arrived a little early and the staff managed to accommodate our arrival. Had a nice drink in the bar! The area is excellent, the room was beautiful and the gym is very well equipped. Had a fab sleep

Loved our stay and enjoyed the area. The location is awesome with a Whole Foods down below and a slew of great restaurants, bars and adventures nearby. My only disappointment was that their restaurant was under construction and they didn’t tell us. Would definitely go back.

We loved the location, and also the fact that it had a fitness center with a very nice sauna , also we really enjoyed having a private balcony, it was nice comfortable stay. For the ladies they do have a salon, bro bar and nail bar right outside attached too the hotel just in case u would like too get pampered

Beware - there's a 65 dollar fee for parking. Its a vallet. The surpise of the price sucked but it's understable if you compare local parking prices. Example: I believe we paid 30 somewhere by pikes market for 3 hours. Rooms were great: clean and very comfortable. The downfall was the construction taking place - took away from great amenities and elevators took awhile. Until those amenities are available after the construction - customers should get an automatic upgrade or discounts.

The room was spotlessly clean. Loved the big bathroom with the deep tub that has a full sliding tray for your shampoo, etc. Rest of room was ok but not as in excellent condition as bathroom. Chipped and damaged cabinet when you open door to where fridge is. Scuffs/chips on other furniture. Bed was very comfortable, pillows a bit too stiff. Heat in room worked well, room was very quiet and a good temperature consistently. Dirty layer all across bottom of large window, unappealing but on the outside. Big disappointment that whirlpool was out of order and not usable. Also fitness room/sauna is not right in the hotel. You have to walk outside across roadway to access it. Not convenient especially in cold winter weather to go from warm sauna to chilly outside air just to get back to your room. The staff were very professional and understanding and provided breakfast voucher in lieu of whirlpool facilities. The breakfast was excellent with fresh, top quality ingredients. We also ordered one small item for room service, not realizing that there is a $5 delivery charge. That should be stated up front on the room service menu or when ordering.

Beautiful brand new hotel right in the perfect location!!!! And conveniently next to a wonderful Whole Foods market too!! We could walk right down to Pikes Place market and even to the Space Needle. Beautiful view of that from our room too. Spacious room, delicious restaurant, and excellent service. Thank you!

Amazing. Jean is a great host. Very friendly and attentive. Would book again. Location is prime spot. They drive you around for food if within 2 miles which ended up saving so much on Uber. Majority of top restaurants are <2 miles.

This was the second time I stayed at 1 Hotel in the last couple months. The first time we were there one of the elevators was not working and made it difficult to catch a ride without waiting. The second time - a month later the elevator was still not working and all the service staff had to use the elevator as well and this was extremely annoying because everyone in the building was using ONE elevator. I guess that is why it is called the 1 Hotel? I am not impressed with this hotel - it is not really 5 star in my opinion and they are not saving the environment like they try to make you think!

The staff, the food, the upgrades all absolutely amazing! Close to Pike Place, Climate Pledge Arena, and other touristy and non-touristy places where you can choose to walk or take their shuttle. The only negative I have is that to room seemed a bit dirty. There were drink splashes on the walls and light switches, holes in the bedding, dark stains in the curtains… it generally seemed like it just needed a spot check clean and it would have been perfect.

I was very disappointed with my stay at 1 Hotel Seattle. The elevators were out of service, and we had to use the service elevator. The room was not properly clean, with visible spots and hairs. For the price, I expected much better. I checked out within an hour, and while the staff did issue a refund, the overall experience did not meet the standard of this hotel.

Mattress cover had a hole on it. Toilet has the precious customer’s hair remains. Small bugs were flying in the room. Coffee mugs were not cleaned. Valet is very slow.

Stayed in Room 609 - had a great view of the Space Needle. Room was clean except for a booger on the bedside lamp on the side closest to window. Hard to see from the foot of the bed but I spotted it from the pillow. I am willing to bet it is still there.

Th staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We were able to check in early after our cruise. The room was amazing. So clean and eco friendly. The bed was super comfortable. The location was prefect we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I will be staying here when I return to the area.

They are in the middle of a rebranding so with that, some of the exterior and the main floor lobby are all under construction. Saying that, I had a very pleasant stay, staff were lovely and helpful, the room was immaculate - spotlessly clean etc. There is no construction noise outside of the usual business hours, but even at that, I can't say it was loud at all and I was right above the exterior/outdoor site. Location is great. Parking was easy as you can self park or do valet parking.

It’s a beautiful property, really loved the aesthetic of the whole hotel. But the blinds were not opening all the way to see the view properly. They were getting stuck in the middle, and we let the staff know about it had the maintenance person came the day we were checking out. Also it’s confusing cause if you park in the parking garage underneath the hotel, the elevators were not working to go down to the parking garage last Saturday night. The elevators that are right outside the hotel. At the time, didn’t know that the elevators in the hotel goes down to the parking garage. Which we figured it out the next day. But after walking in the middle of the night trying to get to the car in the garage. The shower door was not closing all the way, which made the bathroom have water all over the floor. Hopefully they will fix these things and the blinds mainly because the cabinet is in the way. But overall, beautiful hotel and loved the atmosphere. And the staff who checked us in and the one who checked us out. Super professional and very helpful.

The elevators that are right outside the hotel. At the time, didn’t know that the elevators in the hotel goes down to the parking garage. Which we figured it out the next day. But after walking in the middle of the night trying to get to the car in the garage. The shower door was not closing all the way, which made the bathroom have water all over the floor. Hopefully they will fix these things and the blinds mainly because the cabinet is in the way. But overall, beautiful hotel and loved the atmosphere. And the staff who checked us in and the one who checked us out. Super professional and very helpful.

1Hotel Seattle was a great stay if you're looking for an elevated and more aesthetic/modern experience. It is pricier than the average luxury hotel, but it is worth it for a special occasion. We had the 1 king bed 355sq ft, and it was nice. Mini bar options is plentiful, plenty of storage space, big tub + standing shower, great sink with filtered water faucet (personally wouldn't drink but nice to have). Downsides to the hotel, some parts of the floors near our bed felt like we were gonna break into the ground and had loud creaking noises. The TV is EXTREMELY slow and lags significantly. I wouldn't deal with live TV unless its for background noise. The navigation menu is difficult due to slow response time and screen casting does not work. Air conditioning didn't work for one time, but maintenance was able to reset and fix. They do not have affordable overnight parking, but there are street parking spots nearby and affordable lots not too far to walk. The gym is super nice. And you do have the option to have the hotel to drive you up to 2 miles and even borrowing the car once you fill out paperwork for it. Overall, a good stay if you are willing to pay the premium!

We were not instructed on where to park our car, so had to park up a hill in a public parking garage, not knowing there was a garage below the hotel that we could use. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also top notch! Loved having the shuttle to take us into Pike Place. There was only one elevator working when we stayed, no turndown service and room service food was just alright. It’s a great place to stay but if you are looking for a true 5 star experience I’d say this just misses the mark for those reasons.

I wanted to love the 1 hotel. The decor is incredible, the effort and the thoughtfulness of the bathroom and rooms was excellent. Our view of the Space needle was exceptional. Impressed by the comfortable beds and warm decor. ALL of the lights in the room can be controlled from the switches next to the bed! Amazing. The service was, well, not good. The night manager was sleepy and rambling. I felt ignored when I reached the desk as I had been told to wait while he wrote something down. Usually fine, but felt like a secondary priority while he was preoccupied with something else. (It was very quiet, no other guests) Even when he did attend to me his interaction was seemed uninterested and walking through canned questions he was told he needed to ask. He may not have been reading from a script, however it felt like that. Valet was no where to be seen even when the night desk clerk called them on the radio twice. There were TWO valets nowhere to be seen until he called them. Absurd for a hotel at the cost this place charged. I had just stayed at The Inn at the Marketplace a few days before and was blown away by their exceptional hospitality. This was a far cry.

Excellent property right in the center of everything in downtown. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Suite was unique, very comfortable and had a nice view. We stayed for an evening and truly enjoyed ourselves.

They overbooked and told me to leave. It was 2am and just off a 7hr flight. Didnt even try to help me find a new hotel. Didnt let me use the lobby. Terrible service and mgmnt. AVOID!!! Expedia found me another hotel. Pan Pacific did nothing, despite my confirmation of booking with them

The staff was superb and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. I have an injury and they kept my ice packs frozen and helped make another one when the bigger one was not useful. Ashley welcomed us by making sure we got correct driving instructions, she hand wrote us a welcome note and gave us a little delicious treat! My daughter and i both were very fond of Ashley right away! She made us feel like we belong there as part of a family. The entire staff blew us away with their positive attitude and welcoming spirit. We felt very special. You are very lucky to work with these amazing staff members, each and everyone of them remembered us and made us feel at home. Your entire staff shines brighter than any other hotel we have been to downtown. Small hotel with huge heart and soul. We hope they will all be there when we return.

Got to hotel 2:30pm Room not ready left and got back for checkin at 4 Returned at 4 room not ready was offered 100$ for the hour delay. 5:10 no call or notice about the room being ready asked front desk she apologized saying she forgot and it was ready. 5:16 got to room keys did not work 5:18 got to room opened door and fire alarm went off, said fire on our floor evacuate now. 5:20 just went down 8 flights of stairs with my family 5:25 elevator down made them aware I had the wrong room. Booked two separate nights months in advanced for space needle view. Was told they upgraded my room to a terrace suite. Not what I wanted or ordered, tried to offer 200$ to compensate. Told them I really wanted a space needle view. I was told they had nothing with a space needle view…. 5:30 back to the room we didt order. Found garbage on the balcony and old food. 6:00 canceled dinner at metro grill, ordered a bed turn down at 6:10 (will be soon we were told) 7:30 knock on the door (expected bed turn down so we could go get some dinner) instead it was a man telling us he needed to inspect our mini bar right away. He came in and counted objects inside our fridge (never in my life have I had this) 8:30 still no one to turn down bed. Talk to Shay both times he apologized and said he would text them right away. 10:00 called for bed turn down again, was a new attendant had them up in 10 minutes

Not impressed with the service for a 5 star hotel!!! Stayed at the this property the night of 6/19 for our wedding anniversary. We arrived at the hotel a little after 4pm to check in and was told our room was not ready and they were waiting for a final inspection. Was told to wait in the lobby for 10 mins and our room would be ready. After 10 minutes, room was still not ready and then was told it would be another 10 minutes. MANY others were also waiting for their rooms. This is simply unacceptable to arrive after the check in time and rooms are not ready. Clearly there’s a service problem. There’s no way to get ice without asking the front desk. Called and requested ice from customer service/front desk. Waited and waited and finally just went to the lobby to get ice myself. Once again, service is lacking and there’s clearly no sense of urgency with any of the staff. One of the elevators didn’t seem to be working and it took FOREVER to use the only operable elevator. It took so long we finally took the stairs down and ended up having to go through the kitchen to exit the building. NOT AT ALL the experience I was expecting from this class of hotel. Do better 1 hotel.

The staff during our stay was friendly and helpful. We didn’t actually receive any of the perks listed, but it may be we just weren’t informed how to access them. I was overcharged by just over $500 (an extra charge in addition to what was on my receipt). I’ve been trying for days to get it resolved and nobody will call me back.

Beautiful brand new hotel right in the perfect location!!!! And conveniently next to a wonderful Whole Foods market too!! We could walk right down to Pikes Place market and even to the Space Needle. The only downfall was the location being slightly far from the main attractions of Seattle if you’re a first time visitor, but still in a great area regardless with a Whole Foods right next door and a beautiful park across the street. Loved our stay and enjoyed the area. The location is awesome with a Whole Foods down below and a slew of great restaurants, bars and adventures nearby. My only disappointment was that their restaurant was under construction and they didn’t tell us. Would definitely go back.

A Fantastic Hotel...The La Loba Restaurant deserves a Michelin Award. The service was wonderful. Try the $85 per person Sampler. An equisite journey into tasty samplings of the Chefs unique creations. The downside was the breakfast. The service was terrible. I had to get up twice to get ketchup ordered, the eggs were salty and uneatable, never received second coffee. $50 for yougurt and eggs (not eaten), and $65 for valet parking I thought to be little much.

The staff at the front desk seemed to be friendly, the concierge at the doors were a hit and miss. I didn’t visit the restaurants or bars in the hotel but I did get room service one morning. It was your average meal, but the staff was kind. The room is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable and clean. I loved it!

The room was absolutely gorgeous but what we were looking forward to with the "mingle wine time" had the wrong time sent out so we couldn't go to it due to another reservation. The restaurant and bar was not what we had experienced the past few times we stayed here. We are looking forward to returning once they are finished with the remodel. It looks like it will be beautiful once it's completed. The staff was very good to us as well.

This is the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed at, I didn't want to leave. It's gorgeous, the beds are a dream, it's quiet, super clean but live plants all over even in your room. The staff was wonderful and the location top notch for convenience to restaurants, coffee and getting around Seattle. If I can afford it, I would be thrilled to stay here any and every time I visit.

The room was clean and well put together! We loved that there was a triple-filtered water tap in the bathroom so we could stay hydrated during our whole trip! The staff were so accommodating and helped us get around Seattle! We loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Was very impressed with the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly the bed was easily the most comfortable of any stay i've had anywhere. Highly recommend if this place is in your budget.
