L’hôtel a été refait à neuf et ça se voit. La décoration du hall d’accueil/salle de petit déjeuner/bar est superbe et moderne. Le prix du petit déjeuner buffet (17€/personne) est un peu élevé pour ce qu’il est, même s’il y a du choix. La salle de sport et la piscine sont à disposition. Le parking de l’hôtel sous terrain et sécurisé est à 10€/nuit. La chambre était très grande et très confortable, la salle de bain était propre avec des produits Rituals à disposition. Depuis la chambre côté rue, on entend bien la circulation et les portes qui claquent dans les couloirs. L’hôtel est à 15 minutes de marche du centre ville. Un arrêt de tram se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. En résumé, tout s’est très bien passé, on recommande !

An sich ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und der Check in lief problemlos. Allerdings funktionierte weder die Klimaanlage, noch war das Sofabett ausgeklappt und fertig vorbereitet zum Schlafen. Im Bad war die Duschstange locker und es gab für den Einstieg in die rutschige Badewanne keine Haltestange. Es lagen auch kaum Kosmetikartikel bereit. Wer auf ultra weiche Betten steht, der wird einen erholsamen Schlaf haben. Die Lage des Hotels war allerdings super und man hatte es nur 5 Minuten Gehweg zu Restaurants. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Obstsalat war allerdings nicht so frisch, also Finger weg, wenn man keinen Durchfall möchte. Die wenigen warmen Speisen waren lecker. Aber die Auswahl könnte im Vergleich zu Deutschlands Novotels größer sein. Die Parkgarage war ein Graus. Bei der Ausfahrt kamen wir trotz hochmotorisiertem SUV nicht ohne Burn Out aus der Garage. Bitte meidet daher unbedingt die Parkgarage.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Sommer hier. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer erhalten. Allgemein war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hervorragend und bot reichlich Platz. Die Fitness Center war nichts besonderes aber ausreichend. Das Bett war top. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Der Pool ist zwar recht klein aber die Abkühlung war trotzdem angenehm.

Une horreur . Hotel en pleins travaix , sans etre prealablement informés. Avec chambres au prix fort. Du coup petit dejeuner dans autre etage dans 3 chambres dégagées équipées de tables avec contenu plus que simpke font œufs brouillés issus de poudre. Chambres standards exigues . Eco-responsable avec lumieres allumees dans parties communes en plein soleil.

J’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour Personnel très agréable, l’hôtel est propre est bien entretenu la piscine très agréable, mais ferme tôt 20h et la terrasse 21h ! Pour les fumeur comme moi c’est compliqué il faut sortir à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuné dans l’ensemble, et les horaires sont jusqu’à 11h pratique pour les grâce matinée. Pour le stationnement pas besoin de leur parking on y trouve des places tout autour voir en face (payante certaine) Par contre ATTENTION ⚠️ il y’a une caution (pré autorisation) 50e par jour et par chambre

Hotel pas mal mais en travaux. Il aurait été préférable de fermer l’hôtel pendant cette période. Petit déjeuner très mal aménagé, pas de hall d’accueil, pas de bar, salle de fitness hors d'age.

El personal super amable, la habitación muy completa con microondas, cafetera, hervidor y dos televisores de 50 pulgadas, pero había muchos pelos de perro, moqueta y tapicería de las sillas super sucias el aire acondicionado hacía más ruido que un tractor y las televisiones no estaban conectadas a internet.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 3 personnes. Il a fallu demander de revoir le ménage car il y avait encore de la poussière. La literie est confortable mise à par le canapé lit. Les oreillers sont à revoir aussi question confort. Les ascenseur sont débordés le matin. Difficile de les prendre. La place de parking est à réserver à l'avance et 10 € par jour, je trouve ça exagéré. Idem pour la caution (54€ par nuit) c'est abusé. Bref si je peux à l'avenir trouver un autre hôtel c'est mieux.

Vi ankom til en lobby med lugtende skraldespande. Væreslet var begrænset rengjort, min datter til wt stykke metal som har hæftet gulvtæppet op igennem foden. Morgenmaden var mildest talt ikke spiselig. Poolen var lækker, men ikke børnevenlig, da den er 160 cm dyb over det hele.

Literie canapé horrible , on est 3 une seule dose de café , après 21h on ne peut plus aller sur la terrasse et pour un fumeur il faut aller devant l entrée de l hôtel , on ne peut pas gérer la Clim , il fait chaud dans l hôtel et dans la chambre cela ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles , les clefs se démagnétisent , par contre le personnel est très bien

Hôtel assez bruyant, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées entre elles et la rue est globalement bruyante, même la nuit.

Veldig fint hotell i Montpellier, veldig hyggelig personale som gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha ett hyggelig opphold. Fikk til og med bade i bassenget etter utsjekk fordi toget vårt ikke gikk før sent på dagen. Barna fikk hver sin velkomstgave og rommene var store og romslige med kaffemaskin. 10/10

Hotel great, but the breakfast room being in a bedroom was unusual. And then two hour before checkout, and probably due to work in the hotel, electricity went out in four of our nine rooms. It never got restored. Some people got new rooms, but for me it made no sense. Staff was somewhat helpful but not really. Then I had filled out all checkout information, rooms and names before, according to evening staff my bill would be ready. But it was not, and morning employee took forever to make the bill for all taxes and breakfast and then got it wrong by one person. Sometimes the training level of Accor hotel employees is not quite up to pair.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 3 personnes. Il a fallu demander de revoir le ménage car il y avait encore de la poussière. La literie est confortable mise à par le canapé lit. Les oreillers sont à revoir aussi question confort. Les ascenseur sont débordés le matin. Difficile de les prendre. La place de parking est à réserver à l'avance et 10 € par jour, je trouve ça exagéré. Idem pour la caution (54€ par nuit) c'est abusé. Bref si je peux à l'avenir trouver un autre hôtel c'est mieux.

J’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour Personnel très agréable, l’hôtel est propre est bien entretenu la piscine très agréable, mais ferme tôt 20h et la terrasse 21h ! Pour les fumeur comme moi c’est compliqué il faut sortir à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuné dans l’ensemble, et les horaires sont jusqu’à 11h pratique pour les grâce matinée. Pour le stationnement pas besoin de leur parking on y trouve des places tout autour voir en face (payante certaine) Par contre ATTENTION ⚠️ il y’a une caution (pré autorisation) 50e par jour et par chambre

Das Hotel bittet um Rücksichtnahme wegen Renovierungsarbeiten, diverse Einrichtungen könnten nur bedingt oder gar nicht genutzt werden. Man erwartet also bei gleichbleibendem Preis eine gewisse Flexibilität von seinen Gästen. Diese Flexibilität beweist man selbst aber nicht. Wir baten um die Möglichkeit, den fest gebuchten und bereits bezahlten Termin um ein paar Tage zu verschieben. Erst bei der zweiten Nachfrage kam überhaupt eine kurze Kommunikation zustande, mit der knappen Aussage, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Unser Geld war also verloren und wir mussten für unseren verlegten Termin ein neues Hotel buchen. Eigenes Verschulden, richtig, so waren die Buchungsbedingungen. Kundenservice und -bindung geht so allerdings nicht, aber offensichtlich hat das Hotel dies nicht nötig. Wir werden es jedenfalls weder noch einmal buchen, noch weiterempfehlen. Schade, meine Eltern übernachteten bei ihren Reisen schon oft in diesem Hotel, ich auch bereits zweimal und ich hatte es in guter Erinnerung. Das hat sich leider erledigt...

L’hôtel a été refait à neuf et ça se voit. La décoration du hall d’accueil/salle de petit déjeuner/bar est superbe et moderne. Le prix du petit déjeuner buffet (17€/personne) est un peu élevé pour ce qu’il est, même s’il y a du choix. La salle de sport et la piscine sont à disposition. Le parking de l’hôtel sous terrain et sécurisé est à 10€/nuit. La chambre était très grande et très confortable, la salle de bain était propre avec des produits Rituals à disposition. Depuis la chambre côté rue, on entend bien la circulation et les portes qui claquent dans les couloirs. L’hôtel est à 15 minutes de marche du centre ville. Un arrêt de tram se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. En résumé, tout s’est très bien passé, on recommande !

Pas de Room service, un genre de cafétéria proposant quelques plats mais vraiment peu de choix, impossible de vraiment déjeuner ou dîner à l hôtel. Prix n incluant pas le petit dej donc plutôt cher pour la prestation proposée.

Bra hotell för genomresa. Sämre frukost (fransk) med för lite variation. Tråkig lobby men med trevlig personal. Hotellets parkering var tyvärr full och vi fick parkera ute på gatan. Tyvärr fick vi inbrott i bilen över natten. Självklart speglar detta vår negativa upplevelse. Vi hade dock nästan tömt vårt bagage men inte allt.
