The stay was acceptable. You are required to have breakfast downstairs; if any breakfast is found in your room, you will be charged. Additionally, a $100 deposit is mandatory at check-in.

They need to clean the place up. Pictures do not match what it looks like. Lobby was nice and that’s about it. We had to leave after being put into 3 different rooms. Stained and ripped couches, broken dressers, mold and mildew all over the bathroom, dust and dirt all over. Place looked like it was the projects. Staff were very nice, but couldn’t help me with my full refund. We had to leave.

The room was “clean” but condition of room was very poor. Cracked ceilings falling apart, broken walls..

Their drivers that pick me up from the airport were amazing. I love him so bad, very courteous, respectful and helpful….. The staff was great very respectful very helpful. Just amazing group of people there. I love that hotel cannot wait to come back….

I had the room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely awesome
