Shower dripped all night, remote didn’t change channels, and the bed sounded like it was from the 1920s. Still it was cheap and they were renovating so not bad wouldn’t stay long term though.

It was ok if you only needed a bed and bathroom. The room we booked said it had a fridge and microwave, but when we got in the room it didn't have either. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but not enough pillows for 2 people. Bathtub liner was cracked, but clean. Also no access to 3rd floor ice machine. So Everytime I wanted ice, I had to go down to the first floor lobby.

Room was clean, linens nice, heat/air a little confusing but call to desk cleared that ip easily. The stopper for tub (I like leisurely bath) needed a plastic bag stopper assist to work.. no big deal. Appreciated elevator. I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years (I live close, stayed there, as this time, when house lost power) They have upgraded over time. I stayed twice this month. First day without power and again as the cold showers at home without power were…. Yeah.

The good: Staff was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. There was plenty of hot water and the room was clean. The bad: The property is undergoing renovation, but my room had not been updated. Looked nothing like the photo on the listing. The mini fridge was missing the entire freezer section, and the microwave had a broken turntable function making it tricky to evenly heat up food. There was an ironing board in the room but the iron holder above it was empty. And there were no plungers in the sink or the bathtub. One of the rooms next to me had been re-purposed and someone in there or another nearby room kept the TV blasting all night. I had stayed here several years ago and it was a good experience. Sadly, the location and clientele seem to have declined in the years since.

We stay at this hotel everytime we visit my son in college. The hotel staff is always helpful and nice. The beds are clean and comfortable. The hotel room is always clean. I will be staying again!

The room smelled bad, there was a water leak coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was dirty. I had to rush out to buy bleach to clean it. The bathtub was also dirty. The bedding was unclean, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The room was so small, there was a leak in the shower and the shower wasn’t draining well. The heater was not working. When booking it said all rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator which mine did not have.

The first room i checked into had a broken shower head and mold in the shower. Had to get another room. Plus the original room was one they previously tried to give me and it still had the same issues. Meaning, they hadnt fixed it in over a month.

The room itself was in excellent shape but a very small room. There was no Kleenex, no hangers on the clothes rack, and no clock. The refrigerator and the bathroom fan were very noisy. And it was very noisy outside my door till about 2:00 a.m. each morning, mostly with children. Shouting and playing the neighborhood just didn't see m safe to me, or maybe it was just the people around there. And to have to check in through a bulletproof window and not have any lobby access was unimpressive.

very nice room , close to where we needed to be early the next day. fine wood plank flooring nice bed, fine tv and internet service, my only issue was ...........i would not stand in that bath tub to take a shower, mold and a bath mat in it that was questionable. however , everything else was fine and i would stay there again. im sure they can easily remedy the bath issue

The facility is showing its age. The room was clean, but you could tell it was old. There was a gap under the main door. The lamp shade had seen better days. If you need a cheap stay, this facility is the absolute minimum.

Absolutely the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Our reservation was made less than an hour of arrival and were able to get our requests filled. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had everything in the room that we needed and more. It felt like staying in a high end hotel without the price. If we are ever in Lexington, we will definitely stay at this location again.

the heat was not working and had an issue with the tv, that was a quick call to front desk and man arrived immediately and fixed the problems, i love this place, clean good tv comfortable room, you can spend more but why would you ???

Terrible experience. Booked our stay, went in the room and it was disgusting. Immediately went back to the desk and asked for a refund. Lady said that only a manager could refund my money and that he would give me a call. Never heard from him.

Avoid this place at all costs it’s basically a robbery here, I rented a room for a week for work and the hotel staff accused me of smoking marijuana in my room and I’m a foreman for a big company who definitely does not use marijuana I had 3 nights left of my stay they kicked me out of the room refused to let me get my stuff without paying a extra 200 dollars and kept the money for the nights I didn’t get to be there, lots of drug use and prostitution happening here also pretty sure the woman who kicked me out was on meth her jaw wouldn’t stop moving and she made me pay my $200 fee in cash the place doesn’t accept cash so that went in her pocket

Our stay was not great. The clerk kept leaving in the middle of check in. She wouldn't let us use the bathroom, so we were at her mercy. When we finally got in our room, it smelled like mildew in the bathroom, and there were brown spots on the toilet seat. There were only 3 small pillows (like throw pillows) and the bed was very lumpy. There was no minifridge like in the picture. Very frustrating.

Okay if you don't have much options. Good public transportation nearby if you're interested. Area around is little shady, so be careful. For whatever reason, they don't let you in their little reception. Rather, they let you go through a side door for check-in or other communication.

The room was clean enough, except for the toilet in the bathroom which didn’t look like it had been touched. The bed was pretty comfortable so I did sleep pretty well. The area itself was okay, but I did feel a little uneasy at times walking to my room. The property itself is a little outdated and needs refreshing. It served its purpose for just a one-night stay. It was an easy drive to the UK campus where I was visiting my daughter.

We had booked 3 nights and after the 1st night we checked out and went to a different hotel. It did cost more, but you get what you pay for. The room was very small and needed updating. Our bed was about 3 feet from the outside and there were people outside smoking often. All other hotels, motels we stayed at had free breakfast but this one did not. It did seem to be fairly clean. Towels were very scratchy

Staff was nice! The outside of the hotel looked a little worn with rust showing. My room was clean except for comforter had stains. Rooms are small, no coffee pot or iron/ironing boards. Nice television and internet system on tv. I would stay again only in Kentucky tho!
