Hotel Belvoir Springfield

La salle de bain a besoin de renovation. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien. L'employé au bar etait vraiment bête lors de la prise de commande pour notre souper. L'employée au buffet le matin etait vraiment très sympathique

Manque personnel le ménage est fait 1 jour sur trois, manques de propreté,

Stacey, the manager was superb! She and a young man who worked the front desk were so very very kind and helpful and made our 4 night stay truly enjoyable and easy. The food in your restaurant was also terrific! We are so grateful to Ms. Stacey and the young man for all they did to make our stay comfortable and memorable! Thank you!

I checked into the room, and my 6-year-old daughter found a roach in the bathroom. The front desk clerk was helpful and immediately provided us with two new rooms on a separate floor, which I appreciated. However, my wife and I were unable to sleep afterward because we were concerned that a roach may have gotten into our luggage. The experience caused significant discomfort and stress during our stay.

Great LOCATION GREAT breakfast…the best free breakfast we have seen…uber ride to Dc of 20.00 average..loved the hotel
