Check in was super quick and we was met with a lovely lady (cant remember the name- but she will know who she is). She went above and beyond to cater for my request and i appreciate that so much, thank you..bar and food was good, decent priced and enjoyed by us 3.

Restaurant and salon fabulous. Room dated . Headboard leather peeling off and room general tired . No lift or assistance to first floor ( I had a lot of bags as I was attending a wedding) Visited my son who had a lodge which was fabulous . Think money has been invested in lodges and not hotel rooms Carpet shabby on stairs But all staff were friendly and helpful

We always happily seem to get the same room so although I cannot comment on any other room, room 211 has consistently been clean and comfortable. It is well appointed with a bath, which I personally love as so many hotels just squeeze in a shower. The check-in is friendly, professional and fast so it was only moments before the bags could be dumped and the reason for a visit could begin.

Had to change room due to dirty wet mark on the duvet. Got a free upgrade. Always stay here on business and don't usually have any issues and won't stop me using the hotel in the future.

Only stayed one night , the hotel is nice ,we booked the Executive King room but no fridge in the room which is a bit of a let down for us, the room was clean. Did not like the fact that they asked us for payment when we booked in but we had already paid Hotels.com. Breakfast was an extra £16.50 per person but did not think this was worth the price, I asked if the salmon was dry salmon or wet , was told it was dry but when my breakfast came it was the wet kind , they did change it for me not a problem but then I had to wait whilst husband was eating his breakfast, did not have an option for just toast and tea so we had to pay the full price. This let them down for us although the staff were pleasant enough we had to ask again for more coffee and hubby never got asked if he wanted anymore tea.

We stayed as a couples treat and booked the luxury double room. The room was very clean when we got there with complimentary items such as tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate/ water/ sparkling water and bathroom items. The bed was extremely comfy to sleep in and the hotel was quiet. The only thing I would say negative was the layout getting to the room was a nightmare and we did get lost.

I can't express how upset I was with my second stay at this hotel and how much we were made to feel not important. This trip clashed with a wedding party and we were shoved in a corner and told that there was no alternative

Stayed here on business meetings for one night , greeted by a lovely lady called Debbie. The room and view was lovely. Definitely stay again. The following morning full English breakfast and once agsin greeted with a lovely smile and a delightful breakfast. 😊

We were looking for a conveniently located hotel between Woodhall Spa Golf Club & Ganton, and Brackenborugh Hotel fit the bill. Reasonable price and included breakfast. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed as a couples treat and booked the luxury double room. The room was very clean when we got there with complimentary items such as tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate/ water/ sparkling water and bathroom items. The bed was extremely comfy to sleep in and the hotel was quiet. The only thing I would say negative was the layout getting to the room was a nightmare and we did get lost.

Only stayed one night , the hotel is nice ,we booked the Executive King room but no fridge in the room which is a bit of a let down for us, the room was clean. Did not like the fact that they asked us for payment when we booked in but we had already paid Hotels.com. Breakfast was an extra £16.50 per person but did not think this was worth the price, I asked if the salmon was dry salmon or wet , was told it was dry but when my breakfast came it was the wet kind , they did change it for me not a problem but then I had to wait whilst husband was eating his breakfast, did not have an option for just toast and tea so we had to pay the full price. This let them down for us although the staff were pleasant enough we had to ask again for more coffee and hubby never got asked if he wanted anymore tea.

Loved the room and reception staff were all very helpful and professional. We have stayed several times but on this occasion the restaurant was extremely busy and the staff all looked very stressed. We ordered drinks and said we had a table booked - we were told it might be late is that ok? We said no as we had an early start and our booking confirmation clearly said the table had to be vacated by a certain time so surely the same applied for the previous party? We were seated on time but our food order wasn’t taken for 40 minutes and then took an age to come. The wrong chips were sent with the main but that was soon rectified. My husband ordered a dessert but after waiting 30 minutes we gave up and went to the bar to pay. The waitress asked if we had got the dessert and we said no and were fed up with waiting so she said she would take it off the bill. I should think so! We didn’t get it. Very disappointing.

Good breakfast and evening meal. Shower was low pressure. Couldn't get plug to open in the bath but handyman came to fix it promptly. Nice room.
