Clean room, staff super friendly plus the breakfast is great! Could not have been a better stay.

Overall clean, shows a little bit the age. Rooms are alright and spacious enough. The room with the little kitchen is also alright but the equipment in the kitchen has seen way better days. The cleaning of the room is very inconsistent and also skipped sometimes - that needs improvement. There is a new trend of „ecofriendly“ hotels that try to save money by skipping daylight cleaning, no exemption here. The spa is not included and you have to pay for it + it’s rather one big room - the steam sauna was broken, also looked like for longer as well as external guests are allowed. You have to book a time window very much in advance. The staff is very nice though and helpful, there is a pool (which was closed due to winter). Parking is free Overall solid: if you are looking for a Wellness Experience- you should skip

We were disappointed with our stay. As guests, we were not informed in advance that there is an additional fee required to reserve the spa. Even more frustrating, there was no spa availability at all during our stay. The staff made no effort to accommodate us or offer any alternatives, such as discounted treatments. Had we known this beforehand, we would have chosen a more centrally located hotel, as we specifically booked a spa hotel in order to use the spa. The room itself was clean; however, the bathroom had visible mould and stained grout, which detracted from the overall experience. We were also surprised by the disproportionate cost of basic refreshments €27 for two bottles of water and two orange juice. The location is quite remote, requiring a car or taxi and around a 20 minute journey to reach the town centre. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding the spa, limited customer service, and poor value for money made this a disappointing stay.
