Fantastiskt hotell. Mycket serviceminded och vänlig personal, mycket rent och fräscht. Stort bekvämt rum. Fantastiska sängar och kuddar (vilket är ovanligt). Alla faciliteter med penty, kaffemaskin, vattenkokare mm som uppskattas. Stort rymligt badrum, Rullstolsvänligt hotell och rum. Fin poolanläggning liksom område med pingisbord, hängmattor mm. Suverän och generös frukostbuffe! Hög servicenivå och ett mycket positivt helhetsintryck!

Hôtel grand, très spacieux, très bien équipé et au calme. J’ai profité de la salle de sport qui est très bien équipée en technogym (pour les connaisseurs) avec de nombreux appareils pour faire une séance complète. J’ai été surclassé en suite junior, la chambre était très grande, bien décorée, le lit très confortable et la grande pour travailler un plus bienvenue. Le spa était très très bien équipé avec sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, douche sensorielle et piscine. Restaurant correct mais légèrement décevant niveau qualité des plats et personnel assez jeune et inexpérimenté même si je suis content que l’hôtel forme les futurs employés de l’établissement. Pas pris le petit déjeuner car parti tôt le lendemain. Très bon séjour et je reviendrais avec plaisir pour une nouvelle expérience

It would be great if the table football would be outside the restaurant because if the restaurant is closed it can’t be used. It’s a pity that the inside pool is for adults only, in winter could be quite good for the kids. The hotel is fantastic, very calm situated. We definitely come back!

Séjour d’une nuit seulement mais une très belle expérience : cadre calme et verdoyant, petite piscine charmante, personnel très souriant et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

3ème séjour réussi à l’hôtel Golden Tulip de Valbonne. Accueil, standing et tranquillité sont les points forts de l’hôtel. Les suites juniors avec terrasses sont très bien adaptées aux familles. Piscine très agréable. Restauration non testée. Un peu excentré mais le lieu compense largement les quelques minutes de trajets additionnelles. On reviendra.

Séjour parfait, les chambres sont neuves, bien insonorisées, l’hôtel est très agréable avec ses jeux à disposition, billard, ping pont, piscine, transats, tennis et hamacs. La salle de sport comprend des haltères de 4 à 14kg, un banc, une machine complète, et des appareils de cardio techno gym, avec douches. Le personnel est très serviable, accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute! L’hôtel est un peu excentré mais relativement proche de tous les points d’intérêts de la Côte d’Azur. Notre chambre donnait sur une petite terrasse extérieure. Nous avons même pu rajouter une nuit supplémentaire en dernière minute. Grand parking fermé et gratuit, réception 24/24. Tout était super! Flott hotell med god standard. Serviceinnstilte ansatte både ved hotell og restaurant. God mat og flott bassengområde. Hotellet ligger ett stykke utenfor Nice/Cannes/Antibes men er ett flott utgangspunkt om en har bil. Grasse og Valbonne m.fl. er koselige byer å oppholde seg i uten det ekstreme maset en kan oppleve i storbyene. Hadde familiesuite som hadde alt en trenger for ett flott opphold. 2 rom, kjøkkenkrok og stort bad. Rent, men kunne trengt en «deep clean». Eksempelvis når det gjelder ventilatorene som var full av støv m.m.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Angebot bei Frühstück und im Restaurant ist tatsächlich gut! Leider nicht besonders sauber...im bad wsr dreck sowie auf unserer Terrasse. Dort wurdd nicht sauber genscht und ein voller Aschenbecher war auch noch dort...Gegend ist sehr entspannt und in der nähe ist der sehr nette ort Valbonne mit dem auto schnell zu erreichen!

Soggiorno deludente, eravamo già stati in struttura qualche anno prima ma quest’anno disastro… polvere ovunque, bagno sporco, doccia piena di capelli di estranei, lenzuola sempre sporche, mi son dovuta far cambiare la federa del cuscino che aveva segni di make-up di altra gente. Ristorante in struttura da non avvicinarsi nemmeno. Insomma non vale il prezzo.

Bassenget og bassengområdet var kjempebra, der koste vi oss. Rommet var fint og hadde en god størrelse, men det krøyp små maur både på gulvet og på sengene så det overskygget alt. Vi skulle overnatte to netter, men fikk kansellert natt nummer to. Fikk tilbud om et rom, og frokost for 1 person, men dette takket vi nei til. Vi hadde mistet lysten til å sove på dette hotellet en natt til, og hva hjelper vel frokost til 1 person når vi var 4 personer.
Bassenget og bassengområdet var kjempebra, der koste vi oss. Rommet var fint og hadde en god størrelse, men det krøyp små maur både på gulvet og på sengene så det overskygget alt. Upon check-in, the terrace was filthy (pine needles and bird poop on chairs), so I asked for it to be cleaned so that I could enjoy the space I had paid for. Multiple room changes later and being told no one from housekeeping or management was there, the receptionist cleaned the terrace after I asked for a credit or cleaning supplies to do it myself.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde etwas langsam nachgefüllt. Stets fehlte etwas: Saft, Schalen, Wasser, der Kaffeeautomat hatte nicht mehr alle Kaffeesorten im Angebot, Brot, Kuchen und Brötchen etc. Die beiden Damen waren aber stets bemüht die Dinge nachzuliefern. Das Zimmer an sich ist soweit in Ordnung. Negativ fiel aber die Terrasse auf. Die Liegen waren mit Vogelkot überzogen, auf der Terrasse lagen sehr viele Blätter und Nadeln und die großen Fenster zur Terrasse waren extrem schmutzig. Es befanden sich großflächig klebrige Spuren auf der Scheibe, die von den Ameisen aufgesucht wurden.

The property is nice, easy parking. No bellboy service. We had a junior suite with terrace. It was small but functional. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty poor, more like a three star hotel breakfast. We stayed there for three nights. On Sunday, September 7th, we decided to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a whole fish when they serve it to me it was bloody and raw inside. The server took it back. I waited for my fish while my husband finished his dinner. Instead of making a new proper fish for me, they brought it back fried and very oily, when I specifically asked for grilled because of my allergies. The fish was missing the top. It looked like somebody ate the top or chopped it off. It looked pretty disgusting. When I called the manager, she couldn’t care less, she didn’t even apologized. The server, who was very sweet, felt extremely bad. He apologized several times and said it’s out of his control. The manager asked if I want to order anything else. I didn’t want to stay there. We asked for the bill. They took the Fish of my bill and didn’t offer any compensation for the mistreat and aggravation. We paid the bill for my husband’s food and walked away. The next day, during the checkout, I complained to the front desk manager. His answer was that he is very sorry and feels very bad about what happened, and “when you come next time we will compensate you”. Does he really believes that there will be a next time for us st this hotel??!

I booked this hotel for my partner, his mum and his teenage daughter for their family vacation. They really liked the hotel and were very pleased with the big and modern Junior Suite. They had a balcony big enough for all of then to sit and have breakfast. The suite comes withh a fully functional kitchen and there is a separation between the bedroom and the lounge where a big sofabed can be used. There's also a separate toilet meaning that whoever sleeps on the sofabed doesn’t have to go through the bedroom to go to the bathroom at night 😅. I haven't had any bad feedback.

Hôtel grand, très spacieux, très bien équipé et au calme. J’ai profité de la salle de sport qui est très bien équipée en technogym (pour les connaisseurs) avec de nombreux appareils pour faire une séance complète. J’ai été surclassé en suite junior, la chambre était très grande, bien décorée, le lit très confortable et la grande pour travailler un plus bienvenue. Le spa était très très bien équipé avec sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, douche sensorielle et piscine. Restaurant correct mais légèrement décevant niveau qualité des plats et personnel assez jeune et inexpérimenté même si je suis content que l’hôtel forme les futurs employés de l’établissement. A great stop over hotel on our way from Nice airport to Provence. Great family rooms, very modern and clean. We enjoyed a lovely outdoor evening meal. The children could have pizza from the room service menu in the restaurant with us too. Would definitely recommend.

Fint hotel med rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Værelserne store og pæne. Dog ingen altan og dårlig udsigt fra vinduerne. Poolen var fin og rigtig fint at hotellet ikke accepterede at solsenge blev spærret. I øvrigt ligger hotellet tæt på Valbonne og Antibes. Begge skønne byer at besøge. Især Valbonne var outstanding hyggelig

The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully appointed. Nestled in a quiet suburban area, it offers a peaceful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or socializing. The pool area is inviting, complete with comfortable lounge chairs, and the on-site restaurant and spa add to the convenience and comfort of the stay. I stayed with my family of three in a junior suite, which included a separate bedroom, a combined living/dining area, plus a ground-level terrace. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, featuring a two-burner cooktop, small dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, compact refrigerator, and a wine fridge. My only suggestions are to provide a mini fridge with a freezer compartment and to replace the daily supply of two paper cups with several reusable coffee mugs. Adding handrails in the shower might provide added safety for elderly guests (not part of that group yet :) ). It would also be great to provide free shuttle service to and from the bus station, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. Free shuttle service to the airport would also be wonderful. To conclude, we had a marvelous 9-day stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and always willing to help! Best wishes to all!

The property is nice, easy parking. No bellboy service. We had a junior suite with terrace. It was small but functional. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty poor, more like a three star hotel breakfast. We stayed there for three nights. On Sunday, September 7th, we decided to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Hotel is great but got the worst hospitality by Daniel, he didnt recognize any benefit as a member of the louvre/flavours group that i regularly get in any golden tulip i visit. the benefits were previously confirmed by his colleague some hour before my arrival. He really made us feel uncomfortable, shouldnt treat any guest not even members this way. probably hes not properly trained and up to date with louvre/flavour policies to members. Hotel is great, the ladies do a great job keeping it clean.

We are repeat customers. Love love this place. Staff is friendly. Perfect for families. We stay to go to the M Tennis academy a few miles away. We use the tennis court, the pool and love the easy parking. We love the breakfast, it’s worth it! Only €22 for fresh pressed fruit juices, so many great choices from hot food like bacon, eggs, sausage to cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and espresso machine. The price has only gone up €1 in the last 3 years! As a traveling parent I love the small kitchen and refrigerator in my room. Makes life more comfy. The restaurant Le Sevran is really excellent for an in hotel restaurant. I usually find them mediocre but man this chef and culinary team work wonders! They offer lamb, fresh fish and even their poke bowl is pretty decent given we are 1,000s of miles from Hawaii. There are mostly business travelers so there’s no tourists and party people. It’s very tranquil and calm facility. Tip: Have your transportation arranged ahead of your stay. We arrived on Sunday so couldn’t get our rental car. Uber and Bolt is really tough to summon in the early morning and late in the evening.

Tout s'est bien passé et le personnel a été très accueillant. Chambre confortable et bien climatisée. Le restaurant est agréable avec une touche d'originalité. Le salon est très sympa. La piscine est jolie dans son écrin de pinède qui donne aussi un peu d'ombre bienvenue. Elle n'est pas très grande pour nager mais permet de se rafraîchir. Ma localisation dans une zone de nature et de forêt permet de se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

I liked the rooms. There is unfortunately no dining options near so one is a captive of the hotel restaurant which is very expensive. In the morning there is no a la carte menu, full buffet or nothing.

It looked like somebody ate the top or chopped it off. It looked pretty disgusting. When I called the manager, she couldn’t care less, she didn’t even apologized. The server, who was very sweet, felt extremely bad. He apologized several times and said it’s out of his control. The manager asked if I want to order anything else. I didn’t want to stay there. We asked for the bill. They took the Fish of my bill and didn’t offer any compensation for the mistreat and aggravation. We paid the bill for my husband’s food and walked away. The next day, during the checkout, I complained to the front desk manager. His answer was that he is very sorry and feels very bad about what happened, and “when you come next time we will compensate you”. Does he really believes that there will be a next time for us st this hotel??!

Séjour d’une nuit seulement mais une très belle expérience : cadre calme et verdoyant, petite piscine charmante, personnel très souriant et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, with a very good bed and a high overall standard. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was very good. The pool is a decent size, although we found the water a little warmer than we would have preferred. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a very large party held at the hotel one evening. When we first raised the issue, we were told it was a company team-building event, while the night manager later said it was related to football. Regardless of the reason, the level of noise was completely unacceptable for a hotel where guests are paying to sleep. The noise came from both the outdoor event and people in the hallways, and the bass was so strong that we could literally feel the bed shaking. It made it almost impossible to relax or get to sleep. The only reason we're giving three stars instead of two is because the female night manager handled the situation exceptionally well. She was polite, understanding and quickly arranged for us to move to another room, which improved the situation considerably. Her professionalism was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, the hotel has the potential to be excellent, but management should think carefully about balancing large events with the comfort of overnight guests.
