Hello everyone, I'm not one to rate the places I visit badly, in fact, three stars seems good to me for this Hotel. 1) For the price you pay it is clear that you will not find a 5-star hotel, but at least it is painted and refurbished to spend any night. 2) Do not offer breakfast if you are not going to give it, for an economical price simply do not include it, do not lie to attract customers, it seems that having an average of 3 in reviews does not worry you. 3) It was very positive of the receptionist to offer me a non-smoking room change, it was a mistake on my part and very kindly they allowed me to change it at check-in. 4) There is a strange smell when entering the corridors, it's like cleaning fragrances with cigarette smoke together, I don't blame them, many people claim to be non-smokers and take non-smoking rooms and fill them with smoke irresponsibly. 5) For having been a one-day stay it was acceptable but I am not excited to return to this place.

-The room was cleaned too much chemical and could not sleep. It was stuffy in the room and air conditioning did not help at all. -Air conditioning button was broken and hard to use -Hall way was exposing insulation and seemed not repaired -You have to ask the front ask to get a liner for the ice bucket. Ice machine surface is dirty. -Front desk dose not bother to tell you the wifi password during check-in. You have to ask. -Overall impression, this is a run down place and does not meet any other Super 8 motels standard.

Clerk put me in a smoking room where NOTHING worked and had no ashtray. There was no remote for the TV. When I told the clerk he still did not give a remote for the tv. He said he would get me a tv remote, but he did not. Whole place stinks of pot, trash and booze bottles in the corridors. Noisy guests. I do not recommend this place for any reason. I was at least able to get a $78 shower. Pillows might as well have been stuffed with wadded up toilet paper. Management does not inspect the rooms prior to check-in, and housekeeping was sub-par. Hallways were tore up as they seem to be doing repiar work. Pot holes and rubble on bare concrete floors. Felt like I was walking through an abandoned building where you might encounter junkies shooting up in the stairwells. Nothing hospitable about this hotel.

I didnt like anything!!!! The 1st bedroom's sheets underneath the blanket was dirty(dirty and hair and stains) 2nd room had blood spots on the sheets which we all know what that meant. Had to sleep in my car, smh. Would not recommendto anyone.

Convenient location. But find two bugs in bathroom. The bath towel is not clean. Also, no breakfast although it is shown online. When we checked in, the staff said there would be to-go breakfast. But the next morning another staff said no. If you don’t provide breakfast, please don’t list online.

Needed to give them $100 deposit incase we damaged a $50 room. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Don't bother to ask for extra pillow. Bath drain very slow, shower ankle deep water. Bring slippers unless you like dirty socks or feet. Internet horrible continuously cuts out. TV remote battery cover held on with black duct tape. If you want AC do not hang clothes on the rack directly in front of AC. No cups, coffee, tea, cream or sugar. Ice bucket no lid.

Well, you know what you're in for when the two guests in front of you want to discuss their "monthly rental" with the night clerk. Also, when they give you the key card and ask you to inspect the room first, don't do my mistake and give it the quick inspection. Smoke alarm was held together with duct tape, toilet leaked from the back onto the floor every flush, mirror was smashed in lower left corner, TV is running barely watchable analog signal even though digital has been available for over 3 decades, and bed is old and sloping to the right. Shower, fridge and microwave working were about the only positives I can report on. Super 8's are hit and miss, and this one is a huge miss. I tried to warn ya.

Theyre done good with remodel rooms arw modern and cute/confy bed , wouldve given better score if nkt for only 1 towel(not even washcloth) Tiny bit of tp and toilet was very hard to gwt to flush , outsode that i actually was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again (just bring some towels with)

I usually don't do reviews but this place was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were too small for the comforter and it exposed the plastic on the mattress and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. The water flow was terrible out of the sink and shower. THE TOILET stopped working and when I called downstairs, the guy gave me instructions to fix the toilet myself! He just hung up the phone afterwards and didn't confirm the issue was fixed. Ultimately, it fixed the toilet temporarily. Nobody checked to see if the issue was resolved. Overall the worst places I've stayed.

The front desk woman lied to me about charging a $50 refundable deposit fee upon checking in, this is the first time since I’ve been staying at this super 8, I was charged a deposit fee, considering the fact that very same week my friend stayed there and wasn’t charged any deposit fee at all. I have to question her credibility.

The guy at front desk gave us a hard time because my name when I booked room didn’t match my ID. He kept saying his manager told him to do it like that. So I had to show him everything from booking number to my profile name when I booked through the app. Just to get the key I paid for in advance. Terrible experience

I always try to rent rooms from the Super 8 Hotels because they are clean and affordable. The Richmond area location was very clean, affordable, staff were great, linen and towels were clean and white not dingy, the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet I got the rest I needed. Only two thing I could complain about was the TV didn't show a clear picture it needed to be replaced and the surprise deposit of 50 extra dollars I had to pay when I arrived at the location which in some cases are refundable and other cases it's not. The extra deposit information should be posted on the Expedia app so consumers can be aware that they will have to pay a $50 deposit plus $25 for each extra person they bring when they arrive at the location. I advise customers to call the Super 8 Hotels location before they book.

There's no breakfast. The front of house woman was insanely rude she refused early check in that her associate granted then lied and said we couldn't get late check out becuUs the room was rented but it wasn't and wanted 25 dollars for late check out even tho policy is 15 dollars. She was harassing all the guests at the hotel threatening them. She was absolutely horrible

Well it is what it is. A stay over close to the airport. I slept a total of 3 hours. People outside our room window at 2:30 a.m. did not help matters. Will probably look for nicer accommodations next time.
