Private full-floor upstairs 2 bedroom apartment @13th & Grand

If you need to use the WiFi don’t stay here. It turns off and on all the time. Tv, since it’s on the WiFi does the same thing. So, maybe bring a book. The GFI in the bathroom is broken. Only plug is across the room. Water pressure in the kitchen is so weak it’s hard to wash dishes. The mini splits are in one bedroom and the living room. So there are uneven temperature’s. The owner doesn’t respond to texts or calls. We got locked out and it took over an hour for a response. Personally I think there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. But, it’s a quiet spot and beds are fairly comfortable.

It was a reasonable place to stay. Many of the wall outlets didn't work.Would we rent again....maybe.

Very clean and quaint apartment with European vibes. Walking access to great restaurants including doughnuts, Thai and sushi, breakfast, and a 7eleven
