Comfort Inn Lexington I-75

Only complaint is the road/driveway to get to the hotel has a huge pot hole and is in desperate need of repairs.

My children and I stayed 3 nights and we were pleased for the most part. The rooms had plenty of room, good air conditioning, plenty of fresh clean towels. We had complete privacy and felt safe. The breakfast area was nice and had a nice variety. The pool area was clean and had ice cold pool water and an odd smell. But all in all the stay was decent and I would stay again.

When our room had a smell to it the manager got us a new room without hesitation and made sure we had a great experience. He also tookntime to answer our questions about the hotel and the area. The pool was in good working order. Thank you Prince for taking care of our group

The staff and management were friendly and accommodating with a few requests due to extended stay. Fantastic for the price. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it was managable. The facility is under remodel but it was not noisy. Pool was indoor but not heated. I would stay here again.

We came to tour Transylvania University and this hotel was perfect for our needs! Beds super comfy, but the pool was chilly. Breakfast was what you would expect and they were quick to refill when things ran out. Great service!!

Even though the hotel was in the process of remodeling, the facility was clean and fresh. Staff was professional and attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was extremely clean. There is a "gentlemens" club nearby but it never presented any problems. The hotel is very quiet and I felt safe.

Room had roaches

One word..Bedbugs!! Got there at dark. The room was very nasty! Vent was off in the bathroom. The bathroom was under renovation I guess. There was black hand prints and white paint covering mold. 6AM bedbug was crawling across my mom’s face. We killed it! Nasty!! Got a video and pictures for proof.

Horrible! Very nasty. Our room had dried puke left in the side of our bed.

Room was very clean and very quiet atmosphere

Clean room and facilities. Noise elevator, maybe needs to be looked at. Breakfast was good except for the fake scrambled eggs (really I could not eat them due to chemical taste)

We had ants in our room and when I told them, all she said was sorry. The bathroom tub was dirty. There was a gross stain on the bed sheet and actual bed frame. Just overall not clean.

This hotel might be in a transitional phase, I'm not sure. There is definitely some facelift construction going on. While the room was close to the highway, I couldn't hear the traffic at all. However, there was a weird ticking noise happening all night long. I think it was the AC unit but I wasn't sure. Definitely needs replacing. Our room was very dirty. My feet were black after walking around barefoot. The corners of the bathroom were piled with caked on dirt, and the sheets all had staining on them. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it up, the towel was black from dirt on the floor. I went to ask for some extra blankets and the front desk started by saying I only had 2 people registered for the room. Why does that even matter? But then he checked and saw I had 4 people and gave me something that resembled heavy curtains. Apparently they don't have extra actual blankets. Breakfast was not great. Good variety of coffee syrups to choose from. Biscuits were dry, pastries were dry, sausage gravy was runny with white chunks in it, eggs were a super weird mushy texture, and the waffle batter was empty after 3 waffles. Breakfast begins at 6, we were there at 6:45 with zero other people in the room. You absolutely get what you pay for I suppose. In the end, we just needed a place to lay our heads for the night so I would have been happy if the place was at least clean and the clerk didn't get upset over my asking for 2 blankets.

The bathroom was not cleaned well

Sheets were not clean- went downstairs and asked for clean pillow cases and the employee handed me the linens over the counter- There was no light bulb in the lamp so it was very dark. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

Lots of hwy noise.

Staff was nice, tv remote did not work it was broken, front desk gave me another remote that did not work either.

Bed was comfy. Blind had a tear. Breakfast was okay. Took awhile to get hot water. Shower head was questionable. Staff was super friendly.

Customer service was great. The lady at the desk was very helpful. The room was nothing special which was ok. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were horrible as well. The bed was the worst bed Ive ever slept in.

We signed up for a king bed but were given 2 queens. The tub has a steady stream of water—not just a drip. There is a stale odor to the building. Obviously water damage in the room.

Pool water was cold and doors to get outside at the pool was broke. Couch in the room had holes and rips in it and wouldn’t pull out for the sofa bed. Blanket at the foot of the bed had crusty stuff on it and the bathroom was full of patch spots that they never finished repairing. Remote to the tv didn’t work good at all.

I stay here when i have medical appointments. My favorite place to stay. Prince always takes care of anything I need.

I was told that I could not be checked in despite having paid on hotels.com already. The clerk had explained to me that his system crashed and he was unable to check me and my family in. When asked how long this would take, he told me to wait in my car and that he had no idea when he would be able to check me in. Due to being out of state and having a small child with me at 11:30pm, I was uncomfortable and didn't feel safe not having a time frame of when my family and I could be checked in especially in the middle of the night. I felt stranded. I called hotels.com explaining to them that I was unable to use this service because of Days inn system error and requested a refund. They called the clerk and because of it being in the middle of the night they couldn't do anything without a manager present. They told me to go find another hotel and that they would escalate the issue. I did not use Days Inn services because of their error and for that I feel entitled to a refund. I felt under valued as a customer and even with the system error the clerk did absolutely nothing to ensure our safety or offer any solution. 3 days later there manager sees nothing wrong with the issue and has stolen my money for unused service's. Stay clear away. While dealing with this a practically midnight, there were questionable people around. Would not recommend. Save your money. Please go elsewhere

I was woken up after midnight by someone unlocking my door with a key card. Fortunately, I had locked the deadbolt which kept them from getting in but it didn't stop them from trying to force the door open. I yelled at them to back off that the room was occupied. A few minutes later they were back with the night clerk trying to force the door open. Again I yelled at them to back off, the room was occupied. The night clerk ordered me to leave my room as though I had broken into it and to come to the front desk immediately. He kept repeating that order after I said I had to get dressed first. It turns out they gave the same room to two sets of guests. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told I was in the wrong room because I used a third party to book my room and that I belonged in another room. I refused to pack up and leave my room in the middle of the night. At that point the clerk finally changed their system to show me in the room THEY had assigned to me. When I went back to my room to go back to sleep, my key card had been deactivated and I couldn't get back in. After that was finally resolved, I never received any sort of apology for having put me through a very upsetting ordeal. What if I had not engaged the deadbolt lock? Or if it happened while I was out to dinner but all of my stuff was in the room? The night clerk, even if he didn't cause the problem, should be sacked for how he handled it. This hotel is not a safe or secure place to stay!

Booked a two night stay - they gave our room away because of a late check in after we had already pre-paid. Front desk staff said it was our fault because we didn't call and tell them we would be checking in late. We never received a call asking if we would still be staying, instead we were met with a rude response that it would've been easier if we checked in on time or not gone through a third party. We were under the impression that we could check in anytime during our reservation. Front desk staff then said he would call and try to get it figured out but we would have to wait. We waited 30 minutes just to find out they had no rooms available because they had given ours away and ended up going through Expedia to make further arrangements.

Our first room had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was also a lot of wear and tear on the chair and other furnishings. I asked for a new room the next morning (because of the mold) and thankfully we were put in a new one right away. The breakfast was truly hot (not just continental) and the staff did an excellent job keeping it well stocked. The location was not the best as there was a gentleman’s club right next door. Not exactly family friendly.

Good value for the price. Not a lot in the immediate area but easy on/off to the interstate.

Easy on and off access to 75... Clean rooms, Breakfast and Good Coffee... Great Stay...

The hotel is still doing renovations and isn’t in the best area. If you are okay with a strip club, gas stations and a McDonald’s close by, then this is your place. The staff was helpful and the room was relaxing and clean. The shining moment was realizing that my room window had a perfect view of the morning sunrise.

It served the purpose but as a single woman..very sketchy. Some random dude sitting on the ground next to the rear entrance smoking. The back supposedly security door was broken, so anyone could enter. Dark near that rear entrance. The room was clean, bed comfortable, fridge & microwave working. The location of this hotel is also sketchy..behind a "gentleman's club"...& very hidden downhill off the road. No one bothered me or my car...but I felt uncomfortable using and parking in the side rear of the building. I would not stay there again....The pricing was reasonable considering...

The property was clean, though a little dated. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Check-in and out were easy and staff was pleasant. It is next to a gentleman’s club but that was not an issue. It was quiet at night and felt secure in the building. There are several eating options right by the hotel or within a short drive.

Avoid at all costs, it’s dirty not a pleasant stay at all, the area seems sketchy as well.

There were no sheets/ linens for the so- called sleeper sofa. Breakfast was not edible. Eggs were runny, biscuits were soggy from condensation running from lid onto food. Gravy made me gag. It was runny like mucus and was barely warmer than room temperature.

Breakfast was horrible. You can tell the juice machine hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that our stay wasn’t horrible.
