The whole place could do with a fair bit of repair/maintenance and upgrading. The front door of our bedroom jammed against the frame and it quite was hard to open/close. There is no ventilation at all in the toilets/bathroom apart from opening a window, most of which have loose handles and are draughty. Several of the TV channels freeze because of poor connection (internet?). Even if the staff are trying to be helpful, they cannot deal with these problems.

Room was a little dated but clean and tidy and good for an overnight stay. Close to town and Claudelands but not noisy. Only complaints would be shower wasn't very hot and only 1 oil heater for whole unit. Unit could benefit from a heat pump or wall panel heater and additional blankets in winter. Would have been OK with just 2 guests but the third guest in lounge area was cold. If staying longer I would have called for another blanket and heater but we were all OK sleeping in extra layers. In summer the room would be fine but not ideal in winter especially with children

Very basic rooms. Nice and clean . Grounds were unkept and pool was an absolute no go. TV was only 5 channels of rubbish, tab , horse racing and al Jazeera news. No actual Freeview channels to keep children busy. Otherwise, it was badic and affordable accommodation.
