So close to nature and the lake on top of Monte de bom Jesus. Excellent morning run. Property needs some maintenance. Location is excellent

All of the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. They worked hard to ensure our reception and check out were easy. They saw to all of our needs. The staff in the breakfast room were wonderful too. The area was very clean at all times and totally stocked. The food was good and fresh.

The room smells so bad. The room smells so bad. We had to change to another room. And it is run down needs renovation. Urgent renovation because it's less than three star hotel

We had booked Hotel do Lago but were transferred to Hotel do Parque which I understand is an upgrade. The area both hotels were located in is very interesting being in an area of Christian pilgrimage. The grounds make for an interesting and tranquil walk that was worth about half a day. The only real drawback is that there is only one restaraunt in the area and it doesn't open until 12:30 and closes after lunch until 19:30 which is a little late for us. The food was good however and the price was reasonable. Overall, a very nis stay.
