Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lärm erheblich. Das Bad zeigt auffällige Nutzungserscheinungen: rostige Heizungsteile, fleckiger Toielttensitz. DasFrüshstück ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Sauna könnte man nutzen, für 6 Euro / Stunde !!!

Vælg ikke dette hotel hvis du ønsker en spa oplevelse. Der er en kabine sauna, nogle liggestole og en bruser i kælderen. Da vi spurgte til behandlinger blev vi henvist til saunaen. Pænt rent værelse, med mulighed for gratis rengøring i løbet af opholdet.

Hyggeligt lille sted tæt på den gamle bydel. God morgenmad og fin service. En anelse støj fra barnegården som ligger ved siden af. Gratis parkering lige ved hotellet.

Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again.

Ich finde das Hotel und den Service, sowie die Ausstattung sehr gut. Es wird nach meiner Einschätzung auch gut in Modernisierungen investiert. Alles ist sauber und der Wellnessbereich groß und sehr gemütlich. Last but not least: ich traf nur nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an. Konrad sagt Danke!

Schönes Hotel in Stadtnähe, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Nur ein paar Minuten zur historischen Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich die Strasse hinunter. Ideal für Bahnreisende ohne Auto. Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gratis Parkplatz auf dem Hof für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen.

Leider etwas laut, wenn man eines der Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, allerdings die Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kostenloses parken direkt am Hotel, top.

Ein eher "traditionelles" Hotel mit etwas weicher Matratze und eingeschränktem WLAN, aber mit sehr freundlicher Rezeption, tollem Frühstücksraum und unübertroffenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe mich hier wohler gefühlt wie im perfekten Vier-Sterne-Hotel 2 Tage vorher. Hinzu kommt die Lage direkt am Bahnhof.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer könnte mal eine Überarbeitung gebrauchen, denn Möbel und Tapeten zeigten deutliche Macken. Dafür war es hell und geräumig. Alles in allem habe ich mich dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Enkelt hotell med god service. Mangler air condition, som gjorde at vi måtte ha vinduet åpent. Med togbane og hovedvei like ved ble det mye bråk og lite med søvn. God frokost og gratis parkering.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel sehr nahe an der Altstadt liegt und somit alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, obwohl es direkt neben dem Bahnhof/Busbahnhof liegt. Nachteilig wirkt sich aus, dass an allen 3 Tagen das Internet so träge ist, dass keinerlei E-Mails abgerufen werden konnten. Das Problem sei bekannt, aber die Techniker schaffen es einfach nicht. Smartphones fliegen ständig aus dem Web. Frühstück ist von 7-10 Uhr. Bereits um 9:15 Uhr gibt es keine Brötchenauswahl, bzw. fast keine mehr. Die Wurst- /Käseauswahl war an allen 3 Tagen sehr dürftig (immer die gleichen Sorten). Keine einzige Sorte Schwarztee. Wenn die Marmelade leer ist, gibt es keine mehr. Die Rühreerspeisen werden aus Flüssigeier hergestellt, für eine 3-Sternehotel ein "NoGo"! Positiv: es gibt Kaffeekannen. Negativ: es gibt zwar einen Raucherbereich, den muss der Gast allerdings suchen, incl. dem Aschenbecher. Der Ruheraum für die Sauna ist großzügig angelegt.

Godt overnatningshotel med god gåafstand til byen. Venligt personale der var behjælpelig med at svare på vores spørgsmål. Byen er hyggelig med gode spisesteder og seværdigheder. Kommer gerne igen

Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again.

The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It was a shocking experience for us. We have never experience such an inappropriate interaction before. It left a bad impression for us. This is not the best hotel to visit if you don't speak German or want friendlier service.

EUR 350,- für ein "Standard Doppelzimmer" mit sehr geringem Raumangebot. Aber Harz zur Weihnachtszeit, ganz geringe Distanz zur Altstadt - na gut. ABER: Die Services im Hotel sind katastrophal. Von Reception (bei Ankunft gar nicht vorhanden) über Schlüsselvergabe (Schlüsseltresor wurde am Tag2 bereits einem neuen Gast unter gleicher Pin vergeben, ich sah seinen Schlüssel und seine Meldebescheinigung und kam an meinen Schlüssel nicht mehr ran), kein (!) Zimmerservice nach der Nacht, bis zu dem mäßigsten frühzeitig abgefrühstückten Frühstücksbuffet der Republik. Wir hatten zwei Zimme, in einem war die Dusche defekt (Stand auf sehr heiß, Regler defekt). Immer wieder Quedlinburg, aber NIE WIEDER hier.

Med adresse tæt på centrum, gratis parkering og morgenmad, er dette et super godt sted for en nat eller to. Vi benyttede hotellet til en enkelt overnatning, men det ville ligeledes være en god base til Harzen. Let check-in, fint værelse i en flot ældre bygning. Morgenmaden var god med mange forskellige ting at vælge imellem. Der er en kort gåtur til den gamle bydel med de flotte bindingsværkhuse starter. Der finder du alle butikker og restauranter for en god oplevelse. Vi kunne godt vælge dette hotel næste gang vi ville være i området.

Die Lage (direkt neben dem Bahnhof und in fußläufiger Nähe zur Innenstadt) war für mich super - allerdings hört man den Bahnbetrieb, denn das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer könnte mal eine Überarbeitung gebrauchen, denn Möbel und Tapeten zeigten deutliche Macken. Dafür war es hell und geräumig. Alles in allem habe ich mich dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Nettes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof und nah an der Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Unser Standard-Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war ganz neu, sehr sauber und angenehm (in weiß) möbliert. Nur die Bettwaren (klumpiges Kopfkissen!) könnten noch verbessert werden. Das Bad war sauber und ebenfalls nagelneu, nur die Duschkabine ist etwas eng ausgefallen. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl, besonders hervorzuheben sind die leckeren Brötchen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel sehr nahe an der Altstadt liegt und somit alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, obwohl es direkt neben dem Bahnhof/Busbahnhof liegt. Nachteilig wirkt sich aus, dass an allen 3 Tagen das Internet so träge ist, dass keinerlei E-Mails abgerufen werden konnten. Das Problem sei bekannt, aber die Techniker schaffen es einfach nicht. Smartphones fliegen ständig aus dem Web. Frühstück ist von 7-10 Uhr. Bereits um 9:15 Uhr gibt es keine Brötchenauswahl, bzw. fast keine mehr. Die Wurst- /Käseauswahl war an allen 3 Tagen sehr dürftig (immer die gleichen Sorten). Keine einzige Sorte Schwarztee. Wenn die Marmelade leer ist, gibt es keine mehr. Die Rühreerspeisen werden aus Flüssigeier hergestellt, für eine 3-Sternehotel ein "NoGo"! Positiv: es gibt Kaffeekannen. Negativ: es gibt zwar einen Raucherbereich, den muss der Gast allerdings suchen, incl. dem Aschenbecher. Der Ruheraum für die Sauna ist großzügig angelegt.

Nice old hotel building – in walking distance from the Market Place. The breakfast was OK – so and so – but the logistic was not OK! Shortage of this and then shortage of that. The breakfast room seems a little too small for the number of guest there were at the hotel. We had a nice big room – but the quality of the furniture was not at the level for a hotel room.

Für eine Suite erwarte ich deutlich mehr z.b eine Minibar. Einfach einen Wasserkocher und ein paar Kaffee Sticks hinlegen ist etwas dürftig. Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch, keine Auswahl und angetrocknetes Rührei.
