Property was nothing like the picture. The area looked unsafe, chlorine smell from the pool was very loud, door to the room was hard to close and the bed was uncomfortable (not level).

My family and I have stayed here several times. Don, the manager/owner, was great. He accommodated us while in a bind due to a bad car accident before we arrived. Front lobby staff has always been very polite also. The indoor pool is always open and really helped occupy my children's time and distract them from the situation we were in. Coming from someone who is very picky about sanitation, the cleanliness here is awesome! Hospitality is great as well. This is my only go-to place when in Carrolton!

This is an old property, however, it is updated and the rooms are very nice. No carpet in the rooms, which makes it look nicer, and clean. The room was clean! The staff at check in were very nice. One important thing you need to know is this property does NOT have an elevator!

The owner or manager Don was pretty cool and friendly. Other front staff was certainly not as hospitable. If it wasn’t Don, we got made to feel like a compete bother if we asked for anything (we were there for a week.) Zero breakfast or snacks but the pool was nice for the kiddos. Good location with a lot near by. Would stay again but needs some maintenance with plumbing asap.

Our room was clean and bed was comfy. We only spent one night but would definitely book again if in the area. The parking lot was well lit. The property felt safe and was well maintained for the price.

The pool was disgusting, it looks NOTHING like the picture. One of the dehumidifiers drain into the pool, mold and rust everywhere, only 4 chairs covered with black spots, 1 lounge chair with yellow stains on it. Inside access door locked but outside access door propped open. Light switch plates rusty and moldy. The exercise room temp set at 81 (felt like a sauna) and the phone was hanging off the wall by its cord. I guess if you passed out it would come in handy that its dangling about 1' off the floor. The smoke free room had a slight smell of smoke, and the smoke detector was churping, called front desk, they came to replace the battery, ahh, the battery had been removed from the smoke detector. Need I go on!! And I have pictures to back up all my remarks.

A few issues, 1-door key wouldn’t work.even after we had it reprogramef 2-faucet in bath wouldn’t shut off. 3- hair dryer in bath was melted and wouldn’t work. 4- ice machine was broken. I have videos if you need them I’ll send you them. Front of ice machine was falling off the wall. Poor maintenance in this hotel for sure but room was clean and somewhat quiet and shower was great. Not sure I would stay here again. I told the front desk and 2 problems were fixed the next day, ice machine and new hairdryer.in bathroom

Loved the price, pool access times were nice - pool furniture just needs a cleaning/update, had a spacious room with 2 queen beds with a fridge AND microwave, very happy with my stay!

I would not recommend this property. The air quality was hard to breathe. The bath towels were very thin and one was still grayish from dirt. These towels were so thin from overuse and had to be extremely old. There was pee in the toilet when we walked in. It’s a fight to ensure the door stays closed and if you use the deadbolt then it’s a fight to open the door. There are sketchy people walking around the hotel floors with no shoes on all hours of the night. Thin walls so you hear everything.

The hotel was very nice! It has been recently remodeled and it is done beautifully. My room had a Jacuzzi tub and it was well worth paying the extra. My biggest complaint about the entire hotel was the bed. When they remodeled and got new everything else they must have forgotten about mattresses. It was old broken in the middle and the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Good thing I could relax in the Jacuzzi afterwards.

The hotel was not horrible, but I will not stay here again. While the staff was decent, my experience was marred by the thin walls. Upon my arrival, I could hear the guests in the room next door having very loud sex, which made the hotel feel low budget. The following morning, I was awakened by another couple in the room above me, also having loud sex. This was not a great experience. Additionally, the hotel did not serve breakfast, although the nearby restaurants sufficed. Overall, it felt like a 2-3 star quality hotel. It wasn't a terrible place, but it did not meet the quality standards I was looking for. I will not be rebooking.

Room was supposedly ReModeled. Bathroom sink had a crack going all the way across. Bathtub was worn looking with broken stopper laying in tub. Trash can was cracked across the bottom so any liquid that was poured into leaked out into the floor. Heat was sporadic, sometimes heat sometimes cold air blowing out. Probably will not go back.

Let me begin by saying the room was bright and the staff was friendly. The chair caught my eye immediately because of the large rip on the arm. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, it was a very used Coil spring mattress that made noise when lying down. The pillows were old and kinda smelly. Thank God I brought my own. There was a large clump of hair on the floor next to the nightstand. The bathroom had a large stain on the countertop and the ceiling fan was not properly attached to the ceiling. I would not recommend and will not stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had our baseball team and the boys we’re rowdy at times and I’m sure they have lots of complaints, but they handled it very smoothly with us. Also left the laundry room open so we can wash all of their uniforms after our late game. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings seemed a little updated. Bathroom does need some work. Only complaint is there wasn’t an elevator.
