The hotel was easy on/off I-75. There were several restaurants close by, possibly walkable. The pool was warm and there are outdoor seating areas. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. The room was functional and comfortable, although the the carpet badly needed cleaning. Breakfast was average for this type of hotel. Easy to find something you like.

The rooms were dirty (party of 13) and the entire property was run down and not maintained. Ice machines not working, extra towels not available, breakfast room messy and not well stocked. The weeds were taller than the landscaping.

Staff was friendly. Facility was tired and worn. Pool area closed. Fitness center with non working elliptical. Equipment wipe towels totally dry. Hand sanitizer stations by elevators empty. Coffee cup tops didn’t fit the cups. I was really disappointed in this place as I could have stayed elsewhere for the same pricing.

pool was out of service upon arrival, that got our kids very disappointed. Key for room had to be "reset" 2 time during our stay. Room was comfortable. Lobby floors and stairway very dirty with debris and breakfast not so good, except for waffles. Eggs salty, sausage odd tasting, french toast good

African American girl working the desk was truly amazing ! She is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel wanted . Only bad thing was we booked here because of hot tub and it wasn’t in service so that stunk

Booked through Expedia. Our room was filthy. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Lots of recent reviews discuss bed bugs… I read them prior to booking. The carpet looks like it’s 60 years old and is stain ridden. The first room we walked into smelled like cigarettes, the beds were half made, there was no toilet paper, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. We asked for a new room and when we moved, although the smell was better there were pubic hairs all over the bathroom and stains on the sheets and the pullout couch looked like a raccoon got to it. We decided to leave and book another hotel. Hopefully we get refunded but still waiting. This hotel needs to start taking sanitation seriously or I doubt it will be around much longer.

Let me first state that we made the best with what we had. Our room was very dirty upon arrival we found someone else’s underwear and socks when we got in the room as well as mouse poop every where lots of it on our covers and in the shower there was hair and a already used bar of soap

This room was horrible. I can tell it hasn’t been deep cleaned since it was built. Mold on the curtains, carpet is smelly, and dirty. I used Clorox wipes on the bathroom. The pillows are old. I can’t believe they are still open and passing inspections

The check in process was easy and the staff member who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival in the room I was extremely disappointed. The floors were quite stained. It looked like nothing had been wiped down from the previous guests…there were food crumbs and drink rings on the tables. The bed was made, but looked like the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. I returned to the lobby to speak with staff. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available, which, to be honest, I was not super upset about. The front desk staff immediately agreed to refund my room charge and I was able to locate an alternative hotel, only a few minutes away and for only a small increase in the nightly rate. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless they improve their cleaning practices!

Room dirty. Sheets had boot prints on it. Took down to front desk. Breakfast cold including eggs and sausage. Ran out of forks so I asked the attendant if they had anymore and you would have thought I ruined his whole day. I guess being on the phone was more important than checking utensils and food temperature. Pool was cold and had stuff floating on top. And lastly why would you put a smoking area at the front entrance of a building. People have to walk through that. Was not a very nice stay

Carpet was dirty in hall ways and in my room. I checked the air conditioning filters and they were very dirty. Someone had a can of food near the entrance for a cat everyday I was there.

The first night we stayed people were running up and down the hall and slamming doors until 2:00 a.m. and we didn't get any sleep. I called to inform the staff of the issue and they wanted us to actually move rooms in the middle of the night. The beds are also very uncomfortable and the room decor is dated

The property was above average for Lima. The only issue was the room was warm and stuffy, after turning on the air conditioning to cool the space the system was too loud to run when sleeping. Very Loud!! Therefore the room grew warm and stuffy again by 2:30 am. Room 315 has a noisy ac system.

Check-in was great, room was comfortable but had some cosmetic issues. Shower curtain had holes, carpet had large stains, bathroom had some peeling wallpaper. Water was just warm, not hot, for my shower. Breakfast was just ok. Would stay again for the price, but management could put a little effort into updating the facility and it would seem much nicer. Also, carpets in common areas needed to be vacuumed.

Overall the property is in disrepair. The pool was cloudy and had a foam scum at one end. The pool was the reason we stayed there during our visit to Lima and we chose not to use it after seeing it. The linens, towels, and carpet were stained. The shower curtain had holes in it. There was one roll of TP in the bathroom, and just 2 towels. All the doors were damaged by the "cleaning" staff, the elevator floor was sticky for the last 2 days of our 5-day stay. The breakfast was ok, but the last day the eggs were extremely watery and literally gushed water when eaten. Very unappealing to say the least. The night clerk on Saturday was rude to the people on the phone and to us when we needed our key re-set. Two positive notes are that they responded quickly to a midnight party in the hallway, and the gal who checked us in Wednesday night was cheerful and helpful.

This hotel is understaffed to the point that there was one person on site during checkin. She was so overwhelmed, and our room had not been cleaned. Her only solution was to give us disinfectant and the vacuum so we could clean our own room. We did because there were no other rooms available in the area or in the hotel. The furniture was old and broken, but the staff that were there did the best they could. The owner only gave us one half of one night’s discount for their poor services. We do not recommend this hotel, and it certainly is not a 3-start hotel.

The receptionist wasn’t rude but she also wasn’t very welcoming. Which I do understand that’s not what she’s there for. I get it. It may have been a rough day. I checked in at 3:00 on 11/15/2024. The first room was disgusting. The floor was filthy. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the tub was just plain dirty. I went downstairs to report this and she switched out my room to the room next door. This floor wasn’t as bad but still dirty. The room smelled of smoke. I go to check the restroom and it wasn’t as bad as the first room but still too dirty for me. I’m thinking ok I’ll just deal with it until I check the bed. There was hair on the sheets and a stain that I just couldn’t bring myself to even imagine what it was. I packed my stuff in my hands and immediately checked out. The receptionist just said “that room isn’t good either?” Umm no ma’am it wasn’t. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in there so no I’m checking out and we politely parted ways. I would not recommend this hotel

One of the front desk guys seemed a touch rude, breakfast staff we very nice. Hotel was in disrepair, only one working ice machine, baseboards coming off the wall, carpets were stained...old appliances in the room....still it worked well for what we needed.

We were in town for the weekend for a tour of UNOH. We were 5 minutes from the school, drive time. The hotel breakfast was ok...I mean it was free. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Overall a god stay, even though we didn't spend much time at the hotel. But if our son goes here, I'm sure we'll be back

The room was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the bathroom from the previous travelers. The carpet was filthy and they only gave us one bath towel. When we called the front desk to get more towels no one ever answered. Upon check-in, the girl was very confused, even though our reservations were confirmed. The pool was closed. The hot tub was closed. But we didn’t get a discount on our rooms because those amenities were not available for us to use. They advertise FREE HOT BREAKFAST but when we got downstairs around 7:30am there was nothing available to us except stale coffee. No bagels, no crackers. Nothing. Good thing they are restaurants nearby. DO NOT STAY HERE! We paid $225 per room and it wasn’t worth it at all!

Beds were okay. The pillows are a tad lumpy. Breakfast seemed to be out of things often and not well stocked. The hallways and stairwells were in need of a good vacuum. The room itself was alright however some stuff could use a better cleaning and some paint touchups. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Toilet paper on the roller was left with only a few sheets on it, fortunately there was a full roll behind it. The bed closest to the window looked like someone had been laying on it before we got there. So I’m going to have to the housekeeping inspection process prior to turning over to room ready is pretty poor. Overall room was clean and comfortable. Doors, walls and trim throughout are pretty hard looking, need of a good painting. Staff was excellent, disappointed with no hot breakfast available. Just a few pieces of fruit cereal and a few bagels available.

The check in gal was very nice. In The room there were some stains on the floor I'm not sure what they were. in the bathroom I found pieces of glass in the area under the sink the hot tub was not working the breakfast was not a hot breakfas there was no waffle mix and we had asked for that, But nobody ever came and filled the waffle mix. your options were cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels a few rolls and juice And milk. Beds were comfortable I did have to go and ask for additional blankets and pillows.
