This hotel was spooky and old. When we drove up, we thought we got taken for our money as there were no lights on in the building or parking lot and we had to search for the office in the dark. I found a young girl working on a laptop in the dark, in a room off of the office. She barely spoke to us. I had asked pre-booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds, and we got double beds. I was told the next morning that we requested lower floor and that's what they have, but the girl never said that when we checked in. The toilet was not working properly, no light bulbs in a couple of the lamps, the electrical outlets were dirty. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need to be replaced as they were flat and there was not enough in the room or on the beds. Looks like they are milking every last $ out of this hotel. The breakfast was basically non-existent and the lobby is extremely dated. Not sure why she put us on the highway side of the building when we were possibly one of only a couple of guests, as there was only one other car in the lot; put us on the quieter side. Photos do not match the hotel.

This Red Roof is what looks like used to be an old motel….it is an isolated area off the highway, and there are two buildings and another third one that appears to be a closed down restaurant, boarded up. Most of the people at this location are obviously living here. There is a five gallon bucket of old cigarette butts, and in the morning you can hear all the trucks start up as people leave for work. My family stayed on the bottom floor with our dog, and when we arrived there was a younger man smoking something, wearing a long decorative sabre on his belt that he kept touching on the front yard…it was pretty sketchy. I went back after we unpacked to alert the management but he was gone. The staff person at this location was kind and helpful. The room itself was clean, the beds were comfy and everything we needed was there. The only thing wrong with the room was the old and broken plastic slide back curtain that remained from yesteryear when the original business, whatever it was, operated. My family always stay at Red Roof locations while traveling because they are clean, pet friendly and affordable. However, I would not return to this one, despite the cleanliness and proper attention to supplies….it just did not feel safe, and the outside area was dimly lit and looked uncared for.

Room temperature was easily adjusted. Room was clean. Sitting chair old and peeling. Parking was veey open and well lit. Was disappointed with the shower...couldn't get hot water, and the knob just kept rotating around turning water on and off. Also, the toilet was running nonstop upon arrival. There is a internal stopper problem that causes it not to fully seal.

Average hotel. We picked it because it has a nice big parking lot since we are pulling our rv. Not much in area but was able to get a great pizza and salad delivered to hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. The girl who checked me in was very sweet and kind. The room was clean, but like many older hotels that have been updated it still has that old hotel smell. There was a great area to walk the dog. That is always a plus! \\

I cleaned for a living. I walked in. My beds weren’t even made proper. It looks like somebody just kind of threw the sheets up the floor was disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned. Just definitely not a good experience. We didn’t end up staying the night there because we couldn’t handle the cigarette smell in the room.

This property is super dirty! The toilet seat was filled with yellow residue, hair, and dust and look like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I asked to change room immediately. My second room had the same issue and shower curtain had mold all over the bottom half. At that moment it was evident that they do not clean before guest or ever. 0/10.

No secondary lock on door,mattress was like sleeping on a board the pillow was uncomfortable The shower head only came up to mid chest and it took probably 4 minutes for the hot water to show up The toilet took two try's to flush I asked if , because our plans had changed if we could check out early, was told by the person at the front desk yes I could only to find out she lied and was charged for the whole stay

However, there was not a coffee maker in the room, the curtains did not cover the window well and the door did not seem the most secure. The door had a deadbolt and a chain, but they were ancient and the door itself seemed flimsy. The building sits in a truck stop area. I think that this would be a good location if you were an over the road truck driver or itinerant utility worker. The included breakfast was ok, but the coffee was dreadful. I ended up going to McDonald's. The office staff person was polite and easy to find.

Red roof inn is a really great spot if you want an inexpensive cost effective place to stay. It's not very fancy and the place does leave a lot to be desired but the beds work just well and the showers are great. Perhaps the biggest thing that I feel could be improved is updating furniture and lighting. The furniture seemed pretty old and well worn. And the lighting especially in the living area was very sterile cool hue lighting that didn't disperse light as well through out the room. The lamps were modern ish but the lampshades were pretty rough showing staining from what I can only assume has been from smoke of some degree. The bed was okay I did notice a lot of smalls spots and stains on the sheets and bedding. The Continental breakfast was fine but didn't offer a wide variety, if you're booking a hotel for that amenity I would recommend trying a different location. Otherwise the hotel is about what you would expect for the price. It's nice enough and cozy, I wouldn't recommend it for extended stays seeing as they only offer one dresser in a unit but otherwise it's a passable place to stay if you need a quick nights sleep

The area where the hotel is was just hit by a tornado, so I wasn't expecting much, the room needs to be updated from the 90's decor, but it was a clean place to sleep and shower which was all I needed. Getting into and out of the parking lot was touch and go due to road construction. Staff was super nice. Passed by the place 7 times before I found it.

Property was being renuvated, that was fine, rooms were OK for the money. But the breakfast was terrible, stale, buffet area dirty. Worst was the coffee. Better not offer at all or forget the food and provide good coffee service.

The bathroom did not look very clean. Tub was discolored. When I went for breakfast in the morning there was no cream cheese for the bagels, not much of a selection for the breakfast. The woman working the breakfast area was in her pajamas, not very professional.

Staff was very very friendly, our first room had cigarette burns on the comforter and smelled heavily of smoke which bothered my wife who has asthma the front desk person helped us get another that we got to inspect first she also said the first room condition was completely unacceptable. Breakfast was decent bagels, pastries, and yogurt and cereal. Overall pretty decent stay.
