The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We had booked 2 different rooms for our stay.. The ice machine didn't work. Room 30 needs a new mattress. It sunk in the middle. No hair dryers. No hand grab rail in the bath tub. The hallway smelled like pot even we were in a no smoking rooms its a plane jane room. Good enough to sleep in.

My room was filthy the walls and the floor was extremely dirty no body wash, soap, or shampoo the bathroom sink was leaking didn’t leave enough towels or wash clothes for 3 people even though they knew how many guests there was. Super noisy people upstairs from me and no one told them to keep it down they were partying all night. The signal and the wifi sucks and the ice machine was broken. I do not reckoned at all.

One good thing was parking (plenty of parking spots available and clean parking lot). Although I booked a non-smoking room, and the front desk confirmed it with me, I still smelled a strong scent of cigarettes and smoke in the hallway where my room was when I walked out. The room I stayed in had no hair dryer and no tissues. I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but the room only had two towels, and one of the towels was dirty. The front desk told me that they gave someone else the room I originally booked because their name was similar to mine. I paid a high price for a nicer room but they gave my room to someone else. The room I got was a crappy room in the basement, and I feel like I paid too much. Not happy and not worth.

Very clean (no smell, no bugs, no carpet) and updated and budget friendly. As a single woman traveler, it was very well lit, cameras everywhere and I could see my car from my room. FREE off-street parking is EXCELLENT! Near MetLife Stadium and just what I needed to stay overnight before I drove back home. My only complaint is room needs hooks on bathroom walls and doors to hang stuff and needs closet rod to hang clothes. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Staff was friendly but we couldn’t get anyone to turn off the beeping sound in the ice machine room. We listened to it all night. Not enough towels, all soap dispensers were empty and the shower went hot to cold continuously through a 5 minutes shower!

The busing was good location. I will say it's a very simple place. No pictures on the walls. Only 2 towels and I was supposed to have a king bed and I got a queen bed. The main door did not lock. It had tape blocking the security. The ice machine was broke. No hair dryer.

Ask for a room away from the very noisy restaurant or you will be woken at 7 AM. Room needed more vacuuming, there were no hand towels, shower was good but needed a grab bar and somewhere to hang wet towels. Room was very dated. If there was a catagory between poor and average, I would choose that. Bed was comfortable but the comforter was stained. You get what you pay for.

Looks can be deceiving from what is advertised then what youa actually stay. the room that I stayed in was dirty. There was no floor towel. The lighting wasn’t very good. The cable TV kept losing the signal. The bedsheets were not washed properly and there’s no Internet. The bathroom shower was not washed properly and no amenities whatsoever. One of the poorest motel states I’ve ever been to before would not recommend going there ever again. Unless you’re just looking for a place to crash.

This place is nasty and have roaches. Very dirty, smell like smoke the lady that check me in is mean and unpleasant. The worst place i ever place. It is a waste of money to stay here. Only the sheets was clean but have burnt holes in them.

Most of the things in the room and the bathroom were good. The rest was disappointing! The key for the room kept on getting demagnetized. It happened two times. I went to the front desk had the card-key re-magnetized and they told me that some things in my wallet would demagnetize the card key. I told the receptionist I had been to other hotels before and I never had this problem with the card-key and I put them in the same wallet. They're not going to tell me something is white when I know that it's black. As far as the AC. and the heat goes things did not look right and I have attachments to prove it. Wanted to turn off the AC. because the air was getting cold and it just wouldn't shut off at all! The room had no window at all and it was hard to tell if it was day or night! I wouldn't come here again even if somebody paid me enough money to do so!

For the price it’s excellent. The only criticism I would have is that the parking lot was very noises all night. Outside partying. The police even showed up a few times. This was my second stay. My first room and experience were great, but this time we didn’t get a good room. The staff responded quickly to our concerns, which I appreciated, but overall I wasn’t as happy with this visit. On our last night, the room was freezing and there was no heat available. Despite that, the location and price are still great, so I’ll continue to book here. Hopefully next time I’ll have a better room.

The only downfall is if you are already booked at the hotel and extend the stay the employees can not see your reservation I was told that I will have to check out and come back after 3 which is Ludacris the hotel needs to either train the employees how to pull in a reservation or update the computer system. other than that it was ok .

Only stay here if you need a place to stay for the night, this place has definitely seen better days… That being said the neighborhood is very nice. There is a restaurant next-door that sells Colombia food and it was very good. I came on a business trip to Brooklyn New York and I chose this place to stay out of the city, again nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose.
