This place is superb! We stayed for 4 days and with our dog Zoe and we just loved our experience. Its 5 min away from the Heart of NDG, where there are great shops ans restaurantis a massive grocery store across the street, with a SAQ (alcohol and beer). Room was big and clean with a mini kitchinette. You are 15 min by car away from downtown, old Mtl (by car). The free parking was also a bonus. As it made it easier to travel and discover differents areas of Mtl. Loved it and will go back. Staff is super friendly and always ready to serve or help.

The hotel bar and restaurant service and quality of food and drinks is excellent. Worth every dime. Also, a great location on Rue St. Jacques right across from the Maxi supermarket in case you need anything. A safe location and parking lot right in the back as well.

Hotel tout près du CUSM. Nous avons apprécié le service courtois. La chambre est propre, les lits très confortables. L’emplacement permet de se rendre facilement au CUSM. En taxi, on parle d’environ 10 minutes. D’ailleurs le taxi Alta est tout proche et cela facilite grandement les aller-retour. Le seul point à améliorer selon nous est le menu de l’hotel qui est limité, de style bistro. Hotel que nous recommandons à toute personne cherchant tranquilité, confort et stationnement facile d’accès.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Lage und den Parking-Gelegenheiten gewählt. Die Zufahrt war wegen dem vielen Verkehr (Baustellen, Streik ÖV) etwas schwieriger, als zuerst gedacht. Ging dann aber gut. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und die Kaffeemaschine serviert guten Kapselkaffee. In der Nachbarschaft hat es viele Einkaufszentren und auch einen Tim Hortons. Great hotel, very clean and brand new. BUT when I arrived, the front desk staff tried to charge me again for my room, even though I had already paid online in advance. This could have resulted in me being charged twice, which was abit frustrating. Other than that, i had a great stay.

This is a gem! The renovation was top notch. The taste in the decor is impeccable. We loved the modern amenities like the pedestal bath tub, brand-name coffee machine, hair dryer and steamer. Rooms are huge and brand new. Bedding and furniture were high quality. Finally Montreal West has a super chic hotel! Keep up the good work!

The property itself was newly and well done. Unfortunately, the road outside was under construction and you could only get in and out one way from the parking lot. There were not a lot of dining options nearby and the area seemed seedy. It was quite a long drive to downtown Montreal. Special mention to Rafique at the front desk. He helped me as I struggled with my luggage cart and was very responsive.

The property itself was newly and well done. Unfortunately, the road outside was under construction and you could only get in and out one way from the parking lot. There were not a lot of dining options nearby and the area seemed seedy. It was quite a long drive to downtown Montreal. Special mention to Rafique at the front desk. He helped me as I struggled with my luggage cart and was very responsive.

The lady at reception on my arrival was amazing. I had card problems, the chip was not working. She had alot of patience and worked with me until we figured it out. I had to take the bus and the metro to get at my destination, she wrote down everything I needed to do to get there. Amazing sercice from this lady.

This place is superb! We stayed for 4 days and with our dog Zoe and we just loved our experience. Its 5 min away from the Heart of NDG, where there are great shops ans restaurantis a massive grocery store across the street, with a SAQ (alcohol and beer). Room was big and clean with a mini kitchinette. You are 15 min by car away from downtown, old Mtl (by car). The free parking was also a bonus. As it made it easier to travel and discover differents areas of Mtl. Loved it and will go back. Staff is super friendly and always ready to serve or help.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room facilities and environment are nearly perfect. The only drawback is that there’s road construction around the hotel, and aside from a supermarket and a few fast-food places nearby, most of the surrounding businesses are auto repair shops.

Hotel tout près du CUSM. Nous avons apprécié le service courtois. La chambre est propre, les lits très confortables. L’emplacement permet de se rendre facilement au CUSM. En taxi, on parle d’environ 10 minutes. D’ailleurs le taxi Alta est tout proche et cela facilite grandement les aller-retour. Le seul point à améliorer selon nous est le menu de l’hotel qui est limité, de style bistro. Hotel que nous recommandons à toute personne cherchant tranquilité, confort et stationnement facile d’accès.

The property itself was newly and well done. Unfortunately, the road outside was under construction and you could only get in and out one way from the parking lot. There were not a lot of dining options nearby and the area seemed seedy. It was quite a long drive to downtown Montreal. Special mention to Rafique at the front desk. He helped me as I struggled with my luggage cart and was very responsive.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Lage und den Parking-Gelegenheiten gewählt. Die Zufahrt war wegen dem vielen Verkehr (Baustellen, Streik ÖV) etwas schwieriger, als zuerst gedacht. Ging dann aber gut. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und die Kaffeemaschine serviert guten Kapselkaffee. In der Nachbarschaft hat es viele Einkaufszentren und auch einen Tim Hortons. Das Restaurant habe ich nur für Nachtessen besucht. Die Auswahl ist ziemlich beschränkt, aber das Essen schmeckte gut.

Our experience in this beautiful and new hotel was simply incredible. Friendly staff, extremely clean installations and rooms. The hotel bar and restaurant service and quality of food and drinks is excellent. Worth every dime. Also, a great location on Rue St. Jacques right across from the Maxi supermarket in case you need anything. A safe location and parking lot right in the back as well.

No sheets in the room for the pull out. Disliked the extra charge for decent internet, this should be free. I did not get the room that I had reserved. No pool no hot tub Breakfast is extra. There is a cash grab for everything which is hustling and despicable. I will not be returning and will be posting a very poor review with pictures and video but I wil wait for a response

Great staff, very well-designed hotel with lots of little details. Spotlessly clean and bright. Bathrooms made good use of space, clothes steamer in each room and a laundry room on each floor. We had a bit of an issue with our first room and were immediately moved to an accessible room. This second room had a roll-in shower, extra room to navigate and many more accessible features. Great little restaurant and bar in the lobby too.

This is a lovely new property in a good location with ample parking - including EV chargers - that is experiencing growing pains. When we checked in, the night manager cheerfully offered us a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite - room #120. Unfortunately being in that uniquely located room did not allow us to access the WiFi (which the manager rectified with a promotional code); nor did our room key open the fitness center (they issued us a separate key); and it was not recognized on my Hilton Honors app. I imagine those kinks can be worked out easily. Room #120 will need significant improvements. It is a great room with a large soaking tub and kitchenette. But it has a separate external entrance facing the main road that needs more privacy (like a fence/screen). It lacks a secondary/deadbolt lock, which feels unsafe. And the door and its transom is glass. Frosted, admittedly, but also worrisome for privacy and also the room cannot achieve full darkness for sleep. We look forward to returning to the hotel, perhaps to a different room.
