Lakeside Inn Lake Havasu City

Overall very quiet. The beds were clean. We had a dog with us, so we were on the first floor ( dog floor). A plus that there is no additonal fee for the dog. If the motel was renovated at some point it could us a good refresh. The bathtub was not in good condition, Cracked, stained and burned with cigarettes. The shower curtain was dirty and hung so low it was in the tub about 4 inchs. The rubber baseboards were peeling off the walls around the entire room. The bathroom door needed painted or replaced due to damage. Cords and cables from the tv hanging loose on the walls. Usb or mor outlets needed. A good room refresh is needed.

The front desk lady was very nice at check in, the room was newly remodeled & clean BUT…no elevator so we had to carry all our stuff up. We were lucky enough to be in a no pet area (which you had to pay more for so that felt backwards) because you could hear dogs barking as we walked through the first floor. There was no mention of no boat parking in the location details which I think is quite important considering you’re in Lake Havasu. The shower was oddly shaped & super small & we only had 2 towels provided. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

This motel fit our needs and our budget. We were surprised to find a microwave and fridge in the room; normally don't see those amenities in a budget property. Room was clean, there was no noise, and easy check in and check out. Only negative was the cash deposit of $100 at check in; not mentioned in their listing on Expedia. Liked the fact that there was no extra charge for our 2 dogs. We would stay there again.

My husband is semi handicapped the second floor had no elevator. They wanted him to take the stairs which were 18 to 20 stairs. I told the lady he couldn’t walk up it so she told me she had a room downstairs with two twin beds and I’d have to pay $30 more. The outside door that was a security door was not even locked for people to come in and out of the hotel from an alley in the back with signs all over lock your car we cannot be liable for break-ins

Very disappointed. Check-In area smelled like a wet grandma's moth covered clothes. Not even exaggerating. Then was told there was boat parking in the dirt lot behind the hotel and there was no way to access nor did the property own the dirt lot. Will never stay there again.

Our motorhome broke down and needed repairs. We expected to stay 2 nights at most. Repairs are taking longer than expected, and we have been here for 10 days now! We have 2 dogs, and it’s hard to find a place where dogs stay free. The rooms are clean. The staff is great! And the price is right. It’s not fancy, but it’s very comfortable.

This was a one night stay, it was within walking distance to the London Bridge. Parking was very easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I just wish it had a dog run.

This is darn near the only Motel 6 I will stay at usually they are overran by loud patrons and riffraff. For a single mom this was a nice inexpensive experience. Just a quick pass through my son and I were exhausted. I am assuming it was the owner a lovely woman who was very kind at check in. The only downfall no elevator (I believe that is normal for Motel 6)

When I saw all the great reviews, I thought this might be a good choice. It began poorly though. The desk clerk was friendly and kind when my daughter and her 2 year old arrived an hour earlier than I did. I requested they let the girls check in, offered a photo of my license, and the room was prepaid, but the owner refused. The desk clerk invited them to wait in the lobby, but the owner came out and told my daughter they COULD NOT WAIT in the lobby, and curtly told her to talk a walk. I arrived and discovered that they were having a problem with expedia. I had been traveling 9 hours and did not want to deal with problems after I had prepaid to avoid them. Also, I had booked well in advance and requested a first floor room, since I have physical limitations. They put me on the 2nd floor. The nice clerk changed us to a first floor but was concerned about the owners reactions for doing so. The room was hot and stuffy and smelled like food cooking. When our toddler spilled a bit of water on the floor I blotted it with a towel from the bathroom and it was absolutely black, like they never mop the floor. The beds were so old and lumpy we both had sore backs after 2 days. The location is close to things, it was quiet, and thats about all I can say good about it.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the location was great. The rooms are very old and worn with an uncomfortable bed. The main stuff like sheets and towels were clean but the room needed a serious deep clean, the tops of things like the cabinet, tv, etc. had a lot of dust. The main complain was no hot water, some lady in the hall told me I had to let it run for a long time but I guess 10 minutes wasn't long enough for us to get hot water. We only stayed there 1 night passing through and left at 4am so we didn't have the chance to talk to someone at the front desk.

It was basic no frills which I expected, but it should have been clean.

It was the worst hotel ever. We had told them there would be 3 people but our third could come but they charged us for 3 anyway and would not reduce the price back by the $81 that they should have. They did not resupply our room at all during the 3 nights we stayed. There was dirt and a couple of rocks in the disgusting towel holder. There was no stopper or drain plug in the sink do you could lose anything down it. The air conditioner would turn on and smell like someone were inside of it smoking. The towel hanger on the foor kept falling off. The room, baseboards, etc, was in a wretched state of disrepair, no full length mirror, no iron or ironing board. The shower curtain was long so it stayed in the bottom, wet, and never dried out which is not good. They never emptied our garbages, brought us more toilet paper, nothing. Beds were clean but walls and floors were really dirty. Managers obviously are not aware if or concerned with clesning standards in the United States. I would seriously put up a large sign outside the property stating: Do not stay here. The only, and I mean only, redeeming factor is its proximity to the London Bridge there in Lake Havasu. The stay was aggravating and disgusting.

Room was average. Pretty easy check in. $100 deposit due at that time and returned at checkout. There was towels, TV, fridge, microwave and bar soap. Clean and smelled okay. Can hear neighbor's and doors in the hallway.

This is an average Motel 6. You don\'t expect too much. For some reasons my room was not soud proof at all. I could hear water running fiercely when someone was taking shower (perfect sound in the middle of the night); I could hear neighbors opening their doors in the hallway. In tge room, the person who designed it, had a "brilliant"idea to put the fridge next to the bed.... Otherwise, the motel is conveniently locating wthin walking distance from London bridge, restaurants, and walking paths.

This was my first time back staying here since the major renovations. I was pretty impressed with the results. It was a good value for 1 night. I would stay here again

Nice, clean, and comfy. Kay was excellent and got our special request taken care of easily. She was awesome. Looks like it's been remodeled recently and the rooms are great. Very close to attractions and restaurants. Well worth the price. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at check in - presumably the owners - were very kind and helpful. Put our family in to adjoining rooms with out request. Early check in offered . Found the hotel very clean and comfortable. Mattress was new with clean comfy bedding . Microwave and fridge in each room . Reminded our family of the quaint family owned hotels overseas . Definitely not a faceless chain place . We would book here again !!

Very bad service the lady upfront has bad attitude for no reason was trying to check in and at first she said the deductible was going to be 40$ then went to 100$ then rasied it once again to 150$ in the beginning of the whole interaction the lady was willing to take card by the end of the interaction she was only accepting cash only. However I did book the room two days in advance and called the hotel to make sure that there wasn’t going to be any other charges when checking in and was told I was all good every is paid. But at the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all it’s very sketchy and I wasn’t able to get the 108$ back so don’t take the loss stay elsewhere

Okay for a 1-night stay. Lady at the Front Desk needs help dealing with guests in a professional manner. Very disappointing experience!

After a long day at the lake. We checked in the service was horrible we were being told they were going to charge more because we had an extra person which made zero sense if we already had two beds. I walked to what I thought was my room and the key opened door and it was someone else’s room that looked like they lived there. There clothes in bathtub filled. And when unprofessional worker came who was not in work attire or name tag came up and basically blamed me for what was a mistake anyone could have done and kicked me my husband and my children out of the whole hotel. She saw my child crying and still was being rude and unkind. I would never again stay or recommend.

First tried to charge me a credit card service fee when i told him all fees are included on expidea he tried to tell me it was in the fine print. I showed him the expidea sight proving him wrong he then made me wait to check in for 30 minutes. Definitely a scammer. Hotel was noisy.

The rooms are super clean and have everything you need. I even had a view of the famous London Bridge. Anyway, proximity to food, entertainment, and leisure is right outside the front door. The staff is welcoming, kind, and pay attention to details.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. It’s nice to be greeted by a friendly person after traveling for many hours and feeling naturally grumpy. 😂

Traveling for business. Road fatigue hit. Great place to crash for the night. Hotel was clean. Not many guests staying there. Excellent location

Nothing special but clean, no coffee or shampoo in the room…

Room was nice. Across the street from the lake and close to walking areas. No one was ever in the loony. Had to ring the bell if you wanted anything only thing they offered was coffee and it was often gone
