No working fan in the bathroom and rusty fixture. No coffee in dispenser and no one at the desk at the time to help with the situation. I did not find the beds that comfortable. However, the price was somewhat reasonable considering the price gouging (3 times normal) at other hotels during commencement weekend.

I get to the hotel and no one is at the desk. They left a note to call Michele. She states the hotel was understaffed. She gave me my room code by phone. Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were put in room 215. the condition of the room was pretty bad, but we just assumed that the place was run down. We were just there for a wedding next door and tried to make the best of it. However when the shower didn't work, we complained and were given a different room. This room was completely renovated, clean and totally acceptable. Now mind you, the hotel was almost empty and for some reason, put us in a disgusting room first. So make sure you ask for a 'renevated' room when checking in. Secondly, my daughter was arriving the next morning. She had a 5 hour drive. The wedding started at 12:00 and asked if she could access the room at 10:00. Again, the hotel was EMPTY. They charged an additional $40 to get in the room early. SERIOUSLY! I would only recommend this place if you need to attend an affair next door. That said, Tammy at the front desk was very nice and sympathtic.

The room was clean but needs some attention. A window was broken which obscured the view. Tammy at the Front Desk was friendly and attentive. The amenities could be improved upon with a place to sit in the lobby and a new coffee pot. Happy to have fridge, microwave and free parking however.
