I booked this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately decided not to stay for the second night. The staff was very friendly and, when I explained that I was uncomfortable with my first room, they kindly moved me to another one with a street-facing window. I appreciated their effort. However, I found the hotel quite claustrophobic overall. The rooms are small, the first room faced the interior of the building, and the second room had no working Wi-Fi. The shower drain was also clogged. I explained immediately upon arrival that I was going through a difficult personal moment and was feeling particularly uncomfortable. I asked whether they could offer any reasonable alternative for the second night — a partial refund, credit, voucher, or any other compromise. Unfortunately, they refused any kind of flexibility. I understand cancellation policies, but given the circumstances and the fact that I asked for a compromise rather than a full refund, I found this lack of flexibility disappointing and somewhat discourteous. The staff was kind, but unfortunately the hotel itself did not suit me, and the handling of the second night left a negative impression.

Room was small but adequate. Bed extremely comfortable especially the pillows. Shower excellent. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it was lovely reasonable choice and top quality ingredients. Hotel is very well placed and the staff were very helpful.

Small and old room. You couldn't pull the curtain aside because of the view from the room opposite. Breakfast wasn't very interesting. Good location if you don't have a car. Parking fee was 18 euros p

The hotel was very well positioned within walking distance of all the historical sites and restaurants. The underground carpark was accessed via a car lift which was a new experience. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and very tasty. Room was clean and comfortable but a little small. It was ok for an overnight stay.
