Carleton Circle Motel Falmouth

The facility is a little run down but our room inside was not bad, no coffee though,

Was hard to find room poor lighting around property no wifi

The facility needs a lots of repairs!

Couldn’t watch TV. Boy had 1 channel

It was convenient. Closest to SunTreats. Stayed here for family there. Probably would do it again next year maybe. Old school almost run down but still is good. Carpet is old. Bed was hard. All I can say it was convenient. No pool. Nice old place probably to benefit around the area or to just get away from the noise. Tv yes small. But you should enjoy the cape

I was a little afraid because some of the rough reviews, but it was overall a good stay. Affordable, but not raggedy. Each room is in a separate little mobile unit, which is nice because you get a little privacy (not hearing neighbors). Very clean bathroom and sheets. My room included a kitchen stove, sink and a dining table set, which I didn't use, but it was a nice touch! Lots of scuffs on the inside of the front door and the bathroom door. That's more of a cosmetic issue, though. It's a 20 minute drive from some of the tourist-y parts of the cape, so definitely bring a car. Property was fine. Nothing sketchy, but not glamorous either. Kept the grass cut, so it didn't look rundown either. I'd stay again!

This place is run by a family with children, so I appreciated that aspect. The keeper was kind. The units are somewhat old and have unfinished renovations. We were comfortable enough. It was awkward at checkout because the office door was locked. I just threw the key into the mail slot not knowing what else to do. The yard and scenery was beautiful. I would have loved to sit on the patio in the morning, but the chairs were all dilapidated and couldn't be sat on. Big bummer for me. I

This motel was terrible. It was scary, smelly, dirty, out dated, and in disrepair. I tried to get a refund but the owner would not agree to it. I took the loss and stay somewhere else.

It's not fancy or loaded with amenities but it's a good choice if you're looking for clean, comfortable, and a good value.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They did knock on our door at 10:30 am on our last day to ask if we were leaving soon even though checkout wasn't until 11 am. The room was as expected for the price. However, the bed was not very clean. There were brown stains on the sheets and there was hair under the sheets. There were also stains on the comforter but they were harder to see because the comforter was a dark color. Just sitting on the bed, a green bug started crawling up my arm out of nowhere and then there was a spider on the pillow. We didn't sleep under the sheets and instead put our big beach towel on top of the bed and used our smaller beach towels as blankets. There were also a lot of wifi issues. We had to use data and hotspots for the entire stay because the wifi would not work. Besides those two (kinda big) issues, the stay was decent. If I were to stay again, I would bring my own bed sheets and pillows. They did have a microwave, minifridge, ice bucket (although I didn't see anywhere to fill up the ice bucket), and kitchen-type sink in the room.

Very basic accommodations. Our family enjoyed our room. Very, very clean, great service, were able to get everything we needed easily, refigerator and microwave in good working order, bright lighting, bathroom VERY clean, and all room/bathroom accessories functioned well. Nice hot water shower. No frills but great place to sleep/rest comfortably in very clean room environment. Close access to many places with life necessities you might need. Close to restaurants open til midnight. Our family of 4, all adults, would rebook here. Was reasonably priced for overnight stay in area. Many tourist attractions close by. Ran high intensity ultraviolet light over beds-RESULT: CLEAN-NO BEDBUGS!

Sheets were dirty. Room had mildew smell that immediately tightened my lungs. We were a late arrival, so noone in office after we checked in to complain to. Ended up sleeping in our car. Front desked refused to give any compensation when we went to check out.

Black mold in corners of shower, empty cigarette butts in 5 gallon bucket outside of room, plants growing through fireplace, toilet paper holder broken, place smelled like bug spray.

Property is rather run down,AC was full of black mold,I do not exaggerate about things. We went to the store and purchased Lysol spray,Lysol wipes and rubber gloves to clean the AC unit !! The rooms at the front of the property look ok,but our room in a unit at the back of the property was functional but questionable. Price.was way to high for what we got,just an overnight,realize its Summer on the Cape,but really ! Bonus no hot water !

Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Quiet area , will definitely book again for trips to the cape! 😊

Nice location and private quiet rooms

Accommodations are ok…clean but dated. No electrical outlet in the bathroom and no hairdryer. It wasn’t inexpensive so you would think they could provide a hairdryer.

Staff was super nice. Room was clean and there was a kitchenette. There was room enough to bring two bikes inside. I would recommend bringing your own pillows or mattress pad because the bed was a bit hard. Overall, an inexpenive and pleasant stay.

A rustic property, clean and with basic amenities, but nothing fancy. It served our purpose by being a short drive to Woods Hole and an early Sunday morning ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

Clean but for the money place is out dated! I need of upgrades

Not worth your money , smells like mold , plus extremely scary the doors are extremely old and handles broken , when asked the FD person to switch out room since we didn’t feel comfortable he gave us an awful attitude , is not worth $200 , what the pictures show is not what you will get

I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman which started our stay on a positive note. We only stayed the one night, but I would definitely stay there again!!

Our room was in the far back of the property. I asked for a room closer to the front, as my wife has a disability. Owner claimed they were sold out. Clearly there were rooms in the front available and it was passed 9PM when most travelers would have already checked in. Furnishings were all worn out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Price was very reasonable for last minute booking on holiday weekend Owner very pleasant and sped up room cleaning so we could check in early

Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth.

this is a basic motel. served our purpose for an 8 hr stay but not close to beach or shopping. still renovating.

The bottle of red wine & cheese. Very romantic and quiet. The surf and turf was the best. Very kind and friendly people, not only with the owners of the motel, but the guests that we had morning breakfast and a night cap. Clean towels and the bed was turned over even though we didn’t need them to be done. Great cable television, what else could I say. Just a great experience Carleton Circle Motel. Looking forward to seeing them again when we book our next Cape Cod holiday. Thank you again, Danni & Traci
