The room was clean, probably could be a little better with upkeep, but all in all it was good, the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice, I mean you could tell they were overwhelmed but it was graduation weekend at UMW, so they were fully booked and trying to please everyone the best they could. The breakfast was great, one of the best breakfasts from a hotel I have had in a long time! Parking is okay, hardly any handicap spots, so with my disabled nephew with me, we had to park fairly far from our room and it was quite difficult to get him and all the stuff to the room.

Nothing fancy, but it’s an economical choice for a night convenient to 95 and downtown Fredericksburg. Friendly folks at front desk. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel was okay. Had to go up a flight of stairs on the 2nd floor with a cooler and 2 suitcases.We are senior citizens. Couldn't park our vehicle in front of our room. A bit disappointed. Staff and breakfast were excellent
