The hotel was under construction so the lobby was a bit messy. The pool was out of service, the ice machine didn't work, the breakfast was ok, but the pancake maker wasn't working. Lots of kids running up and down the halls saturday without the front desk stopping it. A lot of little things that added up to a bit of irritation. The room was clean, updated and comfortable.

The hotel is undergoing Renovations and lobby and breakfast area torn up. It will be very nice when completed. Room was already renovated and was lovely, bed comfortable. We were just passing through, so no complaints. If we had planned a quiet getaway and wanted to use pool, etc, wouldn't have been as nice. Pool closed as well

Our room was fine but this hotel seems to be falling apart. The hallways, lobby and elevator were dirty and unkept. It did not seem to be well ran. There was one worker who was super accommodating and allowed for late check out but it seems like the general manager is a pain and her staff aren't very fond of her/talk poorly of her to customers. She forced her staff to charge one of my family members $50 for makeup on a towel. Ridiculous Breakfast was good. We will likely find somewhere else to stay next time we are in town.

Not concerned with eco-friendliness that’s why I set it to even. There was a cricket that constantly made noise in the middle of the night. I found a spot in the bathroom where they congregated, but that was the next morning during checkout. It could have been cleaned because they were all dead, but we’re still there.

They know you are coming and they could have set the temp to 72. Maintenance issues with ceiling and bathroom back splash. Hardly any vacuuming done with dirty floors.

When we arrived, the lobby was under construction which was fine. The rooms are newly remodeled and look nice, however my room was very humid and the bed felt wet and damp. Also the door would not lock, you could push it right open.

Most of the provided usb charging plugs provided, didn’t work, despite a recent remodel. And the room didn’t match the photos on the website. The website stated and showed a “separate seating area”, it was a couch and table next to one of the beds, not a separate area. Also, I wasn’t made aware until AFTER booking the room, that the pool was closed due to remodeling. I had planned to allow my grandsons to swim.

The Air Conditioner wasn’t working well and I thought maybe it was all the movement from the day so I gave it time but by midnight my room was 90 degrees and my family and I couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk and they gave us another room that had a working AC and it was wonderful. We only got about 3 hours of sleep but it came together

The check-in process was very very slow due to issues with the previous check-in. The room was very humid even with turning the air conditioning down. I was contacted after my stay about my payment and accused of not making payment although I paid through the app. Hotel staff appeared to be in disarray and confused.
