Hotel was basic, had hot water, clean room and bathroom. Unfortunately, no WiFi or coffeemaker, and noticed no elevator (didn’t need one personally, but others might). The biggest positive was location, in front of a free shuttle that gets you a few minutes from Le Mont St Michel, although you could walk 30 minutes and get there. We arrived by train in Pontorson train station, which is far from the hotel, and had to take an Uber, 28 euro. An alternative is a local bus (line 2 - 4,30 euro) that runs roughly every hour but since we arrived at a later time it wasn’t running anymore on that day. Overall, we used the hotel for resting and showering only, serviceable, no luxuries.

Everything was great -- my only complaint was the website listed parking as free -- but they fail to mention that you have to have a code to get in the gate. This code was not sent before we visited -- we had to call while sitting at the gate. then to leave the property we had to pay a fee. Since there is no other way to enter or leave with a car I consider this to be a parking fee. as far as the property itself it was clean, safe and quiet. very convenient to the shuttles to Mont St Michel. Staff did not speak English very well -- but that is on me as I shoud learn french.

It could have been bad luck, but we were in the middle of a heatwave, i am pretty sure my filters were set to hotels with air conditioning, the hotel does not have air conditioning, our room was facing west and sunset was at 10:00 pm. We could not be in the room. There were insects all over the beds, bathroom, toilet paper, towels. It was explained to us the bugs were due to the weather and that they did not stung but we couldn’t take it. We enjoyed the location, the parking, the transportation to Mont Saint Michel, we watched the beautiful sunset and then we left.

Check-in/check-out was easy and quick, and the receptionists were helpful and courteous every time. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Parking did cost us 10 euro a night, but the convenience of being very close to the shuttle stop to Mont Saint-Michel and restaurants made it okay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Bon hôtel situé en face des bus pour le Mont Saint Michel. Bon accueil, l'hôtel est simple mais propre, la chambre est suffisamment spacieuse, l'ensemble est assez vieillot, moquette bien usée, mobilier abîmé, par contre tres oropre et tres calme. Le petit déjeuner à 9,50€ est simple, pas de produit locaux, tout est industriel, c'est dommage. C'est hôtel reste une bonne destination pour une nuit.

The hotel is very close to Mt. St. Michel but it is older and the rooms are very small. The shower had great water pressure and everything was clean. I appreciate a coffee maker in the room but this was missing.

Hotel is in a gated section where many hotels are located with direct walking and shuttle access to Mont St Michel. You have to pay for the parking (but anyone who visits Mont St Michel has to pay for parking). A simple and very clean yet dated/worn hotel with basic amenities. Staff are warm and friendly. I slept great and was able to walk to the bridge that accesses Mont St Michel (about 30 minutes to the island itself). There are many dining options within a few minutes walk.

Hotel Vert provided our family of 4 a good stay during our trip to Mont St Michel. Ample room, good breakfast and convenient to our visit. The only drawback was not having access to an elevator when our room was on the top floor. There’s also no air conditioning but the evening temperatures were comfortable to sleep in with the window ajar. It was quiet.

Property does not have an elevator - had to carry luggage up to third floor. There are also no bedside plugins for devices including CPAP machines. Staff were helpful when we requested an extension cord but did not seem to understand there are health implications associated with not be able to access these types of devices.

Wir hatten das Vierbettzimmer, es war wirklich prima, in der Mitte durch das Bad in zwei Zimmer geteilt. Nicht so toll war der Umstand, dass es nur für ein Bett eine Nachttischlampe gab und im Doppelbett einer an der Wand schlafen musste ohne Steckdose oder Nachttisch. Alles in allem trotzdem wirklich prima, Preis-Leistung top und die Nähe zum Mont Saint Michel unschlagbar!

Its ok, room for improvement though, wasn't worth the money we paid, but your paying for the location and not the comfort you desire. Bathrooms are small and doesn't cater for disabled guests. Could have done with a vending machine in the lobby. Breakfast was continental and had a verity to choose from which was good

We had a terrible room in the attic. My husband keep hitting his head on the wood beam of the ceiling. The hotel do not have an elevator. We both in the seventy and ours room is on the third floor in the attic. We left there two days earlier and ask for refund the receiptionis refused to do so. The property is very clean. The staffs very friendly and helpful. It is a very peaceful area and you can walk around safe and beautiful. But the restaurants around there were all closed at 9pm and we had hard time to find place to eat dinner. Also the hotel forgot to send the code to us for the gate to the area and we struggled for quite of a long time to enter the gate to the hotel.

the property is old and no AC which i expected. it is acceptable since it is a 2 stars hotel. but its not really cheap price. anyway, the worsts is a rude older lady in the reception. we want to ask her something, and want to shows the phone screen to her with a proper translation, but she just ignore us and saying no rudely. and her attitude is just the same when we checked in. she told me room is not ready when it was 4pm, then i just reply her and want to ask but the booking confirmation said we can check in at 4pm? i just ask 1 time normally, she turn rude immediately.

Les gens de la réception étaient polis et serviables. Les matelas doivent être remplacés. J'ai oublié ma veste accrochée dans le placard et j'ai appelé le bureau le lendemain. Je n'ai porté la veste nulle part car il faisait chaud. On m'a dit d'envoyer un e-mail. J'ai rappelé le bureau et j'ai envoyé un e-mail avec une description complète. Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. C'est un comportement inacceptable de la part du personnel de l'hôtel et je ne recommanderais jamais cet endroit pour cette raison.

Hotel Vert is conveniently located in the are right across MSM. Very easy to pick up the shuttle as stop is right in front of the hotel. Easy access to MSM at any time of day and night. Early morning / late afternoon or evening is best to see MSM due to crowds midday.

隣がスーパーでお水やビール等買えました。スーパーの中にパン屋とアイスクリーム屋さんもありました。お土産も買えて便利でした。朝食のベリーが入ったパンやクロワッサンが美味しかったです。ハムとチーズに茹で玉子、フルーツにヨーグルトもあり充分でした。フルーツのキウイやオレンジ、りんごがカットされず、そのままでしたので、ナイフで自分でカットして食べました。部屋は清潔でしたが、1階でしたので虫が入ってきて困りました。子育て期で海鳥の鳴き声が大きく、ちょっとうるさかったです。シャトルバスもホテルの前から乗れるので、何度もホテルとモン・サン・ミシェルを行きき出来、とても便利でした。

Stayed one night just to see Mont Saint Michel. The area on the main land is everything but cozy and glamorous. Hotel in a very simple but clean. Breakfast was terrible - when we came down almost everything was empty so we had to ask for eggs, water, juice etc. The eggs were cooked yesterday and refrigerated and they were green inside. Who serves ice cold eggs?? We complained and ended up not paying for the breakfast.
