Best Western Plus Aberdeen

Clean, comfortable, safe. Staff was terrific. Disappointed the hot tub was down during our visit.

Room was ok, nothing to write home about. Cracked glass for window to pool area, and elevator had broken buttons with unprofessional temporary solution. Price of rooms exceeds value.

The elevator was not working and they gave us room on the 3rd floor. They were nice enough to take our luggage to our room at checkin.

Hotel was OK. nothing bad to say. Pool was warm and also the hut tab, which was excellent. Breakfast was regular and OK.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and efficient. Facilities were clean and very well maintained. Room was well appropriated everything clean and excellent working order! An Excellent Hot breakfast in the morning including varieties of coffee, juices, breakfast pastries, biscuits and gravy, two types of eggs, bacon or sausages, fresh waffles and yogurt with toppings. The major drawback was we booked this hotel especially for the hot tub and pool due to a dear friend traveling with us who has mobility issues. The Hot tub was not working or available and was a main reason for us to to stay at this hotel. They do have a weight exercise round as well.

I enjoyed being able to get a workout in at the gym and the staff were very helpful. The hot tub was out of order, as it had yellow tape marking it off as 'not in use'. The pool did not look inviting as I never saw any type of cleaning tools used to clean/maintain the water quality, given that there were many children and families swimming in it. Aside from not using the pool, it was a comfortable stay and near a shopping strip. Thank you.

Although we couldn't use the Hot tub, the pool was nice and warm. The rest of the property was very nice. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever back this way!

We really enjoy this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. There’s always someone present. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Of course there’s the pool and hot tub which all in the family enjoy they are pet friendly, and my dog highly approves which might I add the room don’t smell like pets. I’ve been in them. Cost of guest laundry was a rip off. The dryer didn’t try in one cycle. The doubletree has no charge to due your own laundry and Hampton Inn machines charge $1.00 per machine. So yeah, over charged for rooms and laundry. Breakfast was good!

Clean room.

The hotel appears to have attempted a remodel, but a number of things are still outdated and dirty. There were numerous homeless people in the surrounding area and there are very limited decent restaurants nearby.

I have stayed at Best Western on my visits to family -- well located, very easy parking (which has always been safe). Clean, comfortable. I do not make use of the breakfast but nice that tea/coffee is available 24/7. Staff has always been helpful and polite.

This is one if the nicest best westerns we have ever stayed. Room was huge and super nice. Beds were very comfortable.

The WiFi is the only downside. It’s just really spotty.

Our room was just right for the one night stay...clean, quiet, updated. Would stay there again.

Stayed for one night, staff was very helpful . Breakfast was good . Only complaints walls were thin & doors slammed shut.

The hotel is right beside a bridge. Our room was at the end closest to the bridge. It literally sounded like an airport with jets taking off all night. They probably put the travelers that wouldn’t be back in that room. They have to know it’s horrible.

It has been a long time since I had the kind of service I got here. Friendly. Helpful. Capable. No delegating like "not my job." SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Really excellent

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others stay safe. My recent stay at this hotel was not only disappointing but also deeply concerning for personal safety. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a punch hole in the bedroom door, a clear indicator of previous disturbances and lack of proper maintenance. The room itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not feel secure. Outside the hotel, things were even more unsettling. There were visible instances of drug use and homeless individuals fighting near the property. To make matters worse, a loud train passed by at midnight, lighting up the entire room and making it impossible to sleep. I attempted multiple times to contact the front desk regarding these concerns, but no one ever answered the phone. After four days of waiting to hear back, I finally spoke with Lisa, who identified herself as both the manager and the district manager. She informed me that the owner is aware of the issues but does not care, and that having security cameras outside is the extent of their efforts. I was also told no refund would be issued, despite the clear safety concerns. This experience was not only uncomfortable — it was genuinely frightening. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to prioritize your safety and choose another location. The condition of the room, the environment surrounding the property, and the complete lack of customer support all point to a business that is

Regular BW plus but staffs are nice. Parking seems somewhat unsafe but staff reassures it is safe. Breakfast is very basic but some comments are saying it is good; so I guess depends on who you ask.

Was just an overnight stay on our 2 week PCH trip from SF to Seattle, but it was a great place to sleep! Right next to a Walmart!

Easy to get to. Close to amenities. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Property was easy to access and in a quiet area.

Stayed here one night in early September as a starting point to our trip into Olympic National Park, this hotel was fine for our needs. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We have no complaints with the room or services offered. The breakfast staff was also friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles and other standard hotel items (yogurt, fruit, breads, juice etc.) Beyond the hotel, we did not feel comfortable walking in the area further than the nearby Walmart. If you need a place to stay in Aberdeen, this is a good choice.

Staff was great. The property and neighborhood has seen better days, but you can't beat the location close to the national park and waterfront. It was fun to watch the big boats.

Property was clean and easy to get to off highway 101. Easy to get to fast food restaurants. Only fallback of this property is the next to a train track and a train comes through often. Great little breakfast.

The hotel and room were fine. The area around hotel, and the parts of aberdeen that i saw, were sketchy.

buffet wasn't great (limited selection, breakfast bufffet staff not very friendly) but otherwise it was a nice place to stay for a night.

Hotel is in good condition, has a friendly and service service minded staff, as we experience. What surprises us extremely much, is how a well situated hotel chain like Best Western use only plastic and paper when they serve breakfast? Breakfast itself could have been better, but it was OK. We were better prepared not to get disappointed this time. But here is much potential for improvements.

Exactly what I needed for a quick night stay on a long trip. Only downfall is train goes by and is loud, but a lot of shops and food options within 1/2 mile. Breakfast was great
