When we arrived, no one was at the desk. It took awhile for someone to actually check us in. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay, there could have been a little more variety. The pool felt like it needed a good cleaning. However, we were overall very happy with this hotel. It is in a great location that is very accessible and had a lot of great restaurants.

We stayed for 2 nights, my son had a hockey tournament. After we checked out and got to the rink we noticed my son had small itchy bug bites all over his chest, arms and legs. Him and my husband shared the bed, while me and my younger one slept on the pull out couch. The husband noticed a few on him too. The younger one and I were spared. Also the fridge didn't work in room 325. I really wanted to like this place. It appreaed clean. I pulled the sheets back to check the mattress. Breakfast was great. Pool looked a little murky, but it was a high traffic area as it was in the 90's this weekend.

Very clean. Great breakfast that was included and didn't end too early. The salt water pool was a bit small but very satisfying. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Very recommended.

The hotel is okay. It needs update. Bathroom ceiling paint is peeling, there is mold or some black spots in the tub caulking, the carpet is kind of faded. The fitness room is one of the smallest I have ever used. The location is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. The place is quiet and I felt very safe.

Ț bins both inside and outside typically full all the time. How is the first floor lobby restroom dirty and well used at 630 am? Answer,it was never cleaned. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice. Breakfast room is attractive. Overall average stay.

checked in on 12/22 staff was fast and courteous but failed to inform us that construction was beginning on that day for renovations to the hotel rooms. I wouldn't have known except for the sign posted near the elevators. Staff should have informed us. The room was very dated and while clean, looked dirty and dingy due to the worn out rugs, and moldy spots in the shower. The bathroom sink had a small leak underneath. The toilet seat moved around from side to side. When I went to use the house phone to call the desk, it was broken. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Swell. The worst part of everything was the thin walls/ceiling. I heard the neighbors tv, shower, toilet, talking etc. Every footstep from the upstairs guests was heard very loudly in our room, making it very hard to sleep. I stayed there a few years ago and none of this was an issue. I'm glad they're renovating but not sure they can fix the thin walls/ceilings.

It sits back from the road so car and truck noise is practically non existent. Rooms are clean , linens and pillows good quality Bathrooms are well stocked , very clean and everything worked. Beds were comfortable, woke up with no back ache.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent! Only issue was the microwave and refrigerator in the room weren’t plugged in and the cords didn’t reach the nearest outlet. So I couldn’t use either. Otherwise, great experience!

Older building. Pillows were stiff, over-stuffed, and fat with no variety. Fixed shower head. No room recycling. Check-in did not provide internet password. Noisy A/C and adjustable thermostat made little difference in room temp. Excellent blackout drapes. Nice size room.

This hotel has the most incompetent people working, from the guy working at the front desk who can't read. I paid for my room using Visa debit, hotel claims it didn't go through yet I have proof showing Hampton Inn Addison, IL got my money then they tell me they didn't get it. The manager says he'll call me, doesn't call me but instead charges my Visa again.

Actually when we checked in, they did not see our reservation and advised they were sold out, after about 15 minutes, the MOD reached out to Hotels.com and was given a different confirmation number, they honored our booking.

Overall stay was nice, don’t expect great breakfast there is 24/7 IHOP opposite to the hotel. Downtown is about 40mins-1hr. Traffic towards downtown Chicago is bad so don’t plan work hours

I wanted to give it a good review, but was disappointed.Details, cobwebs in bathroom corner, purfume smell in room strong, most likely febreeze. Saturday, 8:30 am and still no coffee. Hot breakfast wasn’t available Monday morning, I’m guessing they were under staffed. Hampton Inn can do better.
