Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

La atención de cada una de las personas del hotel es magnífica, la comida de todos los restaurantes es deliciosa, los bufetes desayuno, los buffets de comida, los de especialidad! Tienen 1 a para niños con toboganes y un río con donas muy padre, donde hasta los grandes se divierten, las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, las camas súper cómodas, están atentos todo el tiempo a lo que se te ofrece, tienes un mayordomo que está atento a ti y a tus necesidades, regresamos súper contentas y encantadas con el Servicio

El Resort está muy bien y muy cómodo del cual no tengo ninguna queja, lo único que para mí quedo a deber es el personal del hotel en mi punto de vista ciento que solo va a cumplir su jornada laboral a medias, no ponen atención a lo que les solicitas y en la noche sobre todo en los restaurants de especialidades tardan mucho en servir, por ejemplo, en el restaurant Frances esperamos más de una hora en que nos sirvieran el platillo principal y las porciones son muy pequeñas ,el cual no se entiende el tiempo de espera para servir el platillo.

We returned Monday from Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and couldn't have been more pleased. My companion and I travel extensively, have stayed at 5-star properties worldwide, and live in one of the best food cities in the US. Our hugh standards were met! The property is stunning and our oceanfront room with private jacuzzi was extraordinary. Room 3241 sat at the corner of the property along the ocean and the pool. It has two balconies: one overlooking the ocean with the hot tub, and a second facing the pool with two lounge chairs. Our butlers, Manolo and Gustavo, were exceptional. Friendly and engaging without crowding us, they handled everything from breaking large bills to filling floats, pool towels, laundry service, and confirming reservations. They checked on us in person daily, not just by text. The food was top notch. We didn't love every dish, but the detail and quality were there. Highlights: the Mexican Fiesta, L'Essence (mushroom soup, Coq Au Vin, potato dish with bacon cream), and an off-menu chicken and black bean Huarache at the Mexican restaurant. The club room was a favorite. The fresh orange juice was amazing, and the pastries, sandwiches, salads, and sushi were a great convenience. One criticism: the motion-activated bathroom light is too sensitive. It turned on when we rolled over in bed or raised an arm. We covered ours. The placement should be reconsidered so it only triggers on entering the bathroom. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.
