Cherokee Grand Hotel

The property from the outside was seriously dated. A portion of it had outdoor access/motel style rooms. Thankfully we didn’t get one of those rooms. The staff was friendly & check in/check out was seamless. The rooms were clean but dated. They need to invest in new comforters and the pillows were awful. Zero support from the pillows. The transportation to/from the casino was very handy!

Super convenient, clean, and friendly hotel for our one-night stay for a concert at Harrah's Event Center. They have a shuttle that runs to/from the casino every 20 minutes. The hotel is older, but our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The price was reasonable, too.

Breakfast could be improved

Room was clean although the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. I was expecting a little more out of the breakfast, but they could've at least had a microwave. Casino parking was abundant, staff was doing their jobs, but we just weren't impressed with the casino.
